I have to admit that the I love all Elizabth Arden products, from the best everproduct invented the 8 Hour Cream to Flawless Finish Liquid make-up. I have to say that Flawless Diamond Finish does not come in a colour suited for my complexion. i received Toasty Beige but Toasty beige and Cocoa has to be mixed to to get the perfect colour to match my skin tone ( Im a in-betweener). She here goes I will be saving up to purchase the Cocoa so that I can have a Diamonmd finish and look as radiant as the beauties here at Beauty Bulletin :)

It has been three weeks now using this foundation, I can't get enough of it. It makes my skin perfect and natural. Naturally I have dark blemishes on my face and I have avoided to use foundations for a long time because they did not bring that natural look I want. I am not hard on makeup but this foundation has worked wonders for me. The price is reasonable and it can last longer you don't have to apply it more often during the day as other foundations.

Absolutely nothing coo-coo about this Sponge-on Cream Makeup from Elizabeth Arden. Do not mistake its provocative nature to being coo-coo. Cocoa is more like it...yep, a shade with no jokes. This product does give an absolute flawless finish, even toned look and lasts all day. Get the right shade that matches your skin tone and you are sooo good to go. Psss here is a secret: wet da sponge a little bit if you want a low key look and just use the sponge dry for the full effect. Either way dull skin is left revitalised with a new glow. Go on and try it just don't feel provoked!

OK, so originally i did love the product but was a bit iffy about the scent, due to its slight floral fragrance. I must now eat my words and retract that statement... even as a person prone to smell triggered migraines, i have grown to love this product more and more, its the quickest and easiest foundation to apply EVER! i will definitely purchase this in the future.

have received dozens of compliments from family, friends and even random strangers about how luminous my skin is. the makeup is long lasting and i find that it helps my eyemake up not crease as much.

oh my what an awsome product. was a bit sceptical at first as foundations always tend to not work with my skin. i chose the vanilla colour as my product, and what heaven. smooth on the skin, blends in well ans makes me glow, in a sense that i feel fantabulous when i ear it. i love the packaging as well as it is compact, easy to carry and super easy to use. 10 out of 10 for this product

So, I apologise for my totally blonde previous review on the Flawless finish Makeup. I initially said that it doesn't completely cover uneven skin tone. Well...It does!! The first and second time I used it I noticed a 'missed spot' on the apple of my cheek, but as it turns out it was because of applying my eye pencil immediately after applying the foundation. (I use my index finger on my cheek to 'open' the eye). *Totally blonde right??*(No offence to blonde women ('',))

Anyway, I would recommend that you let the Cream Makeup 'dry' for about 5 minutes before applying the rest of your other makeup, because using your fingers or applying blush immediately could ruin the flawless look...I am proof of that.

With all that being said, I've learnt and now apply my other makeup 3-5 minutes after applying the foundation. I've received wonderful comments such as "Your skin looks really nice", and (as my fiance says)"Baby, you skin looks naturally flawless", and nobody has asked if i'm wearing foundation, which means Elizabeth Arden has lived up to the naming of this product *Flawless Finish*....

I know I said I wouldn't apply it daily, but I now find myself using this as part of my normal morning routine...

It proves that this product is truly exceptional, and sure is of quality.

I've used this product twice so far, and honestly, the results were good, but not great. I love how it gives a natural flawless look, but I don't see myself applying this to my face daily. The first day I used it I swear I made sure I covered my entire face, blending it into my hairline, ears, and neck. When I got to work I noticed a 'missed spot' on the apple of my cheek, and one could see the difference in colour. I then thought I genuinely missed that spot. I then applied this cream foundation the next day, and after a while noticed the same thing. So it's either I keep missing that specific spot, or it doesn't quite cover uneven skin tone completely.

So I was chosen as one of the very lucky ladies who was sent the Elizabeth Arden Flawless Sponge on Cream Make-up to review, and boy or boy was I excited! The Elizabeth Arden brand has always been linked to exclusivity and elegance in my mind.

The packaging for this product is what impressed me first.Its gorgeously stylish in gold, silver and read, yet light and compact, and remained securely closed at all times,until I needed to open it.I had this in my handbag in case I needed touch ups during the day and was initially concerned it would open amidst all my handbag turbulence and coat everything in Cognac coloured foundation , but 3 cheers for EA, that never happened.

The product comes with a sponge situated below a flip up section which contains the foundation (see picture) but I didn't quite like using it since it didn't allow much control with application. Using my fingers and a foundation brush worked better. I applied it over my moisturizer and at first it looked and felt incredible. I am used to liquid foundation, so this felt very light and velvety soft to the touch. Unfortunately it didn't give me all the coverage I needed, and when I applied more with a dry sponge it ended up looking mask -like with a white overcast. Touch ups did not work so well either because of this. I have oily skin and as the day progressed the product seemed to separate from my skin due to the oiliness and crease. A dusting of powder didn't help and made matters worse.

However (and this may surprise you reader, since you probably think you know where this review is going) I would recommend this as a foundation to try – but to those who have dry/normal skin who need light coverage. I think the main reason this did not work for me is that I have problematic, oily skin and a cream foundation does not meet the requirements for tackling that. The amazing look and feel on my first application is what I think those with dry/normal skin would have for a longer period of time, but I could be wrong. I think its worth a buy and try – and if it doesn't work for you? You still end up with a pretty snazzy little compact that looks very chic ;)

The new Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge-on cream is not too heavy or too light either. What I did was that I mixed it with my POND's BB cream and it did wonders, I don't how I came up with that mixture but it works for me. Honestly I was a bit sceptical about it as I'm not much of a foundation type of girl, but when I got to school and work the ladies couldn't stop complimenting me on my flawless skin they said it looked natural! I had the best time reviewing it and yes I'll be buying more for my gorgeous skin when I have a proper budget, honestly it's very costly especially if you a student. But nonetheless I thank Elizabeth Arden for such a wonderful product. I used my sponge-on cream together with the POND's BB cream and it worked wonders on my skin both colours complimented each other and gave me a flawless radiance effect.

Elizabeth Arden just keeps getting better and better and with this addition to their range of foundations, I have to say I am a sold out fan!
The packaging is luxurious although just a box, the colours, design and glossy outer cover with bright solid red inner is truly EA high definition quality - when you open the box you notice the saying "To be beautiful is the birthright of every woman" Elizabeth Arden - already I was smiling just by the packaging and words on box without even opening the product itself, the actual product is a shiny gold and silver compact with holes at the bottom, a first that I have seen in any foundation packaging, makes me also feel healthier knowing bacteria does not have a chance with the air circulation to the sponge. When I opened the compact immediately I noticed the pleasant smell, which I liked, usually foundations smell awful. On application, gosh, it goes on so smooth, glides on actually, not hard to apply even though the sponge is harder than a brush, once applied even lightly immediately you notice flawless skin, its absolutely amazing, I have never seen this type of cover before ever!!! I love it, I use it daily and need to buy more once this is finished. You can also notice the diamond flecks in the product but which does not show on your skin like shimmer powder, its an amazing product, amazing results and I am sure all woman who invest in this product will be dramatically impressed by the results time and time again... Also it lasts all day without any oilyness or the need to reapply. Elizabeth Arden - you the best!!!

So it has to be said, even though every woman is dynamic on the inside…it has never hurt for her to look pretty on the outside. I would know this better than anyone as I know that without my makeup you would have to rely on my inner beauty (I look scary without it)!

Since I can remember I have been using Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge On Cream makeup, I remember how many compliments I used to get on my skin. My preferred colour is the toasty beige and just recently, the shops were out of my tone. I was devastated! Little did I know that Elizabeth Arden was improving their secret formula and changing the packaging. With a heavy heart and ghost like face, I took this as a lesson in life and focused my energy into really shining from the inside! Ha! Needless to say, my inner beauty began to dim. I was just plain cantankerous! Well, I bought some other brand…I wont say which, as it was a traumatic experience, and I made my way out of the store. This unfortunate experience left me “faceless” for about one month. My skin broke out, my face was oily and I was a complete un-beautified mess!

THEN…I heard all about it! The new Elizabeth Arden Flawless range! Not even a week of being back on my beauty drug and my skin is clear and smooth again. I have combination skin and this leaves me with limited options. All I can say is that I have been loyal to Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish since I started wearing makeup and I will continue to do so. I rely on this foundation to act as my daily moisturiser as it keeps my skin fresh all day long. Oh and how could I not mention the little secret that dazzles all girls as well as their makeup bags…the diamond finish that uses light to reflect off of your face, well lets just say that I am pretty close to eating it, just for some added inner beauty!

Thanks to the Beauty Bulleting I had the opportunity of trying out the new Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge-On Cream. To be honest if I was not chosen for this review I would never have tried a Elizabeth Arden product never mind a cream foundation.

Being of Olive complexion it is very difficult for me to find a foundation that matches my skin tone perfectly. Never mind the change in my colouring from Winter to Summer. I approached the Elizabeth Arden counter in Edgars Tygervally with scepticism. However I found the sales ladies extremely helpful. They found my match (Toasty Beige) and gave me a brief lesson on how to apply the foundation – having only used a liquid foundation before. I tried the cream foundation the morning after I received it. The only negatives that I have to say about this product was firstly that it did not completely match my Winter skin tone (However I think it will be a perfect match come summer) and secondly that it took me a few application to get the hang of applying a cream foundation. Having said that once it was on, my face felt and looked great. My usually dry skin felt hydrated and still felt great at the end of the day.

The silver, Gold and red compact is a pleasure to carry around in your bag. It is easy to pull out and to touch up your make up without having to deal with bottles and make up all over your fingers. Which is great for any working woman. To prevent the foundation from creasing (eyelids and wrinkiles) I would recommend a translucent powder after your first application of the day. Elizabeth sells a great one for just R 270. This product has opened the door for me to try other Elizabeth Arden Products and they will be first on my list to visit when looking for make up. Was totally blown away by the simplicity of the cream. Definitely worth buying as I didn't need to use alot of products to get the results I got. The soft texture looks like chocolate.....yummy

On the day I received my review product, I got home, followed my morning routine and then applied the new sponge-on cream makeup, my husband got home...Guess what??? He noticed the change on my face. There and there I felt this must be a product for me.

The packaging: The gold double-deck compact is luxurious, the mirror is clear, the sponge is soft and the cream foundation is smooth.
The Product: The flawless finish sponge-on cream makeup has a creamy texture and immediately diminish fine-lines, dark spots, blemishes and any discolouration giving my skin an even, radiant, flawless finish. By applying this product my skin appears smoother and all imperfections are hidden. This creamy foundation gives a full coverage that leaves my skin feeling natural and flawless. I find that while using this product I don't need to apply powder as it lasts all day and it does not fade. It gives my skin a glowing, youthful, perfectly even and professional look.

The price: This product is perfectly priced. It is worth every cent...

Conclusion: I am getting compliments about how beautiful my skin is and that makes me show off and brag about the product. I recommend the cream foundation to all ladies out there, this is a product for all the beauties. I cannot stop raving about this product – and I'm not the only one! I have received so many compliments on my “flawless, naturally perfect” skin that I've lost count. If only my well-wishers knew my secret... Elizabeth Arden's Flawless Finish Sponge-On Cream Makeup!

Take it from a girl who has been plagued with problem skin since her early teens – being complimented on flawless skin is like striking gold!

But the process didn't start out quite as rosy. As I visited the Elizabeth Arden counter at my Edgars branch, the makeup consultant – on seeing my spotty, splotchy skin – proclaimed my skin too oily to use the Flawless Finish range. Undeterred (and rather unimpressed), I asked her to apply the foundation anyway.

The results shocked us both. I left the store feeling like a supermodel (not only because I proved her wrong). All my blemishes and uneven skin tone were seamlessly cleared away. All that was left to do was wait for my Cognac 56 tub of foundation perfection.

I will admit to shying away from heavy foundations in the past due to my temperamental complexion. I have only just started trusting BB cream to conceal my flaws and not cause a breakout.

I can honestly say though that a few weeks of wearing Flawless Finish Sponge-On Cream Makeup and my skin's condition appears to have improved. I apply the formulation over my daily Nivea Naturally Even moisturiser and the effect is luminous. My skin is left with a clean, dewy appearance that's even-toned across all areas and perfectly set throughout the day.

My usually large pores also seem much smaller, practically non-existent – something I've only ever envied in my more even-toned friends. Plus the fine sprinkling of diamonds provides a glamorous, luxurious quality that I've never experienced in any other face product before.

But I think the best compliment I received came from a male friend who hadn't seen me in about 3 weeks. Wearing just the foundation, one coat of mascara and clear lipbalm, I hadn't really made too much effort with my appearance. First he asked me what was different about me, had I been on holiday? I am so in love with the product and already recommending it to my friends.

I was so excited to receive the foundation to try, the packaging is very exclusive looking & you feel like you're on a glam movie set every time you open it.
Being winter my skin is slightly dry at the moment, so I find this to be a perfect creamy foundation - for now. I do however wonder how it will hold up in the humid 40 degree Durban summer? I am concerned that it may be too creamy for the hotter weather & not "stay put". If anyone has used it during summer, please let me know if I am wrong, otherwise I will wait til December to find out.
The cover is fantastic, it's not too heavy & looks even & natural. I enjoy the fresh dewy glow...
I will recommend this as a winter foundation for now, and wait & see how it holds up in Summer.

When I first received my tester I was blown away by the elegance of the packaging!
Ok I'm in love with this because I usually use foundation and a matte powder but with this I didn't have to because it looked all natural!Its not cakey when applying smoothes on evenly and lasts the whole day! Usually when I'm hugging someone taller than me half my foundation ends up on them with this it didn't!I love the smell of it as well and I went to a bridal shower and was told what lovely skin I have I had to show them my secret!Some of the women where amazed that I had so much coverage without a coverstick underneath. I would definitely buy and recommend this product because its true to its name a flawless finish most certainly!No orange tint in it like the other brands have!Super plus from me!

I awaited the arrival of my Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge–On Cream Makeup with anticipation. Elizabeth Arden sure knows how to make a girl feel like royalty, as was the case when I opened the packaging of my newly acquired product. The beautiful gold, silver and red compact was so stunningly elegant; I quietly considered storing it my jewellery box rather than my makeup bag.

Having slightly problematic skin, with hyperpigmentation and spots (as well as a few holes)resulting from teenage acne being the most difficult to conceal, I have tried many high end products to aid me in achieving a flawless complexion. Although a few of these products provided effective coverage I struggled to find a product which, in addition to adequately concealing my skins imperfections, would also reveal a radiant complexion. This was however, before I tried Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge–On Cream Makeup.

Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge–On Cream Makeup has a velvety texture; gliding smoothly onto my skin (the applicator is magnificently soft). It feels luscious and light on my skin whilst still achieving effective coverage. It also has a rich moisturizing effect that allows me to go a bit lighter on my day cream and sunscreen, which is in stark contrast to my previous experience during which my skin felt tight and dry post makeup application (begging for more moisturiser). I found it to be long wearing, rarely requiring a touch up. The cream makeup sets with a luxurious finish that leaves my face feeling like it’s been treated to a light-as-air caramel skin soufflé. Most importantly for me, the end result was a natural, dewy complexion which was free of imperfections, something I have desired since my teenage years. I have used the makeup without a finishing powder for a dewy look during the day and with a dusting of finishing powder at night when I desired a more matt appearance. Either way, my skin was left looking beautifully radiant, as was confirmed by the numerous compliments I received since I began using the product.

Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Sponge–On Cream Makeup has earned pride of place in my make-up stash. The flawless, even toned and radiant complexion it leaves me with has lent me a new-found confidence and ensures I never have to worry about my makeup looking unnatural or grey on my skin. the only reason quality lost a point was because of the smell. the product otherwise is great.

I have this foundation in colour Toast which is a good match. Its has a neutral undertone which is neither too yellow or too peach. I have used the original formula many years ago and was curious as to how the reformulated version would be. I must say that this version have a much better finish. The micronized diamond reduces the appearance of pores and gives a radiant and more natural finish. I usually have dry skin in winter and this foundation is really great at hydrating and leaving the skin feeling smooth and moisturised. The foundation is very emollient when first applied and sets to a demi-matte finish. Another great aspect of this product is that it can be used to give light, medium or full coverage depending on how its applied. I prefer a light to medium coverage for foundation so I use the foundation with a moist blending sponge over a primer. I can even use it as a concealer if needed. This product has really blown me away with its formulation. I highly recommend for normal to dry skin.

I am enjoying applying it very much, it glides on perfectly with the sponge that comes in the compact.

Love the presentation, makes you feel special , from the moment from the moment you open the compact. Just feels like you unearthing a treasure to beauty secret.
I love the color, spice it is warm and rich.The product is as the name suggests
flawless, the finish is flawless, and people at work say "what have you done to your face its looking so beautiful." But they can't make out it's foundation I'm wearing. That's exactly what its feels like a second skin. And, it kinda the look I always wanted to achieve.
And Joseph is kinda biased and says I look "number one".
It's feels a lot drier compared to my Elizabeth Arden ceramide range, whose foundation I wear in same color. But on my skin it's dead give away cause of the oily look. My Review on the Product

I was absolutely excited that I had gotten the chance to review the new and amazing Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Foundation. A big thank you to the lovely ladies at Beauty Bulletin for giving me a chance to review this amazing foundation.

As soon as I held the sealed box on my hands, the words classic, classy, sophisticated, rich and exotic came to mind. Mainly because the box is a classic gold and silver box with the original and unforgettable "Red Door" logo imprinted on the box. Both the Red Door logo and the Elizabeth Arden name were embossed into the box, while the box had a glossy silky feel. The top of the box was sealed with a clear sticker which stated the colour, mine is Toast 73.

As soon as I opened the top of the box, the inside of the flap was bright red, and contained a note which stated: " To be beautiful is the birthright of every woman. Elizabeth Arden", after reading that quote... it put a smile to my face and actually made my day! I thought how true it was, and how lucky we are as women to experience some of the most amazing gifts God has to offer. As I removed the compact from the box, I gasped at how absolutely beautiful this compact was, my eyes probably widened as I was lost in my fantasy of finding the perfect foundation.

The compact was a shimmering and shiny gold compact, while the front of the compact had a large silver plate, with the Red Door logo. The large silver plate was like a frosted mirror, enough to see your reflection, just not crystal clear. Just by looking at the compact, it gave me a feeling that the product I was about to try was really luxurious and amazing.

As I opened the compact, I noticed the "Elizabeth Arden" engraving near the opening, classic... very classic look! Once the compact opened, there it was... I could feel heaven so close to me, it wasn't even funny! The mirror reflected my excited face, while the silky smooth flawless foundation screamed to be tried on.

As I opened the second deck of the foundation, I noticed a super soft sponge applicator which I knew would give me a perfect, flawless finish. There's one thing I really liked about this compact is that the mirror to apply the foundation when you're on the go is on top, normally on double deck compacts, the mirror is on the bottom of the deck, which means you have to keep flipping back and forth just to apply foundation, thanks to Elizabeth Arden, you don't have to!

I've been using the foundation every morning for four days now, I seriously can't believe I've been living without this amazing product for so many years! I read on the Elizabeth Arden Website how to apply the foundation. Elizabeth Arden’s Global Makeup Artist, Rebecca Restrepo stated that if you want full coverage, apply with a dry sponge. For a sheerer finish, simply wet the sponge to thin out the texture. You'll quickly find the right coverage level for you and it's great to have options.

After the HUGE excitement build up, I was ready to apply my Elizabeth Arden Flawless Finish Makeup, I applied moisturiser first and applied my foundation with a wet sponge applicator, as I dipped the sponge into the foundation, I watched the texture of the product, as soon as I applied the foundation to my face I could feel a lovely smooth and silky texture which was gently smoothing over my imperfections, and giving me the most amazing look ever.

This foundation cream is quite a good texture, and gives a medium to full coverage, even when using the wet sponge applicator, I found the coverage to be very good rather than sheer, I was lost for words. I have very oily skin, so I dusted my skin with the Elizabeth Arden Bare Finish Powder. As I looked in the mirror, I noticed that my imperfections had vanished, while my pores hadn't looked so large, I could notice a much more flawless look, than with the other foundations I've used.

I would have to admit, I was very impressed with the sponge applicator as well, the applicator was super soft (softer than any other sponge applicator I've tried), plus even if you use the sponge wet or dry, it gives an amazing look. Once I was complete with my make up, I felt like my make up had been applied by a professional, it was absolutely dewy, looked fresh and my face was glowing.
