First thing that 'tickles my fancy' has got to be the colour of this new GHD (considering that blue is my favourite colour). The Birds of Paradise edition has got my jaw dropping right down to the floor with how beautiful it looks. Unfortunately, being a student means I have never personally owned a GHD, instead I've resorted to begging and borrowing GHD's from friends for special occasions. Other straighteners never seem all that good at taming the giant mass of frizz and waves that I call my hair. Needless to say, owning a GHD would mean long silky locks all year round instead of once in a blue moon. Forever a fan of the GHD.

Wow i would love to win the GHD V Lagoon I never owned a GHD in my life however at the salon they have used it on my hair and OMG it has made a big difference to my life as my hair was pin straight resulting in me having so much confidence in they way I looked and approached people it really does change your life. what tickles my fancy and will with everyone around me that if I win I will have good hair day everyday. The colour is very attractive and love the blend of the green and blue they are also the 2 colours that I fancy. As I student I can never afford this so please make my dream come true

Hair styling! Argh, such a schlep at times!! I, like many others, wear my hair as an accessory so I want it to look beautiful ALL. THE. TIME. and as a female with REALLY curly hair I have taken HOURS (literally) to achieve the perfect style and when using cheaper ceramic stylers, it takes THAT much longer. What REALLY gets me going (tickles my fancy/ruffles my feathers/floats my boat/rubs my Buddha/feeds my needs) about the GHD Professional Ceramic Styler is that it cuts styling time in half! This means that my hair is not exposed to as much heat and VOILA! Less damage and(compliments of the advanced heat technology) a silky, shiny mane :) As mentioned before, I have super curly hair and have found that when using other ceramic stylers, my curls aren't quite as curly afterward. I have noticed that after using a GHD, all I need to do is wash my hair again and I'll have my curls back. Another amazing feature of the GHD styler is that it's more than just a straightener, it can create ANY look I need and that ensures that I'm able to ooze confidence for any occasion. I can go on and on about so many of the other cool features (eg. the swivel cord which means I don't have to break my wrist when stroking from my roots to tip with the styler; the sleep-mode for when I have to rush off and forget that I could burn down my house). It seems GHD REALLY know women the way each and every product is so beautifully packaged and such a treat to look at. I would love to win this Picasso of a styler not just for myself but for my friends who suffer with (seemingly) untameable as much as I do.

What tickles my fancy? Well I guess I've never experienced the tickling of a GHD as my hair is dead straight as it is...but a little birdie once told me that a magic tool like GHD is able to curl as well!? If I could make some curly locks on this dead and dull mop of hair I'd definitely feel the fanciest! Curls would make every day of mine a little more exciting, and give me that fabulous feeling of looking stunning!

I think back to when GHD's were not invented and I looked like Hermione Granger from Harry Potter. Thank goodness for GHD my bad hair days are over and I can now style my hair as I like without it getting damaged. Truly a remarkable product and even funkier now in these new vibey colours. What can I say? Every girl should be given a GHD when born. It's one of life's essentials. And lets face it. Every lady needs something to help her get ready. The ghd makes getting ready to go out just quick and easy. Making it fun and delightful. Its a sweet experience, From curling to straightening, the outcomes are always brilliant and bring such a gorgeous shine to any hair texture. Personally, I've had at least 3 different hair straighteners before I had my GHD and I never had perfectly straight hair even after setting them to their dangerously " you could have 3rd degree burns if this comes even remotely close to your ear"-temperature levels. Who needs a personal hair stylist when you've got a GHD? Now.. what I love the most is getting those perfect shiny curls from my GHD ( yes it took a few YouTube videos to figure it out) they're so stunning and they last the whole evening. So the first time I met the GHD was at a salon and we all know that brand new salon hair feeling... Its great!! Then I started thinking to myself: everyday should be a brand new salon hair day. I started saving for a GHD but everytime there is just bills to pay or friends to help. I think its time to get my break and finally receive my GHD. I got given my first GHD for my 15th birthday after years of begging my dad haha. Was over the moon excited when I finally had my dream hair secret! It is honestly the best hair straighteners I've ever used and will never go for something different. With my previous straightener I had to go over the same piece of hair countless times and it still wasn't what one stroke of a GHD does. Its absolutely incredible! Unfortunately mine has stopped working and its passed the warranty :( struggling for days without my baby and don't have the money for a new one, would love to show off a new one so beautiful and stop the grey hairs I get from not having one! :) what usually took me 7 mins in the morning to do my hair now takes 20 or more to blow dry it, frustrating beyond words! Nothing but good thing to say about the GHD brand, even the hair products are amazing,Please pick me :D ? would be forever grateful! #GoodHairDay ?

oooooh GHD I LOVE YOU!!!!! lol well I have always had unruly, bushy, frizzy course hair, everybody always called me a mop top growing up and it was really embarrassing to have such untidy hair in high school so my hair use to be always gelled up in a pony just so it could look neat until I discovered the brilliance of GHD. I begged my dad to buy me 1 and he did and I simply loved my GHD because my hair was always so soft and silky smooth after using it but sadly my sister had insisted that its hers and took it for herself and I got left without it to struggle with my unruly hair and I sadly cannot afford to buy 1 of my own so I would really really really love love love to win this beautiful Limited Edition Bird of Paradise GHD so my hair can look beautiful as paradise lol seriously my hair really needs it!!!!! I am quite the traveller into African countries where my hair goes haywire if it gets into humid areas, lets put it this way, if they had to steal my luggage and my GHD was in there, it would be the first thing on my list to buy, even before my toothbrush. Never having owned a GHD, your question of "what tickles my fancy about a GHD" is quite a difficult one to answer... So instead I will be explaining to you what I imagine it would be like to own one (in particular the one which you are giving away)! Please step into my imaginary world for a few minutes: My boyfriend and I have been dating for almost 10 years now - we were high school sweethearts. Ok, so I've been wanting to get myself a GHD ever since I borrowed a friends' about 5 years ago... Unfortunately there just always seems to be some other bill that needs paying! This Competition is like pink stars falling from heaven!!! I have entered so many GHD comps but no luck ever!.. So here's what tickles me...
I have been seriously lusting over a GHD for years now and have had 5 other brands that doesn't do the glitter and sparkling magic like GHD does! It seemed almost miraculous to me that with the flick of a switch the fancy little magic wand could transform my frizzy mop into something sleek and smooth. I'm in love with the idea!

I have been seriously lusting over a GHD for years now and have had 5 other brands that doesn't do the glitter and sparkling magic like GHD does! It seemed almost miraculous to me that with the flick of a switch the fancy little magic wand could transform my frizzy mop into something sleek and smooth. I'm in love with the idea!

Blue is my favorite color and parrots my favorite bird! What are women, women are beautiful birds. What do birds do fly around gracefully and flaunt their beautiful feathers. Birds don't have GHDs to keep their feathers gorgeous but we do, being the superior species. So this bird needs to keep her feathers gorgeous for her wedding day in November and her honeymoon in Paris in December of this year. Help me keep the hair I need for gorgeous photos that I can keep as a memorable treasure forever!
