Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme - Immediate Results

After the first use of the Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10, I noticed that my skin appeared a little more softer and smoother- even more so, I woke up the following morning after having used it, with more softer and supple skin. My face wasn't dry, it felt moisturized and hydrated. I loved this as my skin gets drier in the colder months. My only flaw so far with the product, is the scent. I felt that the scent is a little too strong and pungent for me, and the way to combat this was not to use too much of the product at one time, and I see that with this product, a little does go a long way! However, so far I'm loving it, and want to continue to use it, so that I can have a more detailed descriptive use for the product after more uses!

Every year a new wonder serum hits the shelves with promises of young, bright and fresh skin.

I decided to give Vichy Liftactiv Serum 10 Supreme a try as the reviews were so good, but I had reservations because I’ve been disappointed with things that have had good reviews in the past. However after the immediate use of the serum, I like that my skin looks brighter and feels a bit firmer, it makes me look forward to the results after a month.

I’ll be honest and disclose that I’ve never tried any of the Vichy products before. I use skin care when I remember to,which is really bad but my skin is still okish (for someone my age that is). I entered to be a part of Vichy’s #MySerum10 campaign to become a Vichy blogger for a day and received my 10 samples and starting using it right away with the skin care range I’m currently using.

I love the fact that it’s hypoallergenic as I have very sensitive skin and the last thing I need is to break out in hives. It promises to fight 10 signs of aging namely: Wrinkles,loss of firmness, uneven complexion, dullness, fine lines, tired features, loss of tonicity, dehydrated skin, loss of plumpness and signs of fatigue.

Apply in the morning and/or in the evening before your moisturizer. My skin feels smoother and more supple and it definitely assisted in hiding the signs of fatigue as I'm a serial insomniac

I received few free samples of this from Dischem; on my birthday no less.

I think it's been a week now and I have not seen much of a difference in my skin. I have noticed however, a change in the texture, look and feel of my skin with a tinge of a light glow.

I wanted to try this specifically on the areas where I think I might be getting crow's feet and, so far, so good. These appear to be much softer and less visible.


In the course of this week, I will upload my blog and some pics. I decided to save the best for last. This cream I use mostly at night together with my Vichy Ideal sleep night cream. The products are very mild and I can feel the moisturising effect on my skin. Left overnight, I have a fresh face the following morning.


Vichy is a good product but, it's quite expensive. However, quality does come at a price I suppose.

Okay, so day 10 and the reality of the effect of different climates on my skin hits home.
We went to Balito for a few days and I know that when I am at the Natal coast, my skin takes about a week to adjust and I need to ease up on the rich creams that I use in my drier home town climate of Pretoria.
I had a few breakouts and I started using the Vichy LiftActive Serum 10 only at night, I was previously using it in the morning and the evening.
Once back in Pretoria I started using it twice daily again, as I immediately noticed that my skin felt tight and dry when I did not apply it.
So far, to my untrained eye, I have not seen a significant change in the look or texture of my skin, but what I do know is that my skin does not like going without it's serum.
The serum does make my skin feel more moisturised and hydrated in our drier climate. I am foreseeing that in winter #MySerum10 and i will be as tight as koeksisters!

I don’t know how many times I have heard that it is better to prevent something than to cure it – and apparently that works with anti-aging.

I got the Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme to try and I think for first impressions, it is quite good.

The first application felt incredible and I love how my skin felt. It felt smoother (kind of like velvet), and even though I don’t have lines yet my complexion definitely was brighter. I FIGURE IT IS BETTER TO PREVENT THOSE LINES FROM POPPING UP!

I swear by everything Dermalogica (I think everyone that knows me - knows I am a Dermalogica girl through and through) but I think Vichy might just be giving them a run for their money here.

On the 16th March I received samples from Vichy of Liftactive serum 10 supreme to try on for ten days and give my review regarding the product. Well my 10 day trial is up and here is my review as follows;

The texture of this product is creamy and white in color. I’d wash my face with a cleanser and the apply the serum day and night.

From the very first application I could feel the serum working right away leaving the skin plump, young and renewed. As days went by I really noticed some changes upon use of the serum, the lines on the sides of my mouth slightly started to vanish, my face felt so healthy and glowing even after sweating from gym.

I got a velvety feel on my face, I’d go without any blemish coverage and still felt confident, that is the feeling I got by using the serum it honestly delivered!

Having used Vichy products before I knew this one also was a must have!

Every day I posted pictures on social media for 10 days showing how my skin changes for each day.

Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme- 14 day Review

I’ve been using the Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme now for about 14 days. I use the product every morning after I wash my face and every evening after cleansing and washing my face. I’ve seen a few changes since I started using the product about 2 weeks ago. Firstly my facial skin is smoother to the touch. Secondly, my skin complexion is lighter, or should I say brighter. The great thing about that is that my colleagues have noticed that too and have been wondering what I’m using differently on my face. Thirdly my skin tone is more even than before which creates a more balanced tone all over.
I’ll be continuing using the Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme for the next couple of weeks as I love the results I’m getting so far and I’ll do a full update in the next 2 weeks for any further results.

I'm absolutely loving...

I've been using the serum for 10-12 days now and I am loving it.
My skin loves it too.

Most visible change:
My skin is brighter.
My skin tone is a bit more even.
Skin feels and looks plumper.

I am impressed that these changes are noticeable after just 2 weeks of use and I am convinced more will be visible as I continue using this serum.

Verdict:
This one is making it into the 'must have' list. My eyes have been opened to Vichy products and I am curious to sample more.

I have been using this amazing product now for a month and I can't believe what a difference it has made to my face. I had fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes and since using this serum my lines have disappeared. I have also noticed an improvement in the texture and feel of my skin. My skin is plump and feels like a babies. I would and have been recommending this product to everyone I come in contact with. I am on my way to go and repurchase this stunning product and the entire Vichy line.

So it has now been about 12 days using the serum and I just LOVE the softness and smoothness of my skin. This serum is promising. Looking forward to the 30 days results. Hoping to see less fine lines :-)

This is my delayed 10-day review!

After ten days of using the product I can officially give a more accurate "product effectiveness" review. Since receiving the serum I've been applying it to my problem area (under eye) in the evenings and mornings. I did some skip some evenings when I got home late and collapsed onto the bed.

REVIEW:

In my first review I mentioned in length about appearance and the overall quality of Vichy Liftactiv serum. The fact that it absorbs really well, smells great and it's suitable enough for sensitive skin types (like mine!)


Overall: I see significant improvement

What has improved?

I have hereditary under eye bags, which annoy me cause they always make me look super tired and sleepy. To make matters worse my under eye skin is also discoloured, making my bags even more apparent.

I don't feel my expectations were unrealistic I was hoping/expecting the serum would, at the least clear the discolouration and tighten my under eye area. It did just that, not to the extent I was hoping for but enough to make a noticeable difference.

Results:
- The skin under my eye is much more even toned than when I started
- Under eye skin is slightly firmer
- Sun spots disappeared (this wasn't necessarily on my radar but I'm glad it helped)

General:
10 days is a considerably short time to see results so I'm quite pleased. Looking forward to see what my skin will look like in a months time.

At 40 I have dared to venture from my home without makeup for the first time in years. My skin is glowing and smooth. Not to mention I get complements for how great my skin looks. A great new experience. This is now my go to youth in a bottle.... 10 days and looking youthful.

This is my DAY1 review:
I was one of the lucky ones chosen to review the Vichy LiftActiv serum 10. My first impression was very positive. I have a normal to combination skin, but I struggle with pigmentation, fine lines, large pores and dehydration. I also have redness and am prone to breakouts every now and again.
So I am pretty careful with trying new products,because my skin is not to happy with treatments that are too rich. But Vichy's LiftActiv serum, is soft and gentle on my fussy skin.
It smells great and my skin feels soft and smooth to the touch.
It has a clever dropper, which took me a while to figure out ;-P, but I guess for hygienic purposes it does its job perfectly. It also minimises unnecessary wastage of the product.

Lets see what the next the next few days bring!

The first thing that took my attention when I opened the slick light to carry bottle, was my surprise and excitement over the dropper. Before I read the package, I already wanted to see how it works! To me, that spells out HEALTH because a dropper is all about hygienic packaging and minimizing cross infections ....yippee to that!

I then decided that my first application will be in the morning a few days after I had all the medication out of my system (I didn't want to mess up anything). It is also best time for me because I come out of exercising then and my blood flow is at its peak.
The creamy white and luxurious soft to the touch serum, glides off my fingers and across my facial skin without any hard work to it.

It is very much hydrating and feels cool immediately against the face. I am planning to stick to working it into my my morning routine even in days to come. I am targeting my forehead and around my lips / mouth more than any other areas. I am excitedly waiting to see it live up to every expectation......

I am expecting to see a lift beneath my eyes and minimize my pores. At the end, I am looking forward to a refreshed healthy looking younger skin!

I was blessed enough by Beauty Bulletin to receive a full size Vichy LiftActiv serum.

With the video i will post shortly you will see that i'm not a experienced serum application expert.

My findings after the first application: No burning around my nose area that i normally experience with other brands. So happily it passed the first sensitivity test.

I have combination skin so the test was to see how this worked and i'm happy to say that absorption was immediate with no residue or oiliness.

The dropper however seems to be a little messy when trying to put it back after every application.

Cant wait to post my day 10 review with picture.

Okay girls, here is my update after 10 days of use.

First, I just want to discuss the dropper. I feel that it does not pick up enough product. I need 4 drops to cover my entire face and neck area. Sadly, it only dispenses 3 drops :(

Also, it did make me break out, but I never let that discourage me. This is normal for my skin type. I always react to new products and so I don't just discontinue use - I simply wait it out until my skin has adjusted.

Now that that's out of the way - we can get to the good stuff :) I tested this serum with liquid foundation, powder foundation and bb cream. I also tested it with primers and moisturisers and I am very happy to report that all applications layered very well. I did not experience any separation of any kind.

My skin definitely firms up and my redness definitely reduces after applying this serum. I also look and feel radiant after many hours of wear.

Finally, I am super impressed with how much my under eye fine lines and wrinkles have reduced! Although I have oily skin, my under eye area is desert dry. I have never been able to apply powder of any kind on this area until now.

I hope you found the above information helpful. I cannot wait to update you after 1 month of use. So far, I am truly happy and very excited!

My first day using the Vichy LiftActiv Serum and I have to say that it’s impressive. I’m not a morning person however Vichy has made my morning. Well you can apply the Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme in the morning and/or evening before you moisturise.

Firstly I’d like to acknowledge the beautiful fragrance and packaging. The bottle top has a dropper which makes it easier for you to get a few drops on your finger tips and massage on your face. The Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme is smooth to the touch with a silky feel to it and it is also light which helps the application process even easier as it also absorbs quickly.

After my first application I’ve noticed that my skin is smoother, no dryness at all. My skin complexion looked even. I have some dark circles around my eyes however they were less visible after applying the Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme. I also noticed my face looks more vibrant and “awake”. I’ll be using the product and I’ll provide an update in the next couple of days.

The packaging states that Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Supreme targets 10 signs of aging and has your skin looking transformed. It will have the skin looking visibility firmer and reduces the appearance of wrinkles. I, for one am looking forward to delaying my over- day signs of aging?.

So this is my first day if using Vichy LiftActiv Serum 10 Surpreme and my very first video review :P I really like the packaging and the bottle itself is nice as well, I love the dropper.

The serum feels silky and has a pleasant fragrance. My skin feels soft and supple after use and is not oily at all. I have oily skin, so I am delighted that the serum is not oily.

I am pleasantly surprised with this product! I have never heard of Vichy before but now I am certainly aware of this brand.
First application of the serum this morning. I loved the feel of it on my face.
It is very light weight, your skin soaks it up in seconds. The serum has quite a strong scent which I am not used to. I prefer unscented or very light scented but it does smell nice - just a bit strong for me. I am sure I will get used to that the longer I use it.
After the first application my skin felt so smooth and hydrated.

This product is stunning, it is like having a silk veil put over your skin. My make up glides on more evening and my skin looks awake. Day 1 of using it and I find it has really given me a healthy glow.

The Vichy Liftactiv Serum10 Supreme works. Yes, I agree everyone will age and be wrinkled at some point in their life. I am happy with this product because it will help me to delay that process.

Vichy Liftactiv Serum 10 Supreme. The Youth Power Serum Accelerated Renewal.

This is officially my first review so I'm really excited. This is a review of my first application of the Vichy Liftactiv serum 10 Supreme. Although I'm not looking to turn back the clock just yet, I would really like to improve my under eye area which has taken a toll from over night study sessions. Over time I have developed under eye discoloration and bags. I'm hoping this product will help improve the appearance therefor.

Appearance:
Appealing, clean and eye-catching, true to the Vichy brand. The light grey bottle is in the form of a dropper which helps apply the product and will be very useful when you have to get to the last drops at the bottom. .

Smell:
Has a simple and elegant but not over powering fragrance which is good because I'm not a fan of fragrances in my facial products. I prefer clean and simple but effective.

Feel/touch:
I'm always apprehensive when applying new products as my skin is very reactive and sensitive, however I've had this on the whole day and it hasnt negatively affected my skin, caused a break out or made my skin oily (which it is prone to). After a +-10 minutes its like its not on at all, facial elasticity is good and neither is it dried out.

Its of medium consistency, not too thick or thin and absorbs well into the skin.

Effectiveness:
Feedback to follow after another few days of use, since this is only my first application I can't gauge or measure how effective it is yet, but the box says : visible results as of 10days " so I'm looking forward to the results.

- If you have oily skin like me, you can apply this product on its own without moisturizer for daytime and nighttime use.
- If you have dry skin, you can still apply the product before your usual daily moisturiser.

Today I get an opportunity to review the Vichy Liftactiv Serum 10 Supreme. The Youth Power Serum Accelerated Renewal.

Let me start of with the packaging. The box is a shiny silver with black and white/light grey lettering. It comes in a 30ml light grey glass bottle with a shiny silver dropper. The shape is so fancy it could pass for a perfume bottle.

The scent!! Now that got my nostrils excited before I even squirted it from the dropper. It is lingers on yet it is not overpowering.

Now let's get to the product itself. The dropper does not draw enough product to use in one go, you have to draw twice to get enough to cover the face and neck. I noticed that most of the product is left on the outside of the dropper and you kind of have to wipe it with your fingers to avoid wastage.

The serum has a nice consistency to it, not watery at all. It quickly melts into the skin upon application and doesn't leave any oily residue. My skin feels so nourished and supple.

You will notice that I have an uneven skin tone and pigmentation. It is too early to tell how effective it is with my first use. Let's give it a week to see if there are any improvements....

Well, this is my first review after using the Vichy LIftActiv Serum Serum 10 Supreme once. After I told one of my friends about this product, she warned me that the results will be so good, that I'll become a Vichy "addict". Well, I'm still on day one, and I don't think I'd be doing the product any justice by giving an honest review after only one use.

For my first use, I chose to use it at night, as I wasn't sure of any possible reaction, though from reading through the box, it does say that it's hypo-allergenic. For me that's paramount in any facial product! But I was a bit unsure when I came across the work "Hyaluronic Acid". What put me at ease was that this is Vichy, and I know they would never use anything that could potentially harm my skin. I found the packaging to be quite elegant, and for me, the dispenser was a first. It's functionality is absolutely amazing, and It made it easy for me to dispense just the right amount of product.

I did expect the serum to be of a thicker consistency though (aren't all anti-aging products???), but I found that as light as it was, it sort of absorbed into my skin almost immediately. It left my skin with an almost velvet-like feel, but other than that, it was still too early to notice any immediate improvement on the appearance. I must tell you, my major aging concern is the sagging skin just around and below my cheeks, which is where I am hoping for a huge improvement. I tried very hard to take pictures as close as possible to the problem areas. I need to see that lifting effects for me to comfortably say, "Yes, it worked".

After 8 hours sleep, my skin looked awake, like I had just applied the serum. I am looking forward to the next 3-4 weeks where I will be giving regular updates on my journey to younger looking skin with the Vichy LIftActiv Serum Serum 10 Supreme. See you againin about a week!

I like my skincare regime as simple and natural as possible, so I must confess that I'm not usually one for complicated anti-aging products. This one - the latest serum from VICHY - caught my eye though because the formulation is packed with hard-working ingredients that are at least derived from nature. I'm also always partial to cosmeceutical brands that are friendly to sensitive skins like mine, AND - as a new mama - I'm desperate for a failsafe product that works in a flash and gives my tired-looking complexion a boost.
I put VICHY LiftActiv Supreme 10 Serum to the test for the first time this morning, and was impressed by its softness and the cooling sensation it left on my skin. Using the handy dropper, I applied two drops to my palm and gently smoothed the serum onto the areas of the face that need it the most with my pinkie finger. I'm not expecting a radical improvement, but it would be great if this lightweight elixir could at least soften the fine lines and more stubborn creases around my eyes, lips and forehead; and help brighten pigmentation, tighten and plump my complexion...
It's been two hours and so far my skin feels soft and comfy. The wrinkly, saggy bits are still there, but my skin feels slightly firmer and more 'pillowy' to the touch, and - despite a meagre 4 hours of sleep - I'm not looking as fatigued as usual.

I applied this serum for the first time today and am very impressed with how it evened out my skin tone by eliminating redness and therefore creating a very brightening effect. It smells very fresh and it applies very easily. It sinks in quite well and does not just sit on top of the skin's surface. My usual foundation and powder applied very evenly. So far I am very happy with the first application. I will do another update for you guys after 10 days. I have attached some pics for you to compare.
