Ooooh I'm salivating right now...to own a GHD would be a dream and to own one that is so visually stunning would be even better. What ruffles my feathers is my crazy frizzy unmanageable hair...no matter what shampoo, serums, lotions and potions I buy, my hair looks like I've been pulled through a hedge backwards. To have sleek, shiny, manageable hair would be so amazing, my life and hair would be better for it and hopefully I will turn some heads...hey a woman can hope right? One of the first things that I had my eyes on as a student was a GHD. I remember making a deal with my father that if I got into honours I would get a GHD and I did!!! 7 years later and my GHD is still my favorite go to hair life saver, however with age my treasured styler is dying on me. What tickles my fancy about a GHD is the ability to transform not only your hair to poker straight, curly, volumous etc. is the ability to transform my confidence from a frumpy mom of two (2nd on the way) to a glamorous diva. Wowsies! The new GHD Bird of Paradise barrel has a great clour. It is so fitting for the Brazil Soccer World Cup because it makes you think of a tropical paradise! I have had the pleasure of owning a GHD once upon a time until it was stolen :( it was absolutely my fave hair accessory i ever owned. My hair was straight the whole day, never ever had heat damage and even the curls it made was amazing :) For a review the GHD hair straightener i give it a 100 out of 10 hehehe..... I dont have one myself, but my girlfriend does and i must say its really a stunning tool to have especially on really bad hair days and you can even use it if your hair has not been washed, the result is still the same, beautiful straight hair (the way i wear my hair). I love the colours tropical turquoise and shimmering it gives the GHD a funky girlie look just what a lady will love it really caught my eye because I love it (my favourite colour) I’m glad the cord is a nice length good to move around especially when I turn my head to look at my husband when he talks to me. And the best part for me of the new GHD is that it has a sleep mode awesome awesome because I always intend to forget that my plat iron is on and that’s what happens to the cheap flat irons it burn out which I have. Firstly the look of the GHD is so vivid and eye catching the HD of hair straighteners. Secondly after owning a GHD myself (mine is out the door now) for 8 years it is definately worth buying. Saves time and doesn't leave your hair feeling dry and brittle. And I can see that they have just improved immensely with their new design. Would love to have a new GHD ? so many styles you'll never have drab hair. Great review really need 1 of these.

I want to go out on the town with my friends, but I've just walked past a cup of water that someone left on the desk at work. Aargh! Now my frizz is unleashed and my feathers are definitely RUFFLED! But wait, I just remembered the gorgeous Limited Edition Bird of Paradise Lagoon ghd that I got from Beauty Bulletin on #FridayPrizeDay. The turquoise colour, the sleek design and the great results definitely "Tickle my Fancy". Problem solved, happiness restored :-)

Ok, so I have tried many appliances to style my hair with and NOTHING comes close to the affect I get with a GHD. Now they come in eye catching colours, thats even better. They have really outdone themselves and would love to get my hands on this product as my hair will never look as good as it does when it has been GHD kissed!
