I've used these products together for a couple of days now -- I like to air dry my hair after showering and for some reason I felt like my hair took a lot longer to dry, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I thought perhaps this meant that my hair would just be super hydrated, but I found that when my hair did dry it felt feathery and a little frizzy. In saying this, my hair definitely felt like it had more volume, and after straightening it, it was sleek and clean, and it smells amazing. The conditioner didn't give me that ultra silky (and slimy) feeling that I usually want, but I must say that my hair does stay cleaner for longer, and I have been asked a couple of times already if I've recently been to the hairdresser! I would use this product again but probably only for those days where I need to keep my hair as clean as possible for as long as possible, as that has been the biggest plus. I first thought this product would be found at a drugstore for about R60-R80, but because my hair smells like the treatments that my hair salon uses, and the fact that on the conditioner bottle the directions say to towel dry your hair before applying the conditioner makes me think its a salon product because most conditioners just advice to lather into wet hair after shampooing! I guess we will see!

I must admit I was pleasantly surprised!! After using both products my hair was left feeling so lightweight and fresh like I could actually tell that this is a good quality product just by the way it lathered onto my hair with the first wash

I usually buy my haircare products at Clicks and my suspicion that this product is something I could find on their shelves. It has a sweet smell, that isn’t overbearing at all. It makes my hair feel softer and it detangles my hair easily. The product leaves my hair with unbelievable body and curl definition. I cannot guess what this product is, but the quality is astounding. I think this product will retail for about R80-R100 per bottle. After 3 washes I think it’s exactly what my hair needed! Can’t wait to find out what it is.

So far I have used the shampoo and conditioner a few times and it smells as if I have been at the salon each time I wash my hair, it also makes my hair feel lightweight and super soft. The shampoo has a bit of a shimmer in it so I’m guessing its a higher end product.

After using this product, I instantly fell in love with the smell. It smells so sweet and refreshing. The product left my hair light and full of life! After using it for the third time, my hair started to appear darker, healthier and my hair was more curly. The product did not take away all of my fizz but I love that it does not weigh my hair down. I would recommend this product to my friends and family to try out. I cannot wait to see what I have been using for the past week...!

I am absolutely in love with this product! My hair is naturally curly and frizzy. Sometimes this causes my hair to become dry if I leave it to dry naturally. However, after my first and second use of the products, my hair lost most of its frizziness and dryness and became smooth and silky. The smell is fruity and florally and it maintains itself for quite long, so the compliments have been pouring in! :) Can't wait to find out which brand this actually is!!

I used the shampoo and conditioner twice already and it's left me with amazing results. My hair feels super soft, bouncy and tangle free. It has a subtle fruity smell to it, which lasts even days after you've washed and styled your hair. This product also reduced the amount of dryness from bleaching my hair which is a major plus for me ?. I did feel like the conditioner was very runny but overall it did work well in my hair.

I absolutely loved using this product for the first time. While using the shampoo, the esmell was amazing and I immediately felt my hair feel lighter and cleaner after the first wash. I do a double wash and single conditioner and after the whole process, my hair felt lightweight and dried so beautifully and naturally. Oh, and did I mention the amazing smell?! It feels and smells like the beauty of a Tresemme product to me, but what is it?! Thanks Beauty Bulletin, I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family and I’m looking so forward to the big reveal!

As a person with natural hair, bleached tips and occasionally colored, my hair tends to be dry no matter how many times I moisturize it. This unknown shampoo and conditioner left my hair a lot softer and moisturized. The smell of it is what gets me the most. I’m impressed. I need to know the name!

From the get-go, I found the shampoo and conditioner both great smelling and moisturising. I suspected that the conditioner would not be very moisturising because of the thin consistency. The shampoo works to a nice lather which I like a lot. The conditioner is very moisturising, much to my surprise. The only problem that I have is that it makes my hair greasy very quickly. I am an avid gym goer and using dry shampoo every second day is essential. But my hair was too greasy by day 2 so I had to wash my hair daily instead which I don't usually. I also found that the formula makes my hair clump after being in contact with chlorine. I'd use the products in winter but I don't think that it'll work as a summer product for me!

The shea butter shampoo has an absolutely amazing fresh, fruity scent. It's a very lightweight shampoo and foams easily. The shampoo has been very effective for me but my hair has been lacking nourishment from the conditioner. My hair has been a bit dry at the ends. The packaging was very sleek and professional considering it isn't the products true packaging. On the whole the shampoo is brilliant and I'd repurchase it, price wise I think it's a drugstore product.

Today is the fifth day since using the #BBundercover shampoo & Conditioner and I must say I have been happy since the first wash. This product leaves your hair smelling absolutely amazing and it's very lightweight, you don't have to use a lot to get a the perfect result. I haven't been able to put my finger on the kind of brand it is but it does smell like it could a salon professional product. The pricing would be worth it. This product can be used for both the blow drying method and as a leave in. The results are perfect. I would definitely recommend and buy this product.

Been using this shampoo & conditioner for the last 3 washes and I can already see & feel a difference in the texture of my hair. After going from brunette to blonde (bleach sessions - eeek), my hair has been very dry & brittle. These products seem to be working great. The smell is amazing & the conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft & manageable. I would definitely recommend. The conditioner is a bit runny so I end up using quite a lot to get my whole head covered (I have medium length hair) Overall, I’m really impressed.

Magically moisturizing , super silky and soft , rehydrating and fabulous Shea butter shampoo and conditioner. The list could go on. . But , this new awesome unseen/ unheard of product works like a miracle. It has rehydrated and moisturized my hair from the minute the product touched my roots. I could feel the soft yet tingly sensation of it working. Mmm, floral and fruity scents as I opened the lid just filled the air and literally made me want to just wash my hair right there and then. I used it the same day it arrived and ever since then I can't wait to wash my hair more and more with it to see even better results. This quality product left my hair feeling super silky, soft, revived , clean, and restored - I feel as if my hair could never be dry or damaged again after using this product, it wasn't heavy on my hair and didn't get oily as quick as usual . Oh and before I forget , it left my hair smelling absolutely, amazing! I keep smelling it because of the scents it gives off. I really enjoyed using this mystery shampoo & conditioner. I loved that I didn't need a lot of the product in order for my hair to feel nourished and hydrated - I could instantly feel that it was working. My hair definitely felt softer and more bouncy after using the product, which is great for me as I have really fine hair! Hello Beauties! I have a confession to make... When Beauty Bulletin first briefed influencers on this exciting undercover projects, one of the key details I remember was that the participants should be willing to try this product on their natural hair - rather than their extensions. This wasn't going to work for me... Why? Because there is nothing I hate more than buying a different shampoo and conditioner for each of my wigs, weaves or whatever extensions I am flaunting at the time! So, yes! I put the mystery product to the test on both my natural hair and a good quality weave to see what would happen. Please watch my Youtube video to find out what my thoughts were but here are a few take away points: 1. The smell is incredible and addictive! I couldn't stop sniffing my hair! It sat well with both my natural hair and my weave. The yummyness stays with you for a while too so double points there! 2. The texture is moderate - creates a perfect lather for ALL hair types (weave and natural) - so the product definitely wasn't just boasting there. 3. Repair! Repair! Repair! My weaves are suffering from heat damage and my hair is breaking from highlights I had put in at the beginning of the year. There was a visible change in the shine, appearance and general "attitude" that my hair was giving me - I'm not joking! My weave had more bounce and volume while my natural hair was not as stubborn as it is with other shampoos. So there we have it, I think my hair strands were dancing in shea butter - which girl wouldn't love that? I still can't guess what brand it is but I heard 'high quality natural products' and I was sold there!

This product firstly smells heavenly! After the wash routine, my hair felt really soft, not awfully dry as it usually does with shampoos containing sulfates. My scalp was left feeling very refreshed and I just overall felt like I'd just had my hair washed at a salon. Combing through my hair after the conditioner was just a breeze. The shampoo and conditioner has a beautiful tropical scent with hints of pineapple and paw paw. Both the shampoo and conditioner is soft and light in texture and doesn't weigh my hair down. The shampoo foams up nicely and only a small amount is needed, it gently cleanses my hair and the conditioner makes my hair feel soft and manageable (it's easy to brush through while wet). After using this combo my hair feels soft and smooth and has a long lasting pleasant tropical scent. Overall the quality is good and I love the scent that it leaves in my hair. I cant wait to see what the brand is my guesses are that it might be TRESemmé, Garnier or Organics.

I have washed my hair twice with the Mystery Shampoo & Conditioner and am quite happy with how it made my hair feel. I'm going to go more in depth with the Shampoo and Conditioner seperately: Mystery Shampoo: Consistency: The shampoo is an opaque white colour, like most shampoo's and is quite runny. I would pour a fair amount into the palm of my hand and then massage it into my hair, since I do have long hair. I usually wash my hair with shampoo, rinse, then wash again and rinse, before putting on conditioner. Scent: It smells incredibly similar to the brand Organics™. How did it make my hair feel: My hair felt incredibly clean after rinsing it out of my hair and smooth. Mystery Conditioner: Consistency: The conditioner is an opaque white colour, like most conditioner and is quite runny, which was surprising for a conditioner. I felt like I had to pour some in my hand, massage it into my hair and then apply some more, as I couldn't really feel the slimy conditioner texture one usually feels, so I'm not entirely sure how effective the conditioner would be in the long run. Scent: It smells incredibly similar to the brand Organics™. How did it make my hair feel: My hair felt very smooth after rinsing it out and my hair looked pretty healthy and soft after blow-drying it. I think the price is under R80 and it is purchasable in a drugstore/ pharmacy. The packaging was fine, although I'm usually not drawn to packaging anyway, so I really didn't mind. I am looking forward to seeing if my guess is correct!

Conditioner This is probably one of the best smelling conditioners I have ever used!!! I have a conditioner but this one beats it. It left my hair soft and manageable. No cons to mention - it works well and doesn't leave my hair feeling weighed down which is a big issue for me. Shampoo I have shoulder-length hair and this shampoo really goes a long way, it also absorbed the oil soI think with it I'd wash my hair twice a week!!! , it smells amazing and it totally refreshes my hair-do. I recently started on my natural hair journey and it's always difficult to find shampoo and conditioner that works well with your hair. The undercover products I received from Beauty Bulletin did what most don't do. I love how the shampoo didn't make my hair feel dry or brittle, but rather moisturized and soft. The conditioner made it even softer, shinier and feeling healthy. The fragrance of the set is somewhat sweet/ fruity but not too strong and though it smelled familiar after using it I still had no idea what brand I was using. Because of the organic feel of the set, I think it's a luxury brand, retailing between R150- R350 ( I might be wrong). All I know is I'll definitely buy this product once I know what brand it is, ofcause.

Having thick, wavy hair this formula was unbelievable at nourishing and conditioning my hair. It felt incredibly soft and light after I washed it. Having very long hair, condition is very important and this product definitely gives a natural and noticeable condition. I left the conditioner in and it did not make my hair greasy or heavy. I love the smell, and it It cleans well without stripping hair of moisture. My hair is noticeably more manageable and has given me a deep clean feel after every wash.

When I received the products, I used it immediately. The products remind me of Tresseme therefore I would assume its drugstore products. My hair is naturally curly and dyed so I was curious to see how the products would work on my hair. The shampoo has a great lather and is not stripping at all and the conditioner has an amazing texture and smell and really adds moisture to my hair. I also love how the conditioner detangles my hair and defines and adds shine. A little product goes a long way with both the shampoo and conditioner. I would say that the products would range between R60-R100.

I have recently embraced my natural thick curly and very short hair which is a mission to maintain and I struggle to find products that work with my hair. After using this mystery product for the past few days there was no need to bury my hair in condioner for the perfect wet look, I didn't even need to leave the condioner in after washing my hair. I have natural hair and rock my braids from time to time so washing and conditioning my hair is of utmost importance. I have dry hair which is prone to breakage but the conditioner is a winner. When I first tried and smelled my shampoo and conditioner it smelled familiar... I washed my hair and the shampoo wasn't foamy enough but it did the job. The fragrance isn't overwhelming at all. I really like conditioner. It stays in my hair. I love the smell of Shea butter. My natural hair felt so soft and smooth, there's also a shine after you rinse. I used the products on my braids too, and it was left feeling smooth and silky after my wash. It's definitely effective in terms of what I expected of the products. I'm excited to see the name of the brand I'm using although I think I know what it is. The packaging was cute and simple.

So days before i recieved these hair products to test, i have settled with the idea that i AM going to shave my head. As it was dry and felt like copper wires. Well these products arrived and i told myself let's just give it a try and there after shave my hair as i had nothing to lose. I tried expensive conditioners and shampoos that swore it will restore the hair but NOPE my hair still felt like wires. Well well well, what do we have here. This shampoo and conditioner turned Out to be a game changer. Like seriously. My hair went from goldie locks pot scrubbers to real soft baby hair. My shine was RESTORED AND MY HAIR FELT AMAZING ,NO NOT AMAZING ,BUT PHENOMINAL Yet when i washes my hair none of my hair colour came Out. I loved that this product Not only restored, cleansed and softend my hair but it wet locked my hair colour. Not a drip of colour in the sink. I loved it. Most Nature like smells, Nature infused, vanilla, slight floral , nutty, shea butter smell. I personally loved it. I guessed that this is tressemme. I cant wait for the reveal. I cant wait to add this product to my hair regime. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO CHOP OFF MY MANE AS THIS SECRET PRODUCT NOT ONLY RESTORED MY HAIR BUT IT HAS RESTORED MY FAITH IN HAIR PRODUCTS. A must have product.

The shampoo and conditioner definitely has an organic and moisturizing feel to it thanks to the shea butter. Then lasting floral scent and overall finish of the product reminded me of my favourite Sunsilk shampoo that I can't seem to find on the shelves these days therefore I believe this duo is probably a 'drugstore' brand that would retail around R80-R100 each. I have extremely long hair and this left my hair moisturized and shiny from root to tip.

Yes, it's an Afro, sorta kinda. In January this year I decided to go natural and stop relaxers, so I'm currently dawning transitioning hair. Upon receiving my oh so secretive package, I decided to wash immediately. The shampoo and conditioner both have a pearly white look and feel silky. The shampoo creates a thick lather which is great because it doesn't require you to use much. The conditioner was less thicker than expected, but after leaving it on for the recommended 2 minutes I found my mane feeling really soft. Overall.. I'm impressed and more curious now than before. Feeling and smelling good ??

I can certainly feel the organic touch this shampoo and conditioner has in it because my hair feels a lot softer and easier to brush appose to other brands which aren't organic. I like the smell of it as it's not too over hearing but leaves my hair smelling lovely. Definitely worth a buy if you are looking towards taking care of your hair regards to what you put on it.

I have had a weave in for the last couple weeks, so I was only able to use the products today and man am I satisfied. I was honestly nervous and borderline ready to quit the project, not sure if it would work for my hair or not - but I tried them out and how amazing they are. I have a natural afro and one main concern is dryness after a wash. These unknown products left my hair so soft and 'fluffly' and so much easier to detangle. Depending on the price, I would honestly buy these products again for my hair care routine. Quite excited to see what brand it is!

I think the fact that I don't know the brand of these products excites me and makes me want to use them more and more to see the effectiveness but not only that to have my hair always smelling like Shea Butter, which is an absolute bomb fragrant by the way! The condition leaves my natural hair looking shinning. I love how they feel especially the smell! I'm obessed and I can not wait to find out the brand. #bbundercover

Hi Beauties! I tested the shampoo and conditioner over 3-4 days and I must say I have mixed reviews! The smell of the shampoo is out of this world! From the moment I opened the package containing the products I was hit with a floral but "creamy" smell which was fantastic - would I like my hair to smell like that? YES PLEASE! The shampoo is brilliant, even without the conditioner I could feel it start to untangle my knots and gave an overall smooth feeling to my hair - which I don't usually get with other shampoos. I have very thick and very long hair so when using the conditioner it felt light, which worried me initially. I normally don't put conditioner on my roots but because I followed the instructions I did and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't make my hair greasy! Despite this, it wasn't sufficient for the rest of my hair which is a touch on the dry side. I think this is a drug store product that is more on the higher price range side and I would recommend both the shampoo and conditioner to others but I don't think the conditioner is the ideal fit for my hair.

Hi beauts So I tested the new shampoo and conditioner containing Shea Butter over the weekend and I must say it was interesting. The product is light on my hair yet still gives just enough moisture ,it has a refreshing yet fruity and floral smell. The product I Believe is drug store with maybe a slightly higher price. The product seems great for daily use and I love the moisturing factor to it. The product on my natural African hair is good but some people prefer deep conditioning type of products yet this product is light on the Hair so it doesn’t deep condition the hair but I would 100% recommend this product to all Hair types.

So I received my products last week and I washed my hair three times since. I love the formula, Its not thick, it is rather runny in consistency, which is awesome as I have thin low porosity hair. So it doesn't weigh my hair down, or leaving it too oily feeling. It leaves my hair feeling super soft and smelling great. It has a tropical, fruity smell which I really love. Reminds me of paradise (not that I've seen paradise, but I'm imagining it LOL) It contains Shea butter which is great for summer as it provides protection for your hair from UV rays (so thumbs up coz I'll be at the beach soon) I love it...I really do!!!!

Hi angels, So I don't know much about this product, all I know is that it contains Shea butter. After putting the mystery shampoo & conditioner to the test I found that my hair was much softer and extremely silky. Not forgetting it smelt absolutely delicious! Of pure Shea butter! How irresistible? I love that this is an organic shampoo that contains healthy ingredients for your hair. If I had to guess, I'd say its a drugstore brand, with a relatively reasonable price (+- R100). In conclusion, I would definitely buy this product again (once I know what product it actually is) as I loved the way it made my hair look & feel!
