The apricot coloured balm was so beneficial to her clients, Miss Arden used it to soothe her famous thoroughbred horses' legs. This is hands-down one of the best skin protector products and also a popular favorite among many beauty bloggers so what’s not to love about this eight hour cream that protects the skin from sunburns, dryness, temperatures and more? I always carry this with me when I’m traveling by airplane was it really helps to soothe the skin and keep it feeling fresh and hydrated

This is such a holy grail product for me I use it for a number of things such as cuts , burns and as a eye cream. It is pricey but it does last u a very long time

I am on my third tube, started using it on my chapped lips in winter and I have since used it in more ways than one.
It's a great cuticle cream
It soothes insect bites and I also use it on my eyelids and cheeks to add an extra sheen and shimmer glow to my makeup

honestly i use this cream for anything and everything. i suffer from contact dermatitis so my hands tend to go dry, itchy and flaky at times.this has helped it so much,its not as bad as it used to be.
amazing as a lip moisturizer (i usually put it on at night)
i use it if i get any rash or skin reactions
the texture is supper thick but a little goes a long way!

Amazing product, this is slightly thicker than the original Eight Hour Cream, and even more moisturising. It has the signature fragrance, and is definitely a hit for me! Soothing and moisturising, and it definitely does protect my lips. It doesn't have spf, but is still a favourite!

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Skin Protectant is a complete miracle cream, I absolutely love it. This cream can be used for just about EVERYTHING.
I had a really bad, very uncomfortable writers callus which just wouldn't go away no matter what I tried, I decided to try the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Protectant which I applied directly on the callus and then wrapped a plaster around the area of my finger, the next morning the callus was much softer so I repeated the procedure for a few more days and then filed the callus for just a few minutes and VOILA... the callus was completely gone and hasn't returned for months now.
I've also tried using it for chapped lips, insect bites, boils, rashes... you name it and it works like a bomb!!! I've tried it on burns caused by my GHD too.
And whilst it is really effective, it is not harsh it's gentle enough to be used on babies so I tried using it on my sons bottom for diaper rash and it helped clear it up. I now use it on any cuts or abrasions he gets as well as on his insect bites and sun burn patches he often gets on his shoulders.
It is however quite oily and hard to wash out of clothes so be careful not to get it on your clothes.
I think this product is a must have in every woman's hand bag and any family first aid kit!!!

This is my go to cream got an insect bite apply this cream, got chapped lips apply this cream. I use it for everything and its like the best. Its oily though and a bit sticky but I trust it because it works wonders. Love this product and I swear by it. And trust me you will also fall in love with this product.

I Love love this product, For years I have been using since 2005 while working for Elizabeth Arden, I mostly use it on my lips and it's also good for sun burn, skin irritations,cracked lips and so on. I used it on my children as well. I am very pleased with it and will continue using it as always. I also incorporate it to my night routine and will apply it on my face not always though and usually I just apply a small amount as it's very oily and will alternate it with my night cream. Got this tip from the customers of Arden while was working there. Till today I do that and it works well with my skin. so for me it's a Multi-Purpose product. I recently did a blog on my site "What's In My Bag ( Make Up Bag) and included it as this product i use it daily. It's a definate must have for everyone. Go get yours, You won't be sorry

This is one of the best products I have in my body/face beauty collection.
You can use this product for anything and everything.
Its great for nourishing dry skin, you can use it on your hands, faces, body, lips.... ANYWHERE. Its literally a ALL-IN-ONE miracle fix.
I love to use it on my lips, as a lip treatment and at times on blemishes or stubborn breakouts.

Been using this product for just over a year and im smitten, the oily look it leaves on after applying is something im used to now, i just put my makeup on after applying it and since i have combination skin, it keeps my skin supple and moisturized all the time, especially during winter. I keep 1 tube in my handbag and 1 in my bathrooom, love this product and really cant remeber the last time i complined about zits.

No doubt a 5/5 on all factors. I've been using this product for close to 10 years now and cannot go a day without it. I rated the price so high because a tube lasts for such a long time so spending over R200 is nothing. I prefer to use the fragrance free on my face (eye area, nose, lips) and the original version for the rest of my body and hair.

This is absolutely the best! I used to have insane breakouts and just applying a dab of this, cleared it up within a night. It is exceptionally moisturizing and makes your skin appear clearer and brighter. The only problem that I sometimes had is the formula can be a little sticky, so be sure to tie your hair up and away from you face! (P.S this makes for a great lip balm!)
