I love this lip gloss because it doesn't leave my lips sticky which is the reason I normally avoid glosses.
I use the shade "nourishing nude"which matches most skin tones perfectly and looks very natural and fresh.
Its perfect for everyday wear and when you don't want to wear a lot of heavy make-up but still want to look polished.
Only negative is that you have to reapply after food or drink (but that is common with most glosses). I also lick my lips throughout the day so I have to apply is even more so than others but it doesn't have a horrible taste, so that's a plus for me!

I have never been a fan of lip gloss purely because all of them aways left me sticky and as if it were all over my face and hair.
I decided to give this a shot after all the reviews on BB and I have to say that I am quite impressed.
There's a wide variety of colours to compliment every skin tone .
The consistency is just right amd is not sticky at all.
I like that it sits on your lips and adds moisture and flawless color . This doesn't dry out my lips and doesn't get all over my face and hair.
It's light weight but not as long lasting as I would like it to be . I don't mind reapplying as the texture is so soft and comfortable.

This lipgloss can be purchased through an Avon Representative.
I'm actually not a really big fan of Lipgloss. But this one wasn't too bad.
I purchased this one along with my Pink Renewal Lipstick.
It is also a really light pink lipgloss.
What I liked about this lipstick is the fact that it wasn't that sticky, but more moisturising and glossy.
It gave me a natural shine and didn't go too far with the bling.
If you're like me and you're not a big fan of Lipgloss, but want to try one out, I would recommend giving this one a go.

Quite a lovely and moisturising gloss that may not last as long as other glosses I use but I still like it ,especially the raspberry shade. The color is so rich and attractive ,it's really very complimenting.. I didn't find it to be sticky or heavy which is a huge plus. I will definitely try other colors .

I really like this lipgloss. I bought a few shades and actually wear them because I find that they are not sticky whatsoever, which is a real score for me as I hate sticky things on my lips. While the colour is not going to stay put and last for hours, it has a decent wear time and looks great while it is on. There is such a large variety of colours to choose from, which is also something I love, and I promise that there will be a shade for everyone. I also like the simple packaging, it is such a great little thing to have in your bag!

These two products were both great. The pink isnt too bright in the lipstick and the gloss has more of a tint of pink, which i really enjoy because its subtle, less is more! The lipstick and lip gloss are both long lasting with one application, they make your lips feel silky smooth and all around a very enjoyable brand for lips! 10/10 and a new addition to my purse makeup collection :D

SO i just fetched my package from the post office which i was sooo eagerly awaiting.
colours not my choice but i still tried them and wow the lipstick texture just so smooth and "soft" - the lip glaze even better lighter and not thick on the lips and the best part it does stay for a long while no residue- will try again tomorrow and see the effectiveness again. cheerio

I've used nourishing nude and renewing rose! Soft , natural moisturing colours that are wearable for any age group! I'm not one for a natural appearing lipstick : my lipstick is usually bold, matte n long lasting! These lipglosses enabled me to soften my long wear lipstick by wearing them ontop! As winter n dry skin approaches my long wear has felt dry n rolls off in parts because my lips are so dry! This is pleasant to use, non sticky, not tremendously long lasting and does require reapplication but so wearable n for someone who only utilises lipstick the soft natural appearance of these colours has made me have a rethink about my lipstick choices! Tremendous value for money on promotion and you would definitely buy more than one!

I had the opportunity to try two Ultra Colour Absolute Lipglosses, namely the Nourishing Nude and the Pure Poppy. The colours are just divine for my skin tone. The gloss stays long with a shine even though I felt it got a bit sticky as it started wearing off. Wearing them made my face have a glow.

I was really excited when I received the new Avon lippies. I was pleasantly surprized too. The lipstick in Natural Flush is a lovely nude shade that can be worn with anything. It lasts quite long and my lips feel moisturised and soft the whole time I was wearing it. Same goes for the Ultra Glazewear Absolute in soft peach. I actually combined the two at times and they make a great combo. Apart from all of that, both of these lippies smell amazing too! Definitely a great buy.

The title is 'Easy lipgloss-ing' because it really is easy! Easy to carry. Easy to put on. Easy to look great in one easy swipe of the magic colour wand.
I got to review Radiant Red and Pure Poppy lip glosses. For someone who, like me, is not big on make-up but does want their lips looking good at all times this is the perfect lip gloss. I loved the Pure Poppy the best. It was the best shade of pink and suited my skin tone the best.
The lip gloss fits into any pocket so it is ideal to carry in your pocket if you do not want to carry any bags. As a student I do not want to keep digging in my bag looking for something for my lips so this fit right into my pocket. Brilliant! Easy to find!
The lip gloss does not leave any sticky residue like most lip glosses. No need to use any base lip balm to because this lip gloss has all the moisture you need.
The package is very cute. The colour you see is the colour you get. I loved the silver caps. Adds a little sophistication we all know Avon has.
This will be my lip gloss of choice from now on. It is very easy to love!

No, I say. Lipstick is not your thing - this I've often said to myself. I had totally lost faith on coloured lips. All I cared about was moisturizer lips. I was a lip-balm only kinda girl. Thanx to Beauty Bulletin for giving me hope on mousturised AND coloured lips. Firstly, I thank the colour-gods for sending me an amazing colour to review. The Avon Ultra Wear in Pure Orchid was the best match for my skin-tone (viva yellow bone!). It's a double pleaser with both the suppleness and colour it provides for my lips. So much so that my mom wants one for herself! Whoever said true beauty secrets can't be shared? I suppose this is how products are carried through from generation to generation? This long lasting lipstick is everything.
On the other hand, the Glaze wear Lipgloss was not such a hit for me. It's light on the lips, and perhaps that's why it doesn't provide cover and colour for an extended period of time. Maybe it had to do with my excessive water drinking through out the the 3-4 hours I've had it on? Nonetheless, it feels good on the lips. Doesn't itch or have cheap-like lipgloss attributes. I would recommend it for a glossy, light colour effect.

A while ago I received the Avon Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lip Gloss in two shades, Creamy Coral and A Smooth Berry/Wine/Plum colour.
Firstly, I've been drawn into the whole Verry Berry Lip trend with the darker shades, and I was just about to pop by my local cosmetics counter to pick up a darker shade by M.A.C, and to my surprise along comes these wonderful products in the mail.
The Creamy Coral Lip Colour is my fave despite the love of darker shades, I love that I can wear this colour practically anywhere without it looking outstanding or out of place, it fits perfectly with my slightly fair skin tone and I love that it sticks to its colour tone, creamy. It has a luxurious and soft feel to it after applying, it doesn't taste bad either (since I'm ALWAYS licking my lips out of habit). What I loved the most though was the sheer effect it has, without any unwanted glitter, this lip colour was a pleasure to review and I find myself grabbing my Avon Ultra Glazewear every morning before leaving for work!
Berry/Wine/Plum Lip colour, this shade was such a fun experiment to try out! I actually went out one night with my girlfriends and about a dozen girls stopped me to ask about the colour itself. As this chic and statement colour is now making the rounds in fashion circles, runways and editorial shoots,I wanted to get some the action too! It has a glamorous look and feel to it, the only downside was probably the fact that it smudged quite often, especially after having drinks with the girls, I found myself having to re-apply it every 40 minutes, so in my opinion the long lasting colour lacked in that regard. Overall, I love the shade, but I will definitely be seeking a lipstick in the same colour as I prefer the matt look especially when out on a date!
Well done Avon!!! It is definitely an improvement from your previous Glazewear range. Find this product through Avon Consultants Nationwide girls! R89.90 for any two colours!!! Such a bargain!

I was so excited when I received the glazewear to review. I immediately applied it. My lips instantly felt soft and yummy. The softness lasted for a long time even after the glazewear had worn off. And with this change of season it good to wear a product that keeps your lips feeling conditioned. The application was nice not sticky at all. My lips did not also feel sticky even after a second or third application. I liked the colour heavenly honey as it is nude glaze and works well when you want "overdress" your eyes which I love to do.
If you looking for a lipgloss that will moisturize as you wear it and give you the added moisturize when reapplying I would definitely recommend this product. But if you are looking for a lipgloss that is going to give you intense colour and moisturize then I would not recommend, hence the name glazewear.
Overall I liked the product as well as the packaging. It feels like the top is clicking when you open and close it, which is great for ladies on the move. You can keep it in your bag knowing it will not ope accidentally and spill in your bag or get full of "bag fluff". It is a good price and always be on look out for special introductory prices or promotions.

I was lucky enough to be part of the Avon group to receive the lip gloss and lipstick. i got the lip gloss in radiant red and lipstick in lovely Fuchsia.
The excitement i got when i received these 2 babies :-) i still get excited by looking at them.
The packaging is for the lipstick is playful and bright, like the lip colour i got. The lipstick smell gorgeous and the colour pay off is okay. nothing to ground breaking or anything. but i still love the fuchsia for days when i feel full of life and it works well. my lips are well moisturized and left soft. For me the i go for the lipstick any day. For the price it is also worth buying.
The lipgloss on the other hand is also great but i am not a lip gloss person although i love the predecessor in mauve movement and that lip gloss will save the nation one day. i actually have 3 and Mauve movement is my absolute favourite. most trusted actually. I love red lips but i did not really get best pay off from this lipgloss, but is works beautifully as a top coat to my deep red lipstick for when i go out. i also tried to make my own colour by combing the lipstick and the lipgloss and loved what came out and plan to wear it like that sometimes.
All in all i would def buy the lipsticks, the lip gloss? probably not. not because it is not good but because i do not really like a shiny red lip.

This is an amazing Lipgloss, which you can wear with or without lip colour. It sculpts lips into a high shine lacquer finish and it won’t bleed. I was blessed with radiant red and pink, and I cannot remember the name for the pink colour, cause my daughter made it hers. She wears it without a colour, and she says it has a very mild scent that reminds her of cupcakes and she loves cupcakes. Avon Lipgloss is soft on your lips, it nourishes your lips and it lasts longer than other lipglosses i tried before.

This lip gloss is amazing. It compliments my skin tone. It stayed on my lips for approximately 3hours which is a plus on my side as the lip gloss I had previously didn't last that long on my lips. The brush is soft and glides the lip gloss on your lips. It has a very nice scent to it, almost like caramel toffee sweet which I love. It's not sticky and one coat is enough. If you put on two coats its not bad but after two it usually gets clumpy which is a NO NO. It goes for the price of R54.95.

I just love Avon lately with all their new makeup and lip gloss range it is really hard to choose. First of all I would like to thank Beauty Bulletin for choosing me for this review club! Being a newbie to Beauty Bulletin I wasn't sure I was going to get chosen but you ladies definitely know how to put a smile on a girls face so Thank you very much!
Now these two beauties came to me in the form of Soft Peach and Heavenly Honey. I don't know how it happened but it must have been fate as I'm sure you can tell by the photo's how perfectly suited the two shades are for my skin tone! Just like every other make up junkie I took a ton of photo's and then immediately tried them both on. Now I must tell you- I really put these two to the test. I am not the biggest fan of lip glosses, I tend to lean towards the balm stains etc but the Ultra Glazewear Absolute range has definitely converted me. So lets get to it...
The Scent: They have a soft, light but sweet fragrance too them. Nothing too potent, I quite enjoyed it.
The Consistency: It is just the right consistency for the perfect gloss in a perfect world. Its soft and silky. Not at all thick and gooey or that runny gloss that just slides right off your lips.
The Texture: No this is the one I always worry about- I hate sticky glosses that make you feel as if your lips are glued together every time you shut your mouth. THIS IS NOT STICKY. Its just right, smooth and you can smack your lips as much as you want without them getting stuck.
The Colour: I received Soft Peach witch is a beautiful light pinky peach nude-y colour as well as Heavenly Honey which is a caramel nude.
As I mentioned before, I did put these to the test for about 7 days straight. First I wore them on their own. No lip balm, no foundation to mute out my natural lip colour, nada. I was quite impressed as Avon states that these Ultra Glazewear Absolute glosses will hydrate and protect your lips, they do just that. You wouldn't need a lip balm with SPF because these beauts have SPF15 to protect your smackers from the sun. I was also quite happy with the pigmentation and colour pay off on top of my natural lip colour. They were perfectly natural looking- great for my everyday make up routine!
I also tried them on top of a few of my less hydrating lipsticks and balm stains where I found them to be just as hydrating on top of those as they are on their own. They also added extra dimension and a beautiful glossed look on top of the other lipsticks. I also find my lips to be in a much better (smooth, soft and supple) condition after using these beauts for 7 straight days so these will definitely be an asset in the upcoming winter months!
I feel I should be completely honest in all my reviews, so there is just one little and I mean little, gripe I have with this gloss- its staying power. In my tests if I drank from a bottle or a glass or ate there was no gloss left to be seen. Now, I can't fault Avon for this because no where did they promise me 24 hour staying power but what they did promise me was hydrated lips with protection from the sun and I definitely received that!
So would I spend my own hard earned money on the Avon Ultra Glazewear Absolute Range after having the chance to try them for free courtesy of Beauty Bulletin? Hell yes! They delivered exactly what they said they would, converted me to a lip gloss lover and are completely affordable!

The Texture: No this is the one I always worry about- I hate sticky glosses that make you feel as if your lips are glued together every time you shut your mouth. THIS IS NOT STICKY. Its just right, smooth and you can smack your lips as much as you want without them getting stuck.
The Colour: I received Soft Peach witch is a beautiful light pinky peach nude-y colour as well as Heavenly Honey which is a caramel nude.
As I mentioned before, I did put these to the test for about 7 days straight. First I wore them on their own. No lip balm, no foundation to mute out my natural lip colour, nada. I was quite impressed as Avon states that these Ultra Glazewear Absolute glosses will hydrate and protect your lips, they do just that. You wouldn't need a lip balm with SPF because these beauts have SPF15 to protect your smackers from the sun. I was also quite happy with the pigmentation and colour pay off on top of my natural lip colour. They were perfectly natural looking- great for my everyday make up routine!
I also tried them on top of a few of my less hydrating lipsticks and balm stains where I found them to be just as hydrating on top of those as they are on their own. They also added extra dimension and a beautiful glossed look on top of the other lipsticks. I also find my lips to be in a much better (smooth, soft and supple) condition after using these beauts for 7 straight days so these will definitely be an asset in the upcoming winter months!
I feel I should be completely honest in all my reviews, so there is just one little and I mean little, gripe I have with this gloss- its staying power. In my tests if I drank from a bottle or a glass or ate there was no gloss left to be seen. Now, I can't fault Avon for this because no where did they promise me 24 hour staying power but what they did promise me was hydrated lips with protection from the sun and I definitely received that!
So would I spend my own hard earned money on the Avon Ultra Glazewear Absolute Range after having the chance to try them for free courtesy of Beauty Bulletin? Hell yes! They delivered exactly what they said they would, converted me to a lip gloss lover and are completely affordable!

About a two week ago I received two products, Avon Ultra Glaze wear lip Gloss.I am not really a lip gloss person as my lips tend to crack and dry out.. I decide to try the two product. I can say I am very impressed , the texture and the smell. I really like the Renewing Rose its absolute very amazing I love it. The radiant red lip gloss loves the colour its bring the best in me.. The red is daring, sexy and makes me feel like a glamour girl .The Ultra glaze wear lip its gentle on the lips, it moisturizes , shiny and its absolute long wear. U do not need to reapply all day. I love it! Its smells yummy… U got to try it to love it!

Hi girls! Avon's Absolute Ultra Wear Lipstick SPF15 in Natural Flush and Ultra Glazewear Absolute lipgloss SPF15 in Soft Peach, are the best lip products I've tested in years. They complement each other like Meg Ryan and love stories! Soft, smooth and natural looking, for that fresh innocent girly touch. Easy to apply, and even smells delicious! ;-) I love these products. Avon did it again!

Firstly I would like to thank Beauty Bulletin and Avon for giving me the opportunity to review their Ultra Glazewear and absolute lip gloss.
I really enjoyed reviewing this product as it was somehting new to that I have never tried out before. Unlike other lip glosses both these Avon products are amazing, Providing a wonderful colour and texture to your lips. Not only does it feel thicker than other competitors products out there but it also moisturisers women's lips. love the feel of this lip gloss. Its smooth and does not clump. The colors are bright, but not over the top. I would rate both these products a 8/10 and recommend it to all women looking to add wonderful colour as well as taking care of their lips. Nothing better than kissable lips ;)

Can you imagine my excitement when I got a notice to collect my package from beauty bulletin. Even though I have known about them for a while I just signed up a week earlier so I didn't expect anything so soon.
I got home shortly after 4 and had to make a u turn and run to the post office which happens to be five minutes away. I use it a lot and even though a little voice was saying they are close by 16: 30, the excitement kept me going. I got there at exactly 16:30 and they were closed. I read the closing times and deflated I turned back, got Chinese and walked home. The next day I got my package and rushed home.
I ripped the envelop open and found not one but two stunning Avon products. I took the pics and posted on instagram and simply admired the packaging then my phone rang and I was off to dinner. In a mad rush I forgot my cool new lip care on the table. The next day I woke up with a giant cold sore on my lower lip. I was not happy. I took care of it and 3 days later I finally tried the lipstick
Lipstick: No lipstick I try escape the smudge test on glasses. I know how embarrassing it can be if your wine glass looks like you just been stabbed someone with it because of the smudges. To my surprise my lipstick didn’t stain the glass too badly. I also noticed that it’s nice and moist on my lips. The colour is stunning. I love it but like most lipstick the colour fades so you have to keep reapplying it. I love that the name Avon is written on the silver ring and not on the body. This way the name won’t fade and I wont end up with a lipstick that looks like you have had it since 2009 because of scratches.
Lipgloss: I prefer lipgloss over lipstick for an everyday look. I was quite happy with the lipsgloss. It did the job well. I would still apply my Vaseline first though to make it last longer.
Packaging: 8/10

Having just received my Lipstick and Lipgloss I am more than eager to go on and try it out. I received one lipstick in shade -PURE ORCHID (2251013) and one Lipgloss in shade PURE POPPY (2121213) .
I absolutely luvvv any lip products and considering that this lipgloss and lipstick are such amazing colors i am more than excited!!
I will start using and reviewing my experience with these products tomorrow onwards and ill keep readers updated.;-)

Being a lipgloss freak myself, I was so excited to try out these products.
Here is the nitty gritty :
The smell is subtle and yet appealing.
It leaves your lips soft and feeling moisturised, without that tacky feeling you often get with lipgloss.
The colour is subtle and yet not dull. The colours have a slight shimmer.
Apparently has a built in SPF 15 - bonus points!!
What you see is what you get - the colour you see is really the colour your lips will be. True colour. Vibrant and alluring.
Even after eating and drinking the gloss is still visible. I reapplied throughout the day but not as often as other brands I have used.
I loved the feel of the gloss - almost felt like I was wearing lipstick but not as "heavy"
The colours complimented any look I had.

I loved the packaging of these lipglosses , the colors are so vibrant.
I was really excited to give them a try.
I love the feel when applying these lipglosses and the color on my lips is amazing ..I was abit dissapointed with the staying power. They lasted on my lips for about an hour . I just don't like reapplying that often.
But I do like these lipglosses manly for these vibrant colors and the fact that they come in a huge range of colors to choose from.

Avon Ultra Glazewear feels really smooth on your lips and is easy to apply!
The colour "Rave" in particular is perfect for a night out and has a lot of shine and shimmer which I love!
It lasts relatively long, in comparison to other lip glosses and it has a great smell :D

Loving this new lipgloss non sticky at all. The tangerine gleam is very useful nd works both for that natural beautiful glow or something more sultry and sexy it works nicely over red lipstick and gives it that gorgeous shine that shimmers in my photos :)

I used the Avon Ultra Glazewear lipgloss in Plum Pretty. The rich purple colour visible from outside the tube looked exactly like the colour of the lipgloss inside the tube.
It did not smell fruity, which is one of my favourite things about lipgloss in general, but instead it has a very subtle to non-existent scent, which is obviously better than a strong unpleasant scent.
The lipgloss has a good thick consistency and so, a good amount was coated onto the applicator. A single application onto the top and lower lip was all I needed to do in order to get beautifully glossed lips.
My lips were coloured a subtle but still visible purple tinge. It is a great lipgloss for someone who wants a hint of colour without having to wear lipstick. However, if you wanted more colour, you can add a second or third coat of the lipgloss.
On the negative side, the plastic-like tube gives a deceptive look of it being a cheap product and doesn't justify how fantastic the lipgloss inside the tube actually is.

I was gifted this product by one of my friends for my birthday after seeing it in the Avon catalogue. I'm the type of girl who loves a bit of sparkle and shine on her lips so a product call "Glazeware Sparkle" is definitely one I should try.
And this Avon product does not disappoint. The Apple Cinnamon colour is not highly pigmented - it is more subtle than I had hoped it would be but suits my medium-dark skin tone well. I usually wear it around the office or during week days. When I heard "Glazeware" I thought the product would be more shiny but it isn't. The "Sparkle" I am very happy with.
The formula isn't sticky at all but you will need to touch up as the day goes on as it isn't very long-wearing. There is no scent to the lipgloss, which I find a con as I would have liked that. Maybe a bit of an apple cinnamon scent seeing as that is the name of the product?
I would definitely purchase this product again becuase of the effectiveness and cost.

I was sadly disappointed in the colour of this lipgloss. It is completely different to the brochure. It is very matte. Maybe its just me but im not a fan of the colour and when i received it i was actually convinced that it was a conceler. I wouldnt buy it again.
