Such a gorgeous GHD and it's the best timing, because my GHD broke two weeks ago. This would be the best gift ever since I've been getting withdrawal symptoms. What tickles my fancy about the new ghd V Lagoon ... I find it difficult to smooth out my shoulder length blond hair and so have go to my hairdresser when I can afford it. She uses the ghd and my hair looks amazing .. sooo healthy smooth and shiny that everyone comments on how healthy it looks. If I had my own ghd I would be able to do my own hair everyday.

Well I guess I've never experienced the tickling of a GHD as my hair is dead straight as it is...but a little birdie once told me that a magic tool like GHD is able to curl as well!? If I could make some curly locks on this dead and dull mop of hair I'd definitely feel the fanciest! Curls would make every day of mine a little more exciting, and give me that fabulous feeling of looking stunning!

Wow i would love to win the GHD V Lagoon I never owned a GHD in my life however at the salon they have used it on my hair and OMG it has made a big difference to my life as my hair was pin straight resulting in me having so much confidence in they way I looked and approached people it really does change your life. what tickles my fancy and will with everyone around me that if I win I will have good hair day everyday. First thing that 'tickles my fancy' has got to be the colour of this new GHD (considering that blue is my favourite colour). The Birds of Paradise edition has got my jaw dropping right down to the floor with how beautiful it looks. Unfortunately, being a student means I have never personally owned a GHD, instead I've resorted to begging and borrowing GHD's from friends for special occasions. Other straighteners never seem all that good at taming the giant mass of frizz and waves that I call my hair. Needless to say, owning a GHD would mean long silky locks all year round instead of once in a blue moon. Forever a fan of the GHD.

Hair styling! Argh, such a schlep at times!! I, like many others, wear my hair as an accessory so I want it to look beautiful ALL. THE. TIME. and as a female with REALLY curly hair I have taken HOURS (literally) to achieve the perfect style and when using cheaper ceramic stylers, it takes THAT much longer. What REALLY gets me going (tickles my fancy/ruffles my feathers/floats my boat/rubs my Buddha/feeds my needs) about the GHD Professional Ceramic Styler is that it cuts styling time in half! This means that my hair is not exposed to as much heat and VOILA! Less damage and(compliments of the advanced heat technology) a silky, shiny mane :) As mentioned before, I have super curly hair and have found that when using other ceramic stylers, my curls aren't quite as curly afterward. I have noticed that after using a GHD, all I need to do is wash my hair again and I'll have my curls back. Another amazing feature of the GHD styler is that it's more than just a straightener, it can create ANY look I need and that ensures that I'm able to ooze confidence for any occasion. I can go on and on about so many of the other cool features (eg. the swivel cord which means I don't have to break my wrist when stroking from my roots to tip with the styler; the sleep-mode for when I have to rush off and forget that I could burn down my house). It seems GHD REALLY know women the way each and every product is so beautifully packaged and such a treat to look at. I would love to win this Picasso of a styler not just for myself but for my friends who suffer with (seemingly) untameable as much as I do.

Firstly I think GHD is the best thing since hair rollers! Firstly, let me introduce myself and my hair… I am one of 8 siblings & unfortunately I happen to be the sibling who has to struggle the most with my hair (although siblings beg to differ because I always keep my hair well maintained in their eyes, well I try to). As I said, I struggle with my hair, when I wash it, it takes hours long to fix it up, something like 2 hours and not because it is long, the only way my hair comes out real nice is if I GHD my hair. Unfortunately, I do not own a GHD (and probably will not own one anytime soon as I can’t afford it right now, unless I win the GHD on BB of course, lol). So how do I get to GHD my hair? I go to the hair salon about once or every now and then, twice a month so that they can GHD my hair and for the rest of the month…well, I walk around with my hair looking like someone living in the stone ages… by either not washing it or attempting to wash it and it still looks like I haven’t washed it. Doing my hair without the help of a GHD is a HUGE struggle and EFFORT!
So what would winning the GHD mean to me? For starters I would save money going to the salon as I would be able to do my hair in the comfort of my room, also my stylist showed me how quick I would be able to do my hair if I had a GHD, so it will wasting less time, instead of 2 hours, I will be able to do my hair in about 30 min (that is the amount of time my stylist takes to do my hair, sometimes in 25 min). And I will never ever have to dread washing my hair by myself ever again as it is one of the things I hate the most just because of the struggle. Oh my hat (not that you would need one with GHD!) This styler changed the course of hairstyling as we know it and still continues to turn heads to this day!
When I think of this particular styler 'Birds of Paradise', I'm taken to Brazil which is THE place to be at the moment! The ladies there rock big waves and curls without so much as a hint of frizz and this styler is the ultimate way to achieve such a vivacious and voluminous style! I love love LOVE this Styler!

The GHD is such an amazing product. Ive always used a cheep suppermarket hair straightner and oneday i tried my friends out and it made my hair feel like silk, didnt damage my hair, didnt pull my hair when i was using it and it kept the curls. Its like having magic at your finger tips. They always come in the most stunning colours and they are so easy to use, having a GHD's would make me feel amazing everyday. Owning one would be a dream come true.

The GHD Styler looks amazing. I dont own one yet buy every Friday my colleague brings her GHD to work so I can straighten my Virgin Brazilian weave, and I must say the result are impressive. The weave stays straight without tangling for the greater part of week. Love , Love GHD!!!!

Saying that the NEW ghd V Lagoon Professional Styler from the limited edition bird of paradise collection, ruffles feathers would be the understatement of the year. When I see it I'm thinking sleek, sassy and vivaciously sexy curls and waves. Not to mention tthat it has no discrimination issues - even with my coarse hair. I'm a definite fan of ghd . Not only do I love it but I actually need it ! I received my 1st god for my 30th birthday...best gift ever. I have curlying, frizzy hair which I normally tie up but thanks to ghd I actually do have good hair days :) this new god reminds me of the tropics and warmth and sensuality. If watching it makes me feel that good , I can only imagine how fabulous I will feel once I've worked it's magic on my hair

GHD has always been somewhat of a status symbol. I remember going on a weekend trip and this girl askes if I straightened my hair with a GHD and I did not own one then. I immediately said yes... She raved about it and I did too, saying how I could never live without it etc. Little did I that it would be the case. I got my GHD in 2010/2011 and I have had the best hair days since then. Whenever we go somewhere and I dont pack my GHD I have to use a normal straightener. I literally cry at the state of my hair after using a normal straightener. When people ask me how much my GHD was they cringe. They dont KNOW how it changes your life. My GHD is an addiction. My husband has failed to date to insure my GHD. I have told him if something were to happen to it he will replace it that same day. No way in hell will I ever use any other straightener ever again. This bird of paradise collection is absolutely gorgeous. I cant wait to get my hands on it. GHD is my drug.

This is the most beautiful ghd i have ever seen! Lagoon yes but how about peacock? Ever since i borrowed my cousin's ghd for a wedding, i have been dreaming of owning one. Everything about the GHD ruffles my feathers :-) I have been a GHD fan for ages now and the colour is gorgeous!!! EVERYTHING about a GHD straightener ruffles my feathers from its quick heating to the automatic sleep mode. I love that the ceramic covered aluminium plates heat evenly and glide smoothly over my hair, giving me beautiful defrizzed hair in minutes. The rounded barrel means I can use my straightener to create curls, waves and flicks when straight is just not enough. I remember back in the day.. the things us woman had to go through to look good.. aaahh if that stubborn hair didnt set then thats the end of it!it just ruined your whole mood especially if you're about to go out.. then came the trusty old clothing iron trick. Using a normal iron to get those fizzy locks into place and making them smooth..us woman would try anything. Always determined lol.. then years later hair irons came about and made things more simple..of course it didnt stay straight for long.. along came the super ghd.. like a god given gift to woman kind (and some men)oh how it tickled my fancy. . Slick and smooth hair within minutes. . Super fabulous ghd curls!!! Certainly ruffled my feathers so to say.. theres no turning back after finding that sort of perfection. . All I gota do now is save up for my very own :( oh well.
