How does one even begin to explain why you should win a GHD?? It's a GHD FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE! The best thing since sliced bread, rolo ice-cream, cook-in-the-bag chicken, electric beaters, electric blankets, BB cream, the works! GHD is THEEEE love of my life, I can't even begin to explain how lost I would be without it. Gone are the days that I would straighten my hair with a brown paper bag and an iron (let's not even start talking about the neck spasm while trying to balance your head on the ironing board!). I use to look like a peacock back in the day...I cringe every single time I look at school photo's with my frizzy & out of control hair...I even cut my hair into a bob back then *cringeeee! This GHD needs to be on my dressing table, I don't want it, I NEED it. Let's not even begin to talk about the beautiful colour! GHD really gives new meaning to the word multistyle as well as multitool as the various styles u create will certainly have fam and friends believe u have various hairstyling tools , no wonder it is described as being iconic , no other straightener can match the ghd's popularity.The curved barrel design certainly brings ease with regards to curling/flicking your hair in/out.Its transforming power always amazes me as it transforms any hairstyle as well as any length into a work of art , after all every woman needs her own personal stylist thats available 24 / 7 !

Its definitly one of the prettiest flat irons I have seen in a while, and GHD has done it again, not only making their product useful and of such a high standard to use, but also making the product beautiful to look at.
The Bird of Paradise tickles my fancy because my hair is in serious need of a tame, and I have no doubt that this beautiful flat iron will do just that.

This styler is definately a must have for those who love to have that something that stands out from the rest, this styler definately stands out. Who wouldn't be jealous of you if you have one? I have always wanted a ghd styler but have not been able to buy one, they are a bit on the pricey side, and that is understandable as quality always costs money. Firstly the look of the GHD is so vivid and eye catching the HD of hair straighteners. Secondly after owning a GHD myself (mine is out the door now) for 8 years it is definately worth buying. Saves time and doesn't leave your hair feeling dry and brittle. And I can see that they have just improved immensely with their new design. Would love to have a new GHD ? so many styles you'll never have drab hair. Great review really need 1 of these.

Ok, so I have tried many appliances to style my hair with and NOTHING comes close to the affect I get with a GHD. Now they come in eye catching colours, thats even better. Having spent my life with a wild, untamed mane of thick frizzy, uncontrollable head of hair I would be lost without my GHD and having spent the last 20 years living in the humidity of durban you can imagine what I go through teehee! I have really thick wavy hair, that most of the time want's to do it's own thing and for that reason I have never really been able to have anything other than long hair, tied in a ponytail or bun, most days! There is no other hair straightener that actually gives the results that GHD does! I have tried many different brands in the past and this is the only one for me! It is quick, efficient, easy to manage, and hey what's wrong with a cool-designer-looking product like GHD....especially the newest, coolest GHD LAGOON. GHD is an amazing product. I absolutely love the limited edition Bird of Paradise GHD. It is soo gorgeous. I have aways been a ghd fan and bought the very first plain black styler that came to South Africa. I still, to this day, find that no other hair styler works like a ghd does. It styles my hair in a matter of minutes and they are always reliable. I love, love GHD. It is sleek and easy to hold and perfect to go traveling with as it is lightweight.
