This tampon has done what no other could. It has converted me. I didn't think of doing a review on it until hubby picked one up last night and asked me what sweet it was. I tried using tampons many years ago and gave up on them as never being comfy or easy to insert. With all the hype surrounding this I decided to give it a try and it did what no other could, it converted me. I can no longer use old fashioned pads after feeling the superior comfort of tampax compak. It is super easy to insert, not like those old huge cardboard ones that never went in or out smoothly. The pad itself absorbs better than anything I have ever used. It expands both lengthwise and widthwise. I think the leak guard skirt is absolutely genius as it keeps me feeling dry the entire day. This is the only tampon that has not given me thrush. Then there is the packaging, totally cute and when I am out in public very discreet to pop into my pocket when running to the ladies room.

I’ve always considered Tampax to be a trusted household brand; however I have been using the competitor brand for many years now.
So I had to give Tampax Compak a try. At first I struggled with the insertion due to my ignorance and not reading the leaflet and instructions first. The packaging (wrapper) is beautiful I love how it’s camouflaged into something pretty and sweetie like. We are definitely evolving. I’m not entirely sure if I like the plastic applicator. I was cautious at first but then learnt that it’s not that bad at all. Change can be a difficult thing for me.
I have to agree that the absorbency of the tampons is great. No leaks and no mess, I was a bit apprehensive because of my heavy flow in the first 2 days of my period. There was no discomfort or irritation for duration of my period.
The price is right, the product is great!
I have absolutely no complaints about this product I can honestly recommend Tampax Compak to all the women out there. I will definitely consider the move to Tampax Compak

I have started using tampon of another brand- not Tampax-since I started menstruating- in 1990. So I was a bit sceptical to try Tampax with the applicator.
Guess what??
That applicator that I was scared of- actually it is the best invention ever.
With my old tampon I had to insert it with my finger. Most of the times I would not insert it correctly as the walls of my vigina swells a bit.
This will result in pain and discomfort.
But with Tampax Compak - it is different. The applicator guides the tampon correctly to its place. I don't have to worry anymore. There was never discomfort.
The applicator is so soft you cant even feel it when you insert it. The rounded end is very comfortable and soft.
I enjoyed using the product and will recommend it.

I haven't used tampons in 6years. And when I was offered the opportunity to review the Tampax Compak I was a bit sceptical.
I am a busy Mom who loves gym and jogging. And during "that time of the month" I usually don't go to gym because of the discomfort.
Thanks to Tampax Compak, I went to gym for the first time without having to worry about discomfort or checking myself every 2minutes. I almost forgot that it was that time of the month.

In all my life since the beginning of my periods, I have only exposed myself to one brand of tampons and developed my trust. But as I started using the Free trial pack I got from BB, I was so perplexed at the effectiveness of this product. I am someone who has a heavy floor such that I would usually use a tampon and a pad to avoid leakage. But this time around things were very different, my flow was the same, but it felt so different because I had a new friend, insertion was so smooth, so much you wouldn`t feel you just put anything in. I would literally forget that I have something in, the level of absorption in the Tampax Compak tampon is so wow! I didn`t think I will ever find any other brand I can trust when it comes to my periods, that was until last week when I had an opportunity to put to test this awesome product.
The plastic applicators are so easy to dispose of without making everybody know that it is that time of the month and makes the insertion better than using your finger directly.

I received a parcel few weeks ago and was so happy to be selected as a reviewer of Tampax and deep down I was scared since I haven't used tampons my whole life. I kept them at work hoping for my "time of the month" not to come, but who am I to stop the nature? And it had to come when I was at work, I was left with no choice but to open my parcel and went to ladies to use it. It took me long to put it on as I was a first time user reading outside the packaging how to put it on. I must say it is really a self explanatory notes that makes easier for anyone who is using them whether for first time or not. And it is so discreet that no one can even notice that you have the whole packet.
I am a very active person at work and at home, normally I feel sluggish when I am on my periods but this month I must say I felt so great in such a way that I went to gym as usual and did my jogging without any problem of feeling dirty or smelly.
I told my sister about Tampax who was an existing user of tampons and she also bought a pocket for herself. I am in love with Tampax and I will not look back at any other products it keeps me absorbed, comfortable and confident.

Hi Its that time of the month for me. This was my first time using any type of tampon, I was fortunate enough to be chosen by Tampax to review their product. The packaging was very amusing for me lots of colours and funky, the plastic applicator is very convenient as i did not mess myself when inserting it. I was very anxious on the first night as i usually mess my bed due to heavy flow i was so amazed when waking up there so not a tiny spot. I even forgot that i am on periods, i am so looking forward going to the gym today. Your product did not disappoint me.

Wow, I love this!
The packing is really nice...it really looks like candy. I received the Tampax Compax samples just as mother nature decided to visit. I've never used applicator tampons before...was actually scared but I tried these case they are small and don't actually look like they'll make you uncomfortable. I'm totally transformed...will definitely be adding these to my shopping list. Thank you for the opportunity!

I've used applicator tampons before but what I like about the Tampax Compak is that it's so small. Really easy to stash in your clutch when going out, etc. The plastic applicator makes it very easy to use and the protective "skirt" means there's even less chance of leakage.

I am a fan of tampons because they make you feel so safe and secured. I dont have to worry about any leakages or being uncomfortable...I do my chores and run errands as usual. The only thing I worry about is the period pains.

WOW! What a change! I've never used applicator tampons before, but these were simple and straight forward. As I have very heavy periods most products are not as effective as I would like, despite this I found them to be comfortable and are on par with other similar products.
The funky packaging design and colours are a nice change to the obviousness of regular tampons.

I was a bit skeptical about tampons and never ever tried them out before.
Firstly the packaging so super amazing you'd think it's sweet wrappers. I used the super absorbent tampons because of my heavy flow. They were a bit uncomfortable at first because I had to learn how to insert them properly but the plastic applicator helped a lot.....Here is to my next period with Tampax Compak :)

I was ignorant to using Tampons... I was uneducated, and when I used it, I obviously inserted it incorrectly, so when sitting, walking or standing I was in enormeous pain.
2 years went by and a friend of mine insisted that when we went away that I use tampons. I told her about my TERRIBLE PAINFUL experience - she then gave me the BEST advice ever.
Put a little bit of vaseline on the tip, insert and push up-and-back.
I dont worry about getting my period any longer. I even forget when I have my period. I dont know what I was such a 'late-bloomer' for this product.

This must be the holy grail when it comes to periods not only are the tampons very discreet they are easy to use and fit perfectly on any body type.and rest assured they are reliable and let you get on with the rest of your day, the applicator is also amazing easy and quick to use just in seconds you are sorted. Must say I love...love this product and I give it two thumbs up.

Thanks so much for the opportunity to do this survey. what a wonderful experience! I have not had a period in almost 5 years and changed contraceptives middle 2014. And wow, quite scary with all the new stuff on the market. not only that, I am also a dancer, and really need the right 'protection'!

Firstly, upon receiving it, I was impressed at the neat and compact design of the box, and the packaging. It is discreet, and can fit in any small handbag and purse.
When using it, the first time, I struggled because I was too lazy to read the instructions, so I didn't know that i had to pull out the applicator part - my laziness !!
When I finally got it right, it was sooo easy to use. It was so comfortable, as I didn't feel it the duration that I had it in. I will definitely recommend this product, and have actually bought myself more, since using this product.

Being a 33 year old mother to three daughters all under the age of 9, personal space is a term I left behind years ago. So, when I am moody and miserable and suffering from lower abdominal cramps during the first week of each month, the last thing I need is my precious time in the loo to attend to my tampon-change to be interrupted by a lassie asking what I am doing.
Firstly, I mostly use the regular-size tampons because my flow is not what it used to be (after three babies and birth-control) I am happy to report that at least I do not have to use the super-size tampons as regularly as before. The fact that the tampons are packaged as "cutely" as they are, means that I can now hide them in the discreet side-zip pocket of my handbag which my daughters will never discover. I always preferred applicator tampons because I could never walk around with a jar of Vaseline in order to insert my non-applicator tampons - no way! So, with the new design of these tampons, it is super discreet and I love that especially for work purposes when I need to use the loo, or even at home, because at least I don't have three enquiring minds asking what I have in my hand, and what is it used for?:)
Life is just so much easier with the Tampax Compak because it takes the stress out of having my monthly period. I never have to worry about tampons rolling out of my bag because it is kept in the small zipped pocket of my handbag now, whereas before, I would have the long yellow or white wrapped tampons rolling around in my bag and then having to shove them up a long-sleeved top before running to the loo. Now, simple, easy and still the same amazing absorbency that has always come from Tampax.
If you are a tampon user, you will love this product:)

It took me 7 years to get myself to try out tampons and up until recently they haven't been very comfortable :/ but tampax really helped! The applicator really helps and makes its so much easie, and also more hygienic! The wrapper is discrete and looks more like a sweet than a tampon! #winning

I would firstly like to say Thank you for choosing to try out the Tampax Compak I have been able to take up new activities thanks to my new found freedom with Tampax I used to have had times during the time of the month and Tampax came to my rescue. My friends organised an adventurous experience for us quad biking, bungee jumping, hiking, paint balling etc. and I was not sure if I could go or not because I was my periods.
Receiving Tampax Compak rescued me from misery and the candy like packaging was screaming try me and you will never be disappointed. As a loyal Lil-Lets user, I was quit intrigued to try Tampax for he first time! When I got my courier package, I could not wait to try out these babies! The packaging was a refreshing departure from what we girls are used to, when it comes to feminine hygiene products! Away, with the obvious, I -know-what -you -have -there old-school white tampon wrapper and hallo, bright, happy , fun and strangely more discrete packaging!
The wrapping looks like a sweet wrapper, and the only hint that it is something else is the R or S printed on for the size, and even then you wouldn't think that it was a tampon!
The product itself was easy to use, comfortable and effective! It was really great to try a new product and be satisfied with it on so many levels.So much so, that I consider foregoing on my trusted Lil-Lets to use Tampax instead!

I've actually never tried applicators before and have always been sceptical of it. Not anymore though! The Tampax Compak is just so easy to use! I received a multipack from Beauty Bulletin and I simply love this idea as well because I've always had to buy 2 boxes for different flows before but not anymore!

Lets start from the beginning...
The first thing I noticed (I've NEVER used applicator tampons before so everything was a first) was the size of the box compared to my normal brand of non applicator tampons...hmmm... let's wait for AF.
Ok AF is here- open the box, grab one + instructions and off to the toilet I go (at work:/)
Read the instructions- easy, clear and gives me an exact idea of what to do.
1...2...3... DONE. It was love at first AF!

The first thing I noticed (I've NEVER used applicator tampons before so everything was a first) was the size of the box compared to my normal brand of non applicator tampons...hmmm... let's wait for AF.
Ok AF is here- open the box, grab one + instructions and off to the toilet I go (at work:/)
Read the instructions- easy, clear and gives me an exact idea of what to do.

Being a new tampon user, my first time was a bit scary. Though I struggled opening the package covering the tampon, the packaging was very vibrant & summer(y). Insertion was made easier by the soft plastic cover of the applicator. The tampon itself was rather comfortable to use & I loved the fact that it has such a short string. I also love that it comes in a variety for light to strong flow. I will definitely recommend it to my girlfriends. Thank you BB & Tampax Compak.

These Tampax tampons are lovely!
I received two boxes to test - normal and super. I loved the applicator - it was smooth and super easy to use. The wrappers are also great - I don't really care if someone sees a tampon in my bag, but many women feel awkward about that, and these wrappers avoid those awkward moments. It was also nice that you can get the wrapper off easily. With Lil-lets I sometimes struggle to unwrap the tampons.

I recieved my pack a week before i was to have my periods. Yesterday as i went in for an operation i had no reason to panick for i knew my compact will be there. No mess no fuss. Easy to use and easy to carry anytime, anywhere. I love the short applicator which is smooth for insertion and no mess like using a tampon without an applicator. The pricing is also good. I would recommend this to all my friends and family and anyone out there looking to find a product that is comfortable, easy to use and ever so discreet. I have used many tampons in the past and never really found one that i was comfortable with, i always felt it no matter how i inserted it, but finally i have found a brand that fits nicely and i don't even know is there. I would recommend this to all my friends and family and anyone out there looking to find a product that is comfortable.

I loved it, its so discreet and effective. I loved the packaging it's so colourful and it looks like a sweet. It's so high on absorbency and made be be able to go to the beach and have fun with my husband and my boys. Thank you Tampax for such a great product.

I have previously used Tampax and was'nt that impressed, so when I received the multipack to test I decided to give Tampax another try.
Oh my word, I am definitely converted! The applicators are soooo easy to use and so smooth! You can literally insert it with one hand tied behind your back, which was not the case with my other brand of applicator tampons. I also liked that the string was not too long, just the right length. The no leak skirt is also a bonus and the packaging really nice. I will definitely purchase these tampons this month. Thank you Tampax, I am really impressed with this product!

Tampax Compak definitely takes the stress out of that time of the month for me!I don't have to worry about doing and going to the places I love to go,because it honestly gives great long lasting protection and comfort!

I really love the new Tampax, the fact that its so small and versatile is perfect to just throw in your handbag without having to worry about it falling out and people thinking you have a vibrator in there lol. The plastic applicator is so much better that the old cardboard applicator. I love the fact that it won't bend or warp and that you can use the same wrapper to dispense the applicator in. Thank you Beauty Bulletin for my first experience of applicator tampon . I have got to say that it was pretty easy task ,even though I was a bit nervous . The plastic covering of the applicator was so soft that it made insertion so natural that I did not even know or feel the applicator in me until I looked ;-) Thank you Tampax for making my first experience of an applicator is great and enjoyable one . I love the length of the tampon string since it was short , there was no string being exposed when I wore a bikinis during the Valentine’s weekend nor did I need to trim the string to hide it when wearing a bikinis . I was really comfortable of the snug fit that I was no longer was paranoid looking behind me every second . Tampax is now the new God sent solution to our excitement and enjoyment during our that time of the month .That is indeed how I felt and was kind of sad when my period ended for the month . But then I ecstatic about next month .

This was launched a years ago in South Africa. Not long after that, they disappeared and I've been hunting for them ever since. I was thrilled when I received a box to try out!
These tampons are so convenient to throw in your bag for just in case, and because the applicator is plastic, they're less likely to get damaged than the cardboard kind.
My favourite aspect of these is that they're almost frictionless. They always insert smoothly... which is a definite plus for those days when your flow is less continuous.
The only down side is that they're slightly more expensive than other cardboard applicator tampons, however they make up for the cost. Unless something better and more innovative comes onto the market, these are the tampons that I will continue buying.

Prior to my move I used to use the lil-lets tampons and I thought they were a life saver and little did I know what is in stall for me….
I was lucky to receive the regular pack and the super flow pack…I used the super pack I must say they not for me.
The regular is my right fit….
I feel in love with tampaks instantly I love the applicator ?
The pad itself doesn’t feel bushy and dry instead its soft and you even forget its there ? one of the advantages…..I can get on with my life and not worry about that time of the month.

That time of the month is a necessary evil, but not one any one enjoys. The simplest and most comftable solution is what everyone looks for, whether it be sanitary pads or tampons as long as your life is not on hold. I must admit I am not a fan of tampons, yet there are things in life you can not always do with when your wearing a sanitary pad. Swimming, a dinner date or even laying on the beach are just a few.
I am usually concealing the sanitary pad or tampon in my pocket or under my shirt if I am at work. The wrapping of tampax made it so easy to conceal, it looks like a chocolate rather than a Tampon. Which was a thumbs up already for me.

Got to say I love the TAMPAX COMPAK, makes one feel absolutely great and comfortable. Never felt so good when I'm sleeping at night without worrying that I will wake up in a pool of red sea. This is the greatest comfort ever, I get to wear anything because I know that I'm secured. Great Job?
