I have had a pleasant experience with this range, and I ended up loving all the products except the 3 day straightening spray. For some reason, this particular product did not deliver for me.

Overall, the products were not very effective for me and I would not use them again, however I think its worth trying it yourself for a month, you might love it.
I definitely 100% recommend the 3 day straightening spray - Its my favorite product from the entire range and it really does do as promised.

Hi ladies, I've been using the John Frieda range for straight hair and I'm half way through the end of my hair discovery journey. Changes I've been seeing is my hair is able to stay straighter for longer. I have also re-coloured my hair and instead of my hair getting dry it looks sleek and smooth. Cannot wait to see the finished results.

Okay so this post is abit late but this is my mid trial check in.

So i have been using the John Frieda® Frizz Ease Range - Dream Curls for since the start of April. I Will let the pictures speak for themselves. the pictures which you will find below have been taken yesterday morning.
The only heat that has been used on my hair was a hairdryer and nothing else, Because of my colour i use a silver shampoo prior to my Frizz Ease Range Regime.
My hair smells amazing even a week later considering i go to gym everyday which is perfect for me and my curls are looking much better now than they did before, my hair is still a little dry but not as bad anymore.

Basically I've been using the John Frieda Dream Curls range over the last two weeks or so ... and I must say I'm quite impressed, the compliments on my hair have beeeeen flying in and I'm more than willing to take them all within my stride , but I do however have to give some form of appraisal to the John Frieda Dream Curls Range as even in this short space of time it's definitely had a favorable effect on my hair !
I'm in love with the texture and consistency of the products.None of them are too dense and a little bit goes a long way which is important as curly hair needs a lot of attention and in most cases a loooooot of product !! I think I'd probably give the product a solid 7/10 thus far and that's only 2 weeks into its use !! I will be uploading a young behind the scenes of my beauty regime ? as well as a young beauty tutorial on how I find its best to use each product, for any of you interested !

I have been using the John Frieda range for straight hair now for a few weeks and my hair has never looked better.

My hair is shiny, soft and straight. The John Frieda products makes my hair so easy to style, it makes getting ready a breeze.

My hair routine starts with shampoo and conditioner. Then I use the 3 day straight oil. I then blowdry and straightenmy hair and use the touc-up creme for flyaway. My hair stays straight throughoutthe day and for the next few days my hair styling routine is kept to a minimum.

I am absolutely obsessed with this range and it really stands up to what it advertises. My hair is smooth, straight and silky while still feeling voluminous and light.

I would definitely recommend this for women who want straight hair withoutthe fuss.

It has been about 2 weeks since I started using the John Frieda Forever smooth range and all I can say is I am OBSESSED!

All my life I have had long hair, and maintaining long healthy hair can be rather challenging. I have gone through many products in the hopes of regaining the strength of moisture in my hair and I felt hopeless! I even considered cutting my hair short.

My hair now is at its BEST! to the extent that even my friends and family have noticed this drastic difference in the condtion and and appearance of my hair. I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely impressed I am with this range! I will definately be making it my new hair care routine.

Can we just take a moment for the smell? It is amazing! It gives a very fresh, slight "perfumey" scent which I love and what I love even more is the fact that the smell is potent yet not overpowering.

I have very wavy hair naturally and I almost always use a hair straightener. However with this range I noticed that the straightness in my hair has been enhanced tremendously to the extent where I have been using almost no heat on my hair! How cool is that?

So how do I use the products?

1) Shampoo: I use about one squeeze and massage it thoroughly into my roots, working my way down with the excess product. I rinse it off immediately with lukewarm water. Another tip I can give you is to avoid HOT water on your hair!

2) Condtioner: I use also about one squeeze, and i apply most of the product onto the ends of my hair and apply the excess onto the roots. I let this sit in my hair for about 7 minutes.

3) The Serum: I apply 1-2 pumps onto soaking wet hair, working it from the back of my hair and into the ends (avoiding much product onto the roots!)

4) Nourishing Oil: I apply 1-2 pumps onto towel dried hair and work it in the same way as the serum! This oil is my Favorite product from the entire range!

5) 3 day straight spray: I dont use this on every wash but when I do, I would apply about 10 sprays after the oil.

6) Touch up creme: Once my hair is completely dried and styled and I smooth down and flyaways with this product and I have to say I absolutely love this product! It fits perfectly into my handbags to smooth any of those annoying flyaways on the go!

7) I then go in once again with the nourishing oil, focusing most of the product onto the ends of my hair. With this oil, I see instant results and it has become my holy grail! Will definately be stocking up on them!

I have been using the John Frieda hair products for about 3 weeks now and so far my thoughts on the products are very mixed!

After using the shampoo and the conditioner and blow drying my hair it was even more frizzier than it was before using this product! Which defeats the whole purpose of the product, doesn't it? - but that's not to say that everyone will have the same experience as me. My hair is generally straight/wavy and it is colour treated so it is quite damaged which could explain the outcome I had.

I have been washing my hair every 3 days and each time I tried a different routine. I found it was most effective when I used the 3 day straightening spray before drying or straightening my hair.

The 3 day straightening spray is by far my favorite from the entire range and works like a bomb!! It really does do as is promised!

The serum and touch up creme are also very effective! - I sat outside in a light drizzle a week ago and was surprised when I saw myself in the mirror at the end of the day. My hair had a slight frizz but nothing compared to how it would have looked if I had not used these products! The only thing I didn't like is that these products make my hair look and feel very oily the next day and I have to wash it again.

I also looove how my hair still has volume after using these products! So it's frizz free without looking flat and drab!

I'm still busy playing around with my routine to see which is best for me but I shall definitely keep you updated!

I have been using the John Frieda hair products for about two weeks a now and I can honestly say - I'M IN LOVE!


I can feel a major difference in the texture and the appearance of my hair. My curls are so beautiful and my hair smells fantastic all the time and for the FIRST TIME in 21 years, I even found new confidence in wearing my curls out in public or out to events as I have always been insecure about my curls and the state of my hair. I have been told my many people how they love the shine and bounce in my curls and that my curls actually suit me!

For my natural curls:
- Apply shampoo, massage into hair (might I add it smells divine!) leave in for 2 minutes.
- Apply conditioner, massage into ends of hair and brush hair. Leave in for 2 minutes.
- Once out the shower, I add the mousse into my hair and I brush my hair according to the style I want and to make sure I have no knots.
- Leave to air dry until those beautiful curls appear!
NOTE: personally I do not enjoy towel drying my hair as I found it dries out my hair and gives me more of a messy curls look than those beautiful wavy curls I want.

I have never been happier using any product and I would recommend this product to every girl out there!

You don't know healthy hair until you have used any products from John Frieda.

I've been given the John Frieda frizz ease range to test out on my hair and review it.
Ive been trying to get my natural curls back for the past few months and this range has made it such bliss.
The shampoo and conditioner has honestly made such a difference in my hair's texture and the smell is Devine.
The hair mousse holds my curls all day without leaving them hard and no frizz might I add. The serum gives my hair with a healthy shine and also makes it soft.
I would definitely recommend this range

I have recently been chosen to review the John Frieda Frizz Ease Range, i have been sent the Dream Curls Range since i have curly hair.

Okay so here are My first impressions on the product:
1. The packaging is great! Bright and bold really catches the eye.

2. The products have an amazing smell, which always plays a big part because like really who wants bad smelling hair.

So i have used the products twice already!
The Shampoo lathers up really nicely, and leaves your hair smelling amazing.
I do have naturally big dry bushy hair, dry because of bleaching but its always been curly.
These products are good but not the best for my hair type.

My favourite product is definitely the John Frieda® Frizz Ease Perfect Finish Polishing Serum, it leaves my hair looking shiny,
So Theres still a few more weeks left and I'm looking forward to seeing the results. I will be back with an update on my journey.

I have recently had the opportunity to try the new John Frieda Frizz Ease Range. Its been a week so far since I've started using it and there has been a few visible changes. My hair has naturally bushy curls which tend to do its own thing making it hard to maintain but the John Frieda touch up cream makes it last longer in place in the humidy than before. The oil elixir nourishes my damaged hair (since my hair has been coloured quite a bit) it also gives it a shine.

I will keep posting updates of the product as I will be using it more frequently for the next few weeks.

Okay so let me start off by saying that I don't love this product but I don't hate it either.

This product is meant for type 1 and 2 curl patterns and not for my bushy type 3 hair.
The packaging is really beautiful and the smells great but it isn't really for type 3 and 4 "Naturals" who have typically drier hair.

I used the whole range and my first impression is that it doesn't have enough moisture providing properties for my hair. Instead of achieving defined frizz free curls, I found myself with a dry, bushy, FRIZZY mop of hair. I would have liked perhaps if they had included a Leave-In conditioner. And for me to even try to achieve my desired curl patten I would have to use nearly all of the mousse but without an added moisturiser, this would be very damaging to my hair.

So that was my review for NATURAL CURLS using this product, i will do a follow up with a review on Manufactured and Heat styled curls using this product.

If you are a natural girl like myself , this product is not sulphate free and could possibly cause drying. There are better ranges available for naturally curly hair.

My favourite items from this range that I will probably get a use out of are the Polishing Serum and the Styling Spray.

I have received the John Frieda Frizz Ease range for straight and sleek hair.

The products are great and lives up to thier product descriptions. I have always had a problem to styling my hair and having to straighten it everyday was just a hassel.

Not anymore, with this product range my hair can stay straight with minimal styling.

The Forever Smooth range from John Frieda leaves my hair soft and tangle free for 3 days after using it. Im so impressed with it and cannot wait to use it again.

I have been a competitive athlete for about 10 years now. I am a provincial water polo player as well as a coach, and all those hours in the pool have definitely taken its toll on my hair. Chlorine has dried my hair out completely and done damage that not even salons can fix, in my opinion, as I get back in the pool doing the same thing again, and I'm back at square one! This has made looking after my hair become quite the pricy challenge.. Bare in mind I am a coastal girl as I am originally from PE, so my wild curls didn't really faze me, until I realized there's no sea breeze giving me my luscious locks!

John Frieda has come to the rescue. Upon receiving the products, I was in ultimate awe. Firstly, the packaging screams out 'PROFESSIONAL'. I could even smell the fragrances from the outside and it smelled exquisite! I couldn't wait for my hair to smell like that.
I used the products that evening and IMMEDIATELY felt a difference in my hair. My curls felt lighter and more natural - they were even shining! My hair was soft and easy to run my fingers through. I felt great! I could not wait to use it again!

I have only ever heard amazing things about the brand so I'm really excited to try it for myself! These products are all designed to eliminate Frizz from our lives. I can't wait to say goodbye to all those annoying 'flyaways' that somehow always become worse just as I'm about to go out in public.

I' m also really interested in seeing how effective the 3 Day Straight Semi-Permanent Straightening Spray is. As a mum who works full time, Its really a mission for me to straighten my hair everyday before work and most days I get so late, I eventually just tie my hair up and run out.

Yesterday I got the call that my beauties have been delivered at home and I counted hours to get home and indulge the spoils waiting for me! The packaging was very impressive in a protection manner, by undoing the second layer of bubble wrap and the smell escaping there was amazing! It smelled like the fragrance section in Stores! Heaven I tell you! ? the packaging is a vibrant purple and of superb quality! I cannot wait to get home today to spoil my locks?

This product line came highly recommended by many in the beauty community. It did not work for my hair. it made it thicker, frizzier and just unruly. Even with a good straighten my hair frizzed.

I was sent the full john frieda frizz ease range from beauty bulletin, after testing it out over the past 3 weeks I thought it would be nice to break each product down for you.

Shampoo & Conditioner:
Both smell amazing, lather really nicely. Having fine hair I worry about any products that have smoothing ingredients in them mainly because of them weighing my hair down and loosing the little volume that I have. Both cleaned my hair well and gave it an instant bounce.

Original 6 effects serum:
Promises to eliminates frizz, protects from humidity, smooths, hydrates and tames it warns against using too much. One pump was enough for me I started off at the tips of my hair concentrating most of it there as this is where my hair is the most damaged, with whatever is left on my hands I feathered across the crown of my head – the smell of the whole range is very fresh and clean definitely not too scented.

Dream curls daily styling spray:
I left this to dry naturally although you can use a diffuser I had the time for it to air dry so thats what I did. The spray is very fine and easy to use just spray on and leave. I turned my head upside down and sprayed all over then left it; you can see my hair formed more of a wave than a curl.

Curl Revive Mousse:
Mousse is always a funny little thing – too much and you’re left with a crunchy mess that being said nothing accentuates my curls as much as mousse does. As you can see this definitely defined my curls more and defined my curls without being too big and bouncy

Polishing serum:
Again warns about using too much so I did the same – one pump started at the ends of my hair and feathered the left over on my crown, this promises to control fly-aways. Again this serum is amazing worked without making my hair oily or weighing it down.

For the sake of the review I immediately decided I was going to use the full range no matter what. I’m so impressed as none of this range weighed my hair down.

Lucky me I walked in to our bathroom and found John Frieda FRIZZ EASE products just waiting to be tried…coincidently these products are made for my hair type
Washed/ Conditioned with Frizz Ease Dream Curls Shampoo and Conditioner, their fragrance is uplifting, little product is needed to achieve very clean and soft hair.

To my wet hair I applied Frizz Ease 6 Effects Serum, its claim is to eliminate frizz, protect from humidity, smooth, hydrate and tame … all of the above very vital for me. Next I used Frizz Ease Curl Reviver Mousse, this product Energises and shapes your curls, tames frizz and is alcohol free, after shaking the can I dispensed product in to my palm and evenly distributed all over my hair I then styled my hair with my hands and let it air dry… Result, my hair looked good, curls defined with only a few frizzy strands which I rescued by applying Frizz Ease Perfect Finish Polishing Serum which controls flyway’s, boosts shine and most importantly smoothes your hair, strand by strand.
My hair looked even better after being slept in… to achieve this fantastic result follow the easy directions on each bottle.
I will definitely recommend John Frieda Frizz Ease Range to any one with dry, frizzy, flyaway, curly hair…. This range = my new best friend.
