I have always loved the Dove range of products but I am super impressed with the Nourishing Oil Care Shampoo and Conditioner. It has left my hair feeling healthy, silky soft and frizz free!
The shampoo and conditioner work well in conjunction to each other and have an amazing scent. My hair feels light and nourished.
This range is value for money and highly recommended if you need to tame your frizz ?

Dove hair therapy nourishing oil care is a good shampoo treatment to nourish dry hair and brings a good smell. i love this product it makes my hair healthy and more manageable.

I am thoroughly impressed with this shampoo as I felt it left my hair feeling clean and soft without stripping it of natural moisture. My tresses feel feather-light but are devoid of fluff as the Weightless Nutri-Oils give this shampoo an edge on other lack-lustre shampoos. After using this product only once, I am delighted with the sleek, pure condition of every strand.

About 11 months ago, I met the worst hairdresser in the world. Unfortunately, I only realized this AFTER she had butchered my hair. I'm still growing out the worst haircut in the world and try to put off going to my (new) hairdresser for as long as possible between haircuts so that he has more to work with when repairing the damage. This means that I often have dry, frizzy ends and my hair did not look very healthy.
Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Shampoo has made a huge change. After 7 days, the ends that were begging for a trim now look more healthy and are not frizzy at all and I can put off going to the hairdresser for a few more weeks.
It made a noticeable difference after only 1 wash. After 9, I'm sold. Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Shampoo now has a permanent place on my shopping list.

After being a devoted Dove Intensive Repair user, I am happy to say that I have now changed to Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Shampoo!
This shampoo is truly magic in a bottle and the results have truly been amazing. I love the fragrance and texture of the shampoo as to me, it seems more dense than the average shampoo. It soaps up really well, and when rinsing, my hair felt soft and nourished, yet clean (as in no build up). It is extremely gentle on the hair and that is sonething i look for when purchasing a shampoo. Thank u BB for sending me this amazing product to review!

So I was really pleasantly surprised that just a little amount of this shampoo was able to be built up into a nice lather that could cover all my hair.
I was very happy after the rinse, as oddly enough, my hair felt stronger.
Following up with the conditioner really shows me that using all the products together in a range certainly gets you the effect they advertise.
My hair looks and feels great.

This has a thickish consistency - thicker then most shampoos I think. It has a lovely scent and pretty champagne colour. You don't need all that much to create a nice foamy lather.
My hair feels very clean and silky after using this. It works nicely in conjunction with the treatment conditioner. My hair, which is naturally curly and sometimes a bit frizzy looks smoother and the curls are softer after using this range of products. This isn't harsh on your hair and it doesn't weigh down my super fine hair.
This doesn't strip your hair of moisture but rather leaves your hair feeling more moisturised and nourished. Also feels lighter. This really has great quality for such an affordable 'drug-store' product.

This shampoo was sent to me by BB. I saw it retailing in Clicks for around R36 for 200ml bottle.
I am extremely surprised by how much I enjoyed this shampoo. I didn't expect Dove to produce something so high quality for the price. Firstly, it smells absolutely divine. When you pour it in your hand, it glistens with richness. It cleans very well and foams beautifully. I don't find myself needing to shampoo twice. Normally, I would never go for a nourishing type of shampoo because my hair is so fine and gets weighed down easily. However, this shampoo works perfectly without taking away the volume. I really love it and recommend it!

I'm really impressed with this product. It really does tame frizzy hair.
I did think it was weird for a oil based shampoo to leave my hair feeling grassy after washing my hair twice with the shampoo but the moment you put on the conditioner... your hair turns into silk.
It's really cool .

I have ethnic hair and a medium texture, at first i thought its for Caucasian hair but as soon as i was done with the treatment ohh my word, my hair was soft full of life and smelling great.....

This shampoo is amazing, with my super thick frizzy hair its difficult to find something that cleans without leaving my hair even drier, but this was fantastic, my hair feels beautifully clean but not stripped, and the scent is divine. The packaging is a lovely gold and usual dove white. The information on the packaging is to the point and informative. My hair is oily at the roots and dry at the tip and is frizzy and has a lot of volume. after I washed my hair it felt silky and smooth and smelt amazing. Also it was great as it did not make my hair oily as I thought it would. I didn’t like the fact that it gave my hair so much volume as my hair is fluffly on it’s on so I want something that would weigh down my hair. The range contains very nice natural oils of almond an coconut as stated in their ingredients. I also noticed my hair being less fizzy as what it claimed to do. Its affordable and really does what it claims to do.The shampoo is a lovely gold liquid and is much thicker than other shampoos which is great as you can then use less product to get the job done. It really cleans the hair well. Really recommend this to anybody who has dry,frizzy or rough hair.

I was so amped about giving my first critical review when I received the Dove hair products to test. Skeptical because surely nothing could be better than the current expensive solon products I was using. How sadly I was mistaken!
From the moment I popped the lid, I loved everything about the product! Every sense was tingled. It smelled delicious! Pouring the golden-goop into the hollow of my hand, made me feel like a princess! The shampoo formed a creamy rich lather, gliding like silk through my fingers as my hands played around in the glorious foam. After rinsing, my hair felt soft and light, not too conditioned as it normally does with some other shampoos and conditioners.
The final test was yet to confirm if had found new best bath-friend. How would my hair feel after blow-drying it? The result? Like stroking a clean smooth feathered dove! It was glimmering and revitalized.

A little on the expensive side, but well worth it! My hair has never been happier and tamer :) My hairdresser even commented that she has never seen curly hair in such good condition, definite thumbs up to Dove!

I am loving this shampoo. I straighten my hair a lot so it tends to get dry and damaged but this shampoo has really brought my hair back to life even though I still straighten my hair. With the amazing price you honestly cant beat it. The quality is just amazing and I will never stop loving the smell. Im excited to try the other types of Dove shampoo.

So I had the pleasure of being given the Dove Nourishing Oil Shampoo and Conditioner to review, which is strange because I just went out and bought one of the ranges to try since I had been hearing such good things about it. Been using it now for about a week and I have to say, I am impressed. I am quite a brand loyal person so when I started using a previous hair product I was hooked and thought my life would be over when it was discontinued.
However, Dove has brought me back to life, with a great smelling shampoo to a conditioner which squeezes out a lovely mixture twist of yellow and white which admit it, is kinda cool, I just love it!
And come to think about it, everyone at work has been asking me if I have been to the hairdresser ( please note this is every time I wash my hair) so all in all we can honestly say that Dove Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner does everything that is claims to do and more.
The only problem I need to master still is the silky soft mixture slipping out my hand, wastage you might gasp, but hey, that’s just another excuse to buy more ?
So on that note, here’s to silky smooth, great smelling hair with no split ends and rats tails, enjoy!

Awesome :-D Normally my hair is very dull and those products really lit up my hair and the great thing about it is that other people notice the change in my hair-do. I was thrilled to be picked to test out the new Nourishing Oil range that Dove has just recently launched!Thanks BB!!! While I was extremely impressed with the conditioner, I wasnt as impressed with the shampoo. The shampoo formulation smells great and you only need a small amount to clean hair thoroughly, but I found when I used the shampoo in combo with the conditioner, my hair was left a bit fluffy and not as sleek and shiny as when I used my normal Morocconoil shampoo in combination with the Nourishing Oil daily care conditioner. I think this is just my hair-type and preference as I had a brazilian keratin treatment about five months ago and still dont need to straighten or style my hair much when using the Morocconoil shampoo and the Dove, but my hair didnt look sleek enough after using the Dove shampoo and conditioner and I was forced to go back to my GHD. That said I think the Dove shampoo isnt bad and would probably work well if you werent looking for a very sleek, straight look as my hair still looked healthy and had great volume, so no weighing down or greasiness.

The best thing about these Dove products is that they are rich, luxurious and feel like real quality - without weighing your hair down! How do they manage that? I have a problem with a build up. For example, I even get build up when I use Pantene's clarifying shampoo. I've never had this problem with a Dove product - this shampoo or conditioner. I LOVE DOVE!

I simply love this shampoo. Due to my age and hormonal changes, my hair has been very dry and brittle. The moment I apply some shampoo I can feel the difference. Most days I do not even need to use conditioner. This is a very good buy.
