I have always loved the Dove range of products but I am super impressed with the Nourishing Oil Care Shampoo and Conditioner. It has left my hair feeling healthy, silky soft and frizz free!
The shampoo and conditioner work well in conjunction to each other and have an amazing scent. My hair feels light and nourished.

I'm really impressed with this product. It really does tame frizzy hair.
I did think it was weird for a oil based shampoo to leave my hair feeling grassy after washing my hair twice with the shampoo but the moment you put on the conditioner... your hair turns into silk.

I tried out this Shampoo a couple of weeks ago for the first time as my hair was very dry and in need of some moisture. After the first wash I was so impressed with this. It cleaned and improved the texture of my hair. I could feel it before I used the conditioner. Impressed with the consistency of the shampoo and it washes out quite well. 10/10 for Dove

This is a fantastic shampoo. It kept my hair soft even when I used it once in a rush without a conditioner. Cleans very well and leaves hair manageable. This is a fantastic shampoo!

This shampoo was sent to me by BB. I saw it retailing in Clicks for around R36 for 200ml bottle.
I am extremely surprised by how much I enjoyed this shampoo. I didn't expect Dove to produce something so high quality for the price. Firstly, it smells absolutely divine. When you pour it in your hand, it glistens with richness. It cleans very well and foams beautifully. I don't find myself needing to shampoo twice. Normally, I would never go for a nourishing type of shampoo because my hair is so fine and gets weighed down easily. However, this shampoo works perfectly without taking away the volume. I really love it and recommend it!

First off ... thank you to the gorgeous BB ladies for sending me this product - I am SO in love!! If ever there was an enthusiastic fan of the new Dove Shampoo & Conditioner, it's me!
OUTSIDE: Attractive packaging, professional appearance. The gold print looks good, but the word “shampoo” is a bit on the small side, which could be problematic for people who wear spectacles. I guess you could "teach yourself to remember” that the upright bottle is the Shampoo, but I’d prefer if the font was larger/bolder for ease of use.
Nice sturdy bottle with a wide base (no toppling). I like the cap with the prominent lip for ease of opening. The previous Dove product did not have a very prominent lip and my fingers used to slip when trying to open it with wet hands.
INSIDE: The fragrance is amazing! It’s a clean, invigorating smell of coconut and almond oils. A little product goes a long way, so you don’t need a lot of Shampoo to work up a rich lather – just a bit in your palm. It rinses well without leaving a residue.
It’s difficult to describe the product and really do it justice (you should try it yourself), but I think it’s magnificent! Unilever/Dove is definitely on to a good thing!

This has a thickish consistency - thicker then most shampoos I think. It has a lovely scent and pretty champagne colour. You don't need all that much to create a nice foamy lather.
My hair feels very clean and silky after using this. It works nicely in conjunction with the treatment conditioner. My hair, which is naturally curly and sometimes a bit frizzy looks smoother and the curls are softer after using this range of products. This isn't harsh on your hair and it doesn't weigh down my super fine hair.
This doesn't strip your hair of moisture but rather leaves your hair feeling more moisturised and nourished. Also feels lighter. This really has great quality for such an affordable 'drug-store' product.

I seriously enjoy using this shampoo because it reminds me of honey - the colour and scent of it makes it such a treat to use that you almost tend to look for excuses to wash your hair. I like that it really foams up well and that it's not at all harsh on my hair. A lot of the time shampoos tend to strip my hair of all it's natural moisture and protective oils that they are unpleasant to use. This shampoo is gentle while giving you a good cleansing. Used together with the Treatment conditioner this range is truly remarkable. For a supermarket brand I am seriously impressed with the quality and results! I like it so much that I might consider switching to it over the Aussie range I use currently...but I'll have to see - I tend to be very brand loyal.

After being a devoted Dove Intensive Repair user, I am happy to say that I have now changed to Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Shampoo!
This shampoo is truly magic in a bottle and the results have truly been amazing. I love the fragrance and texture of the shampoo as to me, it seems more dense than the average shampoo. I received this product from the FAB girls at Beauty Bulletin and I am oh-so happy that I did! The packaging is attractive and the gold and white colouring alludes to a luxury product. It’s also an indication as to the glorious oils within. The packaging is also very smooth to the touch (just like my hair!) and has a comfortable fit in the hands. It has a gorgeous smell, lovely and light and the product itself is like molten gold. The packaging lid opens up easily enough and the product squeezes out easily as well.
The shampoo is housed in a 200ml bottle and I found that it works really well with my hair type. I wouldn’t describe my hair as particularly dry right now, seeing that we’re moving closer to the warmer months but I know that in winter, this product is going to be my saving grace. The thing that made me happiest about the shampoo is that there was no “adjustment period” necessary. Usually when I try a new shampoo, it takes about 2 to 3 washes for my hair to feel normal but with this, it was instantaneous. Looking at the product, I’d say they were marketing this towards the 25-85 age groups! We know that Dove is all about natural beauty and even my grandmother was recommended to use Dove shampoo. My hair feels so soft and silky and even when I let it air dry, it looks amazing!

Upon reading the label I have to say that I was terribly skeptical about this product. You find so many that promise but don't deliver. The second thing that worries me a bit is that it contained oils.....as these tend to leave your hair oily very quickly.
I tried the product and was pleasantly surprised. No Frizz, soft flowing hair and best of all, I didnt even have to use my flat iron. The next morning by hair was still full of bounce, no frizz and not oily.

What's there not to love? It cleans all the residue, dirt and oil from my hair. This shampoo restores scalp back to normal, moisturized, and shiny in no time. Use the shampoo and conditioner together for best results.
The packaging and smell is devine, as I have mentioned on the video review as well, the only problem I have with this is the static. my hair is static like crazy when I use this. Maybe Dove can't handle my electric vibes? Hehe, kidding!
Beside the static, this is a fabulous product! :) Must buy!

I had the joy of trying Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Shampoo and Conditioner thanks to BB and I must say that I am in love with it.
My hair has always been so dry, dull, brittle and fizzy and no matter what ever product i used it always made my hair dry. After washing my hair with Dove Shampoo and Conditioner ,I noticed a big difference, it left my hair feeling smooth and silky and smelling divine. The almond oil and minerals nourished my hair from root to tip. It also made my hair less fizzy and has made my curls more defined. The price is great and you dont have to use alot because of its thick formula.
The Shampoo and Conditioner has helped my hair alot and i would recommend everyone else to try it.

About 11 months ago, I met the worst hairdresser in the world. Unfortunately, I only realized this AFTER she had butchered my hair. I'm still growing out the worst haircut in the world and try to put off going to my (new) hairdresser for as long as possible between haircuts so that he has more to work with when repairing the damage. This means that I often have dry, frizzy ends and my hair did not look very healthy.
Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Shampoo has made a huge change. After 7 days, the ends that were begging for a trim now look more healthy and are not frizzy at all and I can put off going to the hairdresser for a few more weeks.
It made a noticeable difference after only 1 wash. After 9, I'm sold. Dove Nourishing Oil Care Daily Shampoo now has a permanent place on my shopping list.

I have only recently started using the product (thanks to BeautyBulletin)and OMG, why didn't I use it before. I use my hair straightner every single day and that always left my hair dry and I am embarrassed to say but it would start itching after a while because it was so dry. Now, I can style my hair and it doesn't itch and stays straight, shiny and healthy until the next wash.
Dove have certainly got a winner with this product and I will NEVER use another product again. Come on ladies.....TRY IT :)

This shampoo is amazing. As I straighten my hair often it tends to get dry and rough, so I was very excited to receive this product. It made my hair feel strong and smooth, as well as shiny. I love the weightless nutri oils and I feel they really do replenish the lost nutrients in my hair. This shampoo has a pleasant scent and I would definitely recommend it. It is worth it for the price you pay.

The Dove conditioner coupled with the shampoo has made by hair dance with joy!! I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic my hair feels for the 1st time in 2 years. As mentioned in the shapoo review, I am Hypothroid & have had an uphill battle trying to find the right mix for my troubled hair-I must have the largest collection of different shampoos and conditioners& what not in the country-now they are all going in the bin!!!Thank you Dove and Beauty Bulletin for making my life a little easier. As I am Hypothroid my hair is normally in an awful condition. I tried out the Dove shampoo today and all I can say is WOW! my hair is soft, but manageable and not a sign of frizz and smells like a country garden. Thank you Beauty Bulletin for sending me this product!!!

I am thoroughly impressed with this shampoo as I felt it left my hair feeling clean and soft without stripping it of natural moisture. My tresses feel feather-light but are devoid of fluff as the Weightless Nutri-Oils give this shampoo an edge on other lack-lustre shampoos. After using this product only once, I am delighted with the sleek, pure condition of every strand.
