Avon Ultra Glazewear Absolute in Tender Pink

I hadn’t battered my eyelashes at Avon until receiving a Spot prize from the lovely beauty bulletin, last year, and since then I have been hooked! Needless to say, I was more than excited to receive these two beauties, to add to my collection. I have mentioned before that I don’t often use lip product as I find them to be too sticky, shiny, buttery, etc. But every now and then, something incredible happens… Avon Happens.

With their new and improved formula, Avon brings you all the goodness of their original ultra glazewear with an added benefit of SPF 15 in the new Ultra Glazewear Absolute!

I love the simplicity of the packaging, they are small enough to keep them in your handbag or in an on-the-go make up kit. I especially love the applicator, as I find glosses that are applied directly to the lip are too thick and shiny, they make your lips sticky and on a windy day – your hair tends to get caught on your lips. However, with this applicator – you have control. You can control the amount of product you apply, you don’t go all over the place and can define your lips!

As for the product itself, it is a sheer finish that makes for the most luscious looking lips! The formula is smooth and silky, applies with the greatest of ease and adds the much needed moisture for the current dry, winter season. I like that it is not too shiny as often the shinier the product, the stickier your lips and the cheaper you look. It adds just the right amount of moisture that you still feel the effects of, long after the product has been absorbed. And let’s not forget the all-important and added benefit of it being SPF 15, protecting your delectable lips from the harshness of UV rays.

I wouldn’t pick the luminous wine for my pale skin tone, but find it is great for special occasions or date nights as it catches attention and is very different to my everyday look. I have become very reliant on the nourishing nude and it is the cherry to my daily make up routine. I love how the colour pulls my entire look together. In Bobbi Brown’s book, she says that you should choose a lip colour that matches your own or is a shade brighter. I find that nourishing nude does this beautifully and is the definition of an amazing nude lip! It goes well with simple looks, or a sultry smokey eye.

My only complaint is that the product is not all that long lasting but then again, with such a beautiful array of colours – who is complaining about having to reapply? And at such an affordable price, there is no excuse for not having bought the entire range!

I have tried and tested Avon Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lip Gloss Peach and Avon Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lip Gloss Heavenly Honey. These are not any different from any high quality lip gloss with a tint. Not to say that it's a bad gloss. It is right up there with any other high quality gloss but I wasn't really wowed. It glides on easy, both colours appear nude on a fair skin tone, it is non sticky an all in all good gloss.
Just another on the market for buyers to buy. Thumbs up

Ooooo double the trouble this time thank you Naquita and Kelly.After recieving two cool lipglosses from Avons new ultra glazewear absolute lipgloss range I started feeling guilty only because I cant choose which one I want to try first because they are both so gorgeous and since I cant wear both at the same time I had to behave and start with the Pure poppy which is very cute and so girly,it hasthis really soft pink colour so you will not at all look like you fell back in time with a shocking pink colour,after applying the pure poppy and worrying that my smooth berry lipgloss was feeling lonely I found that application was smooth and light as some lipglosses I have found heavy in the past even when it wears off after a long while it leaves my lips soft which means this winter I dont have to apply some sort of lip balm (happy dance).The range consists of 10 all too pretty shades that have 6 oh so good for you conditioning ingredients which leaves your lips feeling very pampered and it has self renewing pigments whic basically means that the colour stays true for longer so go ahead kiss as many people as you like but you will still have a pretty coloured pout when youre finished.High five for Avon again.Oh and I always do my homework and I am glad to share that you can purchase any of the 10 very cute ultra absolute glazewear lipglosses
with any ultra absolute glazewear lipstick and you will pay R89.90 for both which is yet again an affordable find.

I love a coloured lip gloss. It's my favourite type of lip product. I have owned many Avon lip glosses before and I have loved them all. This is the first one I've tried from this specific range, and as always, Avon does not disappoint. What I love most about this gloss is that it doesn't feel sticky on my lips. At all! It also doesn't have an off putting taste. Bonus. I hate it when I lick my lips and I have this horrible taste in my mouth. On to the beautiful pink colour. The colour pay off is quite good and your lips look pretty in pink when applied. The gloss is also not overly shiny, which I like. The gloss leaves my lips feeling soft and moisturised and it last for a good amount of time. The packaging is sleek and pretty and the sponge applicator has a perfect angle and picks up a good amount of product. As always, Avon has brought us a great product. I can't wait to try more of the shades.

I have received 2 x Avon Lip Gloss. Heavenly Honey & Tender Pink.

For some reason, I am always SMELLING my lip gloss! And I must say, it smells yummie. I like the Heavenly Honey shade more than the Tender Pink. The Heavenly Honey suits my lips better. But I think the Tender Pink will go nicely if I do a more natural looking make up. It glides on easily, and as most lip gloss, it does feel a bit sticky at first. But you get use to it. The packaging is very nice, easy to open, fits into the smallest of purses. In general I like the lip gloss, and will consider buying it again from Avon.

both the lipstick and gloss are a must have. They smell great and are so soft and glide on well. I loved the colours and the packaging for the lipstick is so glam. I will certainly be showing off my new found items. I'm already fighting off envious people:)

When I received news that we would be reviewing the new Avon lip range, I was extremely excited as I simply LOVE Avon products.

I liked the fact that the lipgloss wasn't boxed, instead wrapped in a black plastic protector.
When choosing my colour, I opted for the tender pink tint, which sends me on a complete girly trip to barbie land!

The colour was not excessive and did not over-power my lips, instead it made my lips look more plump, moisturised and simply pinkalicious!

Usually lipglosses are sticky, and really are more of a makeup disaster, but I found the Avon lipgloss to be a perfect finish, without lips sticking together, ugly white marks forming,and long-lasting!

The added benefit to the gloss is that it has an SPF15 which is absolutely fabulous! I love the product. However, if pink is not your ideal hue, there are many shades to choose from, which will suit you and your style.

All-in-all, it is a R54.95 well spent. It lasts long and will definitely make you feel like the Belle of the ball!

I was also sent the new Avon Ultra Glazewear Absolute Lip-gloss in Tender Pink, and I love this new colour, I have been wearing this lip-gloss everywhere for the past week, and everyone that have met has commented on how happy and healthy I have been looking, and this Tender Pink lip gloss from Avon has a lot to do with that.
I must say that this is not your average gloss, but it does perfect that pouty look. I like this, because it adds that moisturizer that makes my lips really kissable. It is a sheer tinted gloss, in a really flattering pink which when I applied it layer after layer, it turned into a bold pigmented lip color. It lasts for a while and does not need much reapplying.
This is one of those lightly scented glosses that gives off a wonderful fruity smell. However, the smell is not the only thing I like. I also like the way it gives off that incredible shine that most lip glosses do not.
I enjoy hydrating lip gloss like nothing else and that is why I like this lip gloss by Avon. This is an exclusive treat that comes in yummy colours that will keep you smacking your lips. It also conditions your lips with the ingredients in it. Basically, it is one of those pout perfectors and there is no complaining about that.
Once you get your lips on this, you will not want to put them on anything else, except for your man’s lips.
