Perfect for oily skinned girls it is an ultra-light weight spray, fast drying and used to set makeup. Also infused with vitamins this to me is a dead ringer/ dupe for the MAC fix + spray at a fraction of the price.

This product is an absolute must have in summer months especially for people like me where make up simply melts by 10am.now with durban heat n humidity ive used just about every setting powder from kryolan to essence but by lunch time i still need to powder my nose and jawline.
And thats despite wearing heat and humidity proof formulations.
This cost me R149.95 for a 125ml bottle.the bottle is greyish black n contains a see through liquid which smells faintly of rosewater and is packed with vitamins.hold 20cm from your face close your eyes and spritz this light feeling liquid onto your face after your make up application.blot lightly with a tissue and you are good to go.
I didnt see incredible longevity with this product as some of my makeup had seemed significantly lighter but then i did wear essence today which is not a brand known for longevity.
But when i arrived home my makeup although looking faded didnt seem completely worn out like usual.
Ive used the makeup sprays by MAC n CLARINS before and i think this is equitable to those.
Its well worth the purchase

I was introduced to this product by my sister, I fell inlove with it and started investing too.
Make up stays in place especially under those high temperatures where you just feel the make up is melting.
Having oily skin like me is definitely a bonus!

Read so many positive reviews bout this product and i just had to give it a try.Bought this while on promotion for R80 from a representative.The bottle is simple,nothing glam bout it,but whats inside will "wow" you.
Ive used this a few times when i wear my makeup,and i am impressed.It makes my makeup look so flawless with a lovely matte finish, and to also stay in place,i also noticed that my makeup lasts the entire day as compared to when i havent used it.I love this product and i will be getting another bottle.

I am totally in love with this product. Avon messed up one of my friend's orders, and she recieved 2 of this item. She gave me this product, an even though I've only used it 4 times, I am totally still loving the affect it has on my makeup.
The most challenging I could have done was to use this yesterday. It was my granpa's birthday, and then next week will be my granny, and my dad, so it was a celebration and a huge bash yesterday at home.
Even after having to change into a cooler outfit, my makeup didnt move. My face still looked as fresh as a daisy. Even though I was up and down carrying things, making sure everyone was comfortable, I then eventually took a proper look in the mirror and I was impressed. I then told myself 'Ag.. It will probably look totally ruined by later.."
Lo and behold, by the time I got into the shower... My eyeliner, mascara and blush were still in place. No oily patches anywhere!
Obviously my lipstick was worn off long time (I love eating)

I am no stranger to making setting sprays,i was using one from a much more expensive brand and was quite happy with it until I popped into an Avon store and saw their make up setting spray on special ,50% off! Trusting Avon ,I bought it and am very happy I did. It keeps my make up intact till the time comes to remove it ,gives me a nice Dewey look and dries pretty quick after about 3 sprays. It doesn't feel uncomfortable on my face in fact after it dries it feels as if nothing was sprayed on. My previous make up setting spray did all of the above but it it pretty expensive,so why break the bank when I have Avon to rely on!

Keeping your make-up looking fresh throughout the day is one of life’s biggest beauty battles. For me, a combination of running around the clothing factory, to driving around in a huff and a puff trying to get last minute things done and just the general activities of my day mean that by 5pm when I get home, my face looks anything but “made up” and fresh.
For a while I had been contemplating whether I should use a setting spray or primer but the thought of paying almost R500 for the MAC Fix+ made me hesitate. It’s kinda like how you are perfectly okay with paying R800 for your online shopping basket but the R70 for shipping is just unacceptable. How dare they??
For those who don’t know what a setting spray is (Mum, this is for you) - Setting sprays are meant to be the last step in your makeup routine. When lightly applied on top of your completed look, the makeup is supposed to stay in place all day. They claim to keep your powders, concealers, and even eyeshadows from absorbing into your skin or melting and fading away.
So today I am absolutely thrilled to introduce you to what I believe is AVON’s best kept secret. *Drum roll please*
Who knew they were so up to date with the beauty world? I certainly didn’t. To be completely honest with you, I wasn’t expecting this product to be anything wonderful. I only got it because it was so cheap and I thought, why not just try. And WOAH was I pleasantly surprised!
I went about my usual makeup routine, including my mascara and lipstick application and ended it off with a few sprays of the mist over my face. It took way under a minute to dry and I immediately noticed a smoother appearance to my face and a beautiful dewy look which is a must for me. Throughout my day at work I glanced at myself in the mirror a few times as well as when I got home and what do you know….It looked as if I had just applied my makeup. I was especially impressed that my blush and powder contour hadn’t faded like it usually does. This spray is light, pretty fast-drying and has a pleasant fragrance to it.
The pictures below were taken after a full day, including 30 minutes of jumping on the trampoline with my daughter. Look at that blush. Just look it it *tears* #NoFilter

This spray is wonderful! When I first received it, I was sceptical as it smelt strongly of alcohol and whenever I sprayed it on my face I would flinch. But, when I officially tried it for the whole day, it was really effective! It first seems a bit dry, but I changed my mind throughout the day as when I got home from work it still looked as if I had just applied my makeup. Also, it is not hard to remove before you go to bed at night either. I think I love this product!

So I am not a fan of Avon and always manage to have some crappy break-up when using their products on my face. I steer clear of all Avon face creams.
My jingles I was not impressed when I got this as a gift from my mom when my usual setting spray ran out.
Firstly the products has barely any scent once dried on the skin. And the bottle doesn't spray but it mists which ensures no straight water shooting in the face.
I used it for the past month of winter and was mildly impressed and couldn't believe that I could skip my setting powder! I have an oily skin and we have very few products that work for a full 8hr day.
Now when using it with a settings spray I did get a full 8hr wear. I also used it to freshen up my make-up half way through the day.
I found that the product settled and evened out the dry areas when the powder leaves uneven patches that we all hate and can't see to avoid during winter. I also loved that I could touch when I was forced to use a crappy foundation brand that bought out of impulse (SALE SPLURGE)
Loved that there was no breakouts :))))
Overall the product is a budge friendly buy for the day to day use and it improves some crappy products so BUY BUY while it's under 100bucks at your closest Avon rep.

I keep repurchasing this product, because I love it so much. It really locks your makeup in place. It also provides a beautiful finish. Your skin looks dewy, but it does not feel dewy, which is awesome if you have oily skin.

If you're looking for an effective yet affordable option then this is going to be your bestie. Every now and then it will be on promotion so you can get it from your Avon Representative at a discount.
Make-up stays looking fresh all day. I get a dewy look without the shine. It works perfectly for the days when it gets too hot and your make up feels like it might start melting lol When you've set your make-up with the Avon Make Up Setting Spray you don't need to worry.
When I mist my face, as it dries, I can actually feel it working. The skins starts to tighten a bit. It's as if it lays a "secure" coat over the make-up to ensure that it doesn't budge throughout the day.
It is worth every penny and gives it's expensive counterparts a run for their money. I am yet to find a setting spray that better than the Avon Make Up Setting Spray.

So I have never really understood the need for a make up setting spray or what was the purpose behind it until I became a member of this site .
To me it didn't really make sense to spray something on your face after just applying make up on .
After reading the reviews on here I decided to purchase a bottle , and boy have I been missing out ....
This spray keeps my make up looking as if it has just been freshly applied all day long. My T zone is kept clear and dry with no signs of my make up vanishing .
I dont need to touch up my powder or anything except for my lip color during the day .
So thank you dolls I now know and understand the need for this and this brand is cheap , effective and great quality.

A Colleague of mine sells Avon products at work and she's always asking me to have a look at her book and I often do but I just never see anything that I cant find anywhere else....and after my run-in with acne last year I am super careful about the products I use on my skin. So I browsed through the book and came across this new Make-up Setting spray. I know that MAC also has one, which is magic, but it does leave my skin a bit oily and the price....
So I thought R90 wont kill me let me give it a try and I must say I was not disappointed. At night when I am taking off my make up I still look like I just put it on. It works like a BOMB!! Nothing comes off until you wipe it off.
and the best part? Its oil free. My face by 2pm gets a bit of a shine and I would have to apply some powder, with this product your face is matt the whole day, no shine at all! Isn't that amazing? and just as amazing is the price, at R90, its hard to find anything that worth while.
I don't do product reviews very often, cause I feel you really have to believe that its something worth while and I have to use it myself, but this is a product I would definitely recommend.
It is available from all Avon consultants.

If you are like me or possible even close to me, you often find yourself in a hustle or bustle with little or no time for applying make up or some times it's a drag.
Well, there is hope, Thanks to Avon Make up spray. My good friend and colleague sells and loves Avon. I guess she saw me always in a flurry when it comes to make up so she recommended the make up setting spray to me. At first, I was skeptical, I mean, I do not really like to spray things on my face unless it's water; but, she assured me that it would be safe and that it would safe me 'make up' time everyday.
I reluctantly took the item. After a few applications I noticed less time spent on application and re-application and it stayed in place for at least the duration of the day. My face looked fresher, cleaner and like a make application has just taken place.
Wowee was I impressed.
My bottle is almost done and I guess I have to get another one because I simply cannot imagine make up application without my trusted 'hold in place' setting spray.
It works almost like a 'hair styling spray' keeping everything where it's supposed to be without anything out of place.
Ladies, you need this.

I love the Avon brand & in my search for the perfect setting spray I could not wait to try the Avon Make-UP Setting spray.
I tried it for the first time on my everyday weekend make up. The smell was a bit overwhelming but I got used to it. After the spray had settled, after a few seconds , it dried to a crystallized, flaky texture which felt like beads of sugar on my face, which immediately tightened my face ( i quite liked how tight my skin felt).
I then decided to try the setting spray when I was doing a day time wedding make up look on someone else, same results.
I didn't want to accept that this product was a fail so I did some research online and read some reviews on Amazon.co.uk. After reading tons of reviews I've come to the conclusion that this product might work best on oily skin. I have dry / sensitive which I don't think this product is suited for.
