This is currently part of my every day routine. I use it in combination with NYX - The makeup. It seems thought that "The makeup" is being discontinued. It's currently my favourite foundation at the moment. I'm not fond of the packing or the price though. I think you should get a bit more product for the price. I also prefer squirty, glass bottles

Lately I have been on the hunt for a new pocket friendly foundation for everyday wear as using my expensive ones for everyday use is beginning to hurt my purse a bit.
After much trials I decided to go with the NYX liquid foundation , it was R149.95 . The colors are very natural and close to skin tones so it makes it very natural looking .
Its a medium coverage foundation in my opinion and blends very easily .
I like that it is water based so that throughout the day my face doesn't get very shiny .
It gives a lovely Matt finish , I still prefer to set it with a powder I just feel it gives me a better finish. It can be used without a powder.
I get a full days use out of this and dont need to touch up with powder or anything throughout the day . Love the packaging as it gives just the right amount per squeeze from the tube making it almost impossible to waste the product .

I had been looking for a new foundation when I came across this one...and I LOVE it! It goes onto my skin so well and blends in beautifully. I have finally found a shade that is perfect for my very pale complexion. My only issue with this foundation is that it does not give as much coverage as I would like but it also feels as though I am not wearing any makeup which is a bonus! I apply a bit more foundation and it covers perfectly. I would definitely recommend it!

This Foundation is really a game changer, it is so easy to apply, lightweight, and offers buildable coverage. I have found that with the right primer, it no longer sticks to dry skin on my face, but exfoliating also helps resolve that. This Foundation applies well with both a sponge and a brush.

As someone with combination skin, it's difficult to find foundation which does not make my skin too oily or too dry. I am not the biggest fan of powder with liquid foundation as it makes me look cakey. So when I started using Nyx Stay Matte Not Flat Liquid Foundation, it was PERFECT. It's matte effect is great for oily skin but does not highlight dry skin. It is easy to apply and I find it affordable. It has been a game-changer for a student like me.

NYX is great. I love the brand. The matte but not flat foundation blends well and has a great range of colours for a person of colour. As a brown girl its often difficult to get the right tone. I have oily-combo skin and it seems to slide off my t-zone. I use benefits cosmetic primer and a setting spray but still slips off. I think it will be a great everyday foundation. No allergies.

what I loved about this foundation is texture of this foundation and it gave me the full coverage I needed
What i disliked is the fact that the foundation drew water in the tube after a few weeks and it doesn't last long made my face look cakey after a few hours

I have been using this foundation for a couple of weeks now. Firstly, it comes in a good variety of shades so I was able to find a shade close to my skin tone. The price isn't too bad but in comparison to many other foundations for that price, it may not be worth it. The packaging is also not the best.
On a more positive note, it blended really well and had a matte finish. It has buildable coverage and does cover up spots and blemishes. I did however find that by mid-afternoon I needed a touch up and that it has started to look cakey and patchy. I love NYX products but I don't think I'll repurchase this product again.

A couple of years ago, I used this foundation all the time because it was perfect for my skin. About 2 years ago, the formula changed, and it became a lot more greasy and no matter which shade I tried, I could not find one that matched my skin tone. It doesn't last long either, about two hours of dancing and it's literally melting off of your face. The only really good thing about it is that it doesn't cause my sensitive skin to break out, nor does it clog my pores.

Let me just start by saying that I am a foundation junkie. I am not very picky, I just want a foundation that will do the job well. Unfortunately this one didn't cut it for me, it's not horrible, but I've used better. Firstly, it is so hard finding a good shade. They're either too orangy or too pink. Secondly, once applied it gives a pretty finish. I disagree with the coverage claim. I get about light coverage which I am totally fine with. It is a satin-matte finish foundation, but slips off rather quickly. I only get about 4-5 hours of solid wear before it just doesn't look good. I will say though, it does not clog my pores at all!

I am really disappointed in this product from NYX, to find the right shade isn't a struggle which was the only nice thing about this foundation, it does turn matte but cakes and did not hide any of my imperfections, which is important to me because I have some freckles and also a pigment mark on my face. It wasn't super expensive but not worth its price either. I don't think anyone would wear this even if their skin is perfect (because no one likes looking cakey. I love their eyeliner though and use it everyday.

I disliked everything about this product. It isn't matte at all, it separates on my skin and I'm not sure if it was only in my foundation but there were little pieces of weird hardened foundation in the liquid foundation. It also looks really cakey, overall it was a bad product.
