A couple of years ago, I used this foundation all the time because it was perfect for my skin. About 2 years ago, the formula changed, and it became a lot more greasy and no matter which shade I tried, I could not find one that matched my skin tone. It doesn't last long either, about two hours of dancing and it's literally melting off of your face. The only really good thing about it is that it doesn't cause my sensitive skin to break out, nor does it clog my pores.
Let me just start by saying that I am a foundation junkie. I am not very picky, I just want a foundation that will do the job well. Unfortunately this one didn't cut it for me, it's not horrible, but I've used better. Firstly, it is so hard finding a good shade. They're either too orangy or too pink. Secondly, once applied it gives a pretty finish. I disagree with the coverage claim. I get about light coverage which I am totally fine with. It is a satin-matte finish foundation, but slips off rather quickly. I only get about 4-5 hours of solid wear before it just doesn't look good. I will say though, it does not clog my pores at all!

I am really disappointed in this product from NYX, to find the right shade isn't a struggle which was the only nice thing about this foundation, it does turn matte but cakes and did not hide any of my imperfections, which is important to me because I have some freckles and also a pigment mark on my face. It wasn't super expensive but not worth its price either. I don't think anyone would wear this even if their skin is perfect (because no one likes looking cakey. I love their eyeliner though and use it everyday.
I have been using this foundation for a couple of weeks now. Firstly, it comes in a good variety of shades so I was able to find a shade close to my skin tone. The price isn't too bad but in comparison to many other foundations for that price, it may not be worth it. The packaging is also not the best.
On a more positive note, it blended really well and had a matte finish. It has buildable coverage and does cover up spots and blemishes. I did however find that by mid-afternoon I needed a touch up and that it has started to look cakey and patchy. I love NYX products but I don't think I'll repurchase this product again.
