As much as I really do love the LA Girl Palettes , unfortunately the pigmentation / pay off isnt too great for me. But for the price this is an affordable option (next to the Urban Decay palette which is close to R 900.00)

I have all of L.A Girl’s makeup Pallets and they are amazing. So affordable and extremely pigmented. They last incredibly well once applied as well. They are the best you can find if you want that Urban Decay look but can’t afford it. Can be found at drug stores like Dischem.

I love the colours and it's packaging, which includes a mirror.
I was excited to try this palette out especially for a smokey eye but found it lacked pigmentation. I ended up using my sister's Palladio palete and going for a different look.

The LA Girl palette is great for everyday use. The colours are subtle, shadows blend well, they pick up the right amount of shadow to blend for that perfect subtle eyeshadow look.

I think this product is a great dupe for the Urban Decay Naked Palette. I wouldn't give the quality and efficacy of the palette a 10/10 however for the price of just R99.99, it does what it needs to. The eye shadow does apply easily but it requires a few layers to give the desired effect. The colours are beautiful!

This is definitely one of my most used LA Girl products, actually I use it almost every day!
I bought the "Nudes" and the "Smokey" and with me the Nudes takes the lead hands down. The packaging is nice and makes you want to open it. The long horizontal mirror are great since you get to see both your eyes should you use it to do your makeup in, unlike the other smaller mirrors where its only one eye at a time ;-).
The little brush is also nice and work great for applying the wet inner corner sparkle.
I love the 3 matte shades which makes for such beautiful transition colors and the 9 shimmer shades are just to die for. They apply easy they keep their shimmer effect and for a wa wa woom look i wet my brush with a bit of Make-up fix spray and the shimmer just lights up even more.
There isa bit of fall-out but nothing to serious.
The selection of colors are great and this is surely my go to pallet at the moment.

For the price, I was surprised at the amount of product in the palette & the quality. The colours are not as pigmented as I would like unless applied over a white primer, but they are gorgeous. I have yet to hit pan on the palette, but I would definitely repurchase it!

I have come across a few bloggers stating that this LA Girl Palette is a dupe for the Urban Decay Naked Palette.I beg to differ!I loved the overall packaging but I found it a tad bit fragile,but hey,what do you expect fora mere R70,huh?I do love the variety of shades and that it has both matte and shimmer.What I disliked the most about this product is the pigmentation,I have to pile on the layers of eyeshadow to get the colour to be visible on my eyelids.I'd recommend this product to someone whose on a tight-budget.

I've being use my NUDES beauty brick for well over 2 months now and I truly love this. It is considered to be a DUPE for the URBAN DECAY NAKED palette. The shades are absolutely beautiful and work amazingly on the lids. Although I would have prefered maybe a 2nd nude matte shade in the palette, its all good. I love the shimmers, they are amazing!!
So basically, I love everything about this palette. I would highly recommend it to anyone and for the price, it is well worth it.

Hey guys, so I have two of the LA Girl eye shadow pallets, one in nude and the other in neon. The eye shadow colors on these two pallets are simply beautiful, the pallet comes with a two sided brush applicator and a compact mirror.
My honest opinion would be that while it is quite affordable and has a lovely color range I find that when I use a brush I don't pick up enough eye shadow to apply to my lids which means that there is not much pigment to work with. I find that if I want a good consistency I would need to use my fingers.
The second con for me would be that the more dramatic shades are not as dramatic on my eyelids as they are on the actual pallet which does not leave much room for me to blend because that would mean that the color would blend out a lot more duller then I would like therefore I find myself applying a couple of layers to get the eye shadow to actually show up. I've tried using a different brush but I get the same result.
Overall a good product but i would not purchase it again.

Hi ladies... So I recently purchased this product a few days ago, for about R99.00 @ dischem and my honest opinion...
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!
It is totally worth the price. You also receive a two headed brush and 12 amazing shades. The texture is so creamy and glides onto the skin. I highly recommend this product.

The palette has 12 stunning shades of neutrals with a mix if matte and sparkle shimmer shades, neutrals are an all round year shade to use because they go with every season. I love the convenience of the brick its small and compact and comes with a brush and mirror which is great to travel with for a girl on the go.
A great way to take your day look into night by filling in with a darker shade or two. An amazing buy if you looking for a versatile all year round day/night palette to have in your beauty draw. I have used the Ultra Palette before so as I expected it was just as good.
But if you are looking for something on the different the Beauty Brick range does consist of three other palettes. Starting with the Neon palette if you are looking for something bright, or Smokey for a more defined and bold eye but if you are looking for something soft and feminine there is the Ultra palette which consists of shades of lavenders and purple. It is a great save on the budget as the palettes go for R89 in store.

Can we talk about how great this palette is?
Before buying the LA Girl Nudes eyeshadow palette, I already owned the Ultra and the Smokey Palette and I was deeply impressed by the quality of those products. I held off on buying the Nudes palette as I was not sure the rose gold tones of the shadows would suit my medium to dark skin tone. I was wrong!
The colour range is beautiful, and will certainly suit fair to dark skin tones. The palette contains a nice mix of mattes for transition shades, and satins and shimmers to add some glam or smoke out any look for day or night. While there are always hits and misses in any palette, the formula of most shadows are soft and blendable, while those that aren't as much (most of the mattes), are buildable and easy to work with.
A definite new fave for me.

I have recently started using LA Girl products. At first I was skeptical about the quality as the brand is comparatively inexpensive. The Nudes Palette is a great dupe for Urban Decay's Naked palettes. The many shades allow for a day look as well as for a night-out look. It is long-lasting, especially when used with an eyeshadow primer. The palette also comes with a two-sided brush (one side for application and the other for blending). The shades range from matte and shimmery roses and pinks all the way to a deep purple. The only downside is the fact that there is some fall out when using the product, but for only R70, it's definitely worth it.

As a make up artist iv always struggled to find good eye shadow that you dont have to keep dipping your brush into , to make it work
this make up is smooth and the colors stand out
