Johnson's daily essentials oil balancing light day fluid

A light moisturiser that is quickly absorbed. Unfortunately it did not moisturise enough for me as my usually combination skin has become very dry. I will try this product again in summer. If you don't have any major skin issues and are just looking for a product to moisturise, I think this may do the job. Affordable, pretty packaged product that you can conveniently find on the supermarket shelf.

I was excited to try this product, as I have combination/oily skin and it sounded right up my alley. Firstly, one of the most noticeable factors about it was the scent - Johnson's products always smell yummy and fresh! Next, the consistency. This day cream has a very thin, light consistency, and is easily absorbed into the skin. It gets absorbed very quickly, therefore cutting down "getting ready" time in the mornings. As the consistency is so light, one tube of face cream lasts you ages - a few months possibly. At this price, it's a real bargain. i found my skin felt refreshed after using this cream, and ready for makeup. I personally have sensitive skin, and felt like it might be a bit too thin/not quite moisturising enough for my skin type. I also had a feeling my skin could break out into a rash from it, as it felt a bit uncomfortable and a little itchy. Hard to explain, but will keep using it and see if I stand to be corrected. Other than that, a lovely product! Would recommend it for young skin especially :)

I found this moisturiser to be too light for my skin. Although I have an oily t-panel the dry parts of my skin bother me far more than the oily parts do, so I just fund this did not provide enough hydration for my skin.
I think this product would be better suited to someone who has an overall oilier skin. I also think it's probably better suited to a younger skin than mine.
I personally found the fragrance too strong as I never use fragranced products on my skin, but everyone else seems to like the smell so if you're used to perfumed skin care the smell shouldn't be a problem.

A fresh light moisturizer with the gentle Johnson's fragrance. Easily absorbed although slightly sticky after. A simple value for money product

I received this product as part of my JOHNSON'S product review package. Pretty pink packagaing and an easy to use tube. A very lightweight lotion that immediately sinks into your skin. However it's just not rich enough or hydrating enough for winter skin. This is the perfect non-greasy, non-oily lotion for summer time.

This smells amazing, just like the other products. It's very affordable and does the job as a light lotion for everyday. I think as a base for makeup this lotion should work very well during summer as you don't use as much makeup and you don't want something thick on your face. This does leave your skin feel soft and smooth - like all the products in the range.

I was initially apprehensive about this day lotion as my skin is in its drier winter phase but this oil balancing light day fluid is really great. I apply less to my oily t-panel and more to the drier parts of my face like my cheeks. It absorbs well but I did have to wait a few minutes for it to completely soak in before applying my powder foundation. I did not experience any breakouts from this product. This day fluid is inexpensive and suitable for sensitive skin, overall I am very impressed.

We all know the wonderful advantages that zinc holds for oily skin types in particular – by controlling oiliness and helping to prevent breakouts, zinc is by far an important ingredient in any skin care range for oily skin types. Two favourite things about this product: First, the UV filters. Clever people to combine the two so that we don't have to apply a sunscreen too! We're busy ladies, and don't always have time for such things. Second, it really IS a great base for your make-up! This was the first thing i tested about this product - application of foundation was easy and smooth, and didn't melt off on a hot day!

True to this whole range, a little of this product goes a long way, and this tube will definitely last you quite a long time. Application is easy, squeeze out however much product u need, and gently massage it into your skin. My skin absorbed this day fluid so so quickly, and felt so soft and healthy. It's a pleasure to use. I always think of how it feels like it's kissing your skin. It's light, thus it doesn't leave your skin feeling heavy and weighed down.

I always tend to mix and match my products depending on the day, however, i have found that using the whole "Daily essentials" range for combination skin will ensure the promised "soft and smooth" skin. It's really so simple, clease and moisturise (tone in-between if you really need to).

Overall i LOVE this day fluid. It works really well with my skin, whether i'm wearing make-up or not. It's super affordable, accessible and so so easy to use. I highly recommend it.
