Eucerin Hyaluron-Filler Eye Cream

I've been using this cream for about 2 years now and am really enjoying it. The cream is rich in texture and works well to plump out the fine lines around my eyes. I'm 45 y/o and don't really have many lines to speak of, thanks to using this on a regular basis. I apply it at least 15 mins before I apply foundation in the morning to give it a chance to absorb into the skin. I use it at night as well. I have repurchased a number of times and will definitely repurchase again. I know there are more pricey eye creams on the market, but this one is good value for money and is very effective.

There is nothing that gives away ageing more than wrinkles and eye-wrinkles are a tell-tale for signs of ageing. So many beauty brands have come up with eye creams to combat or prevent wrinkling on the under eyes.

I love the Eucerin eye cream because it is a dermatological skin care product. As we age skin’s own production of Hyaluronic Acid decreases causing the skin to lose volume and form wrinkles. Eucerin eye cream has the 3 level anti-wrinkle innovation;
- High molecular Hyaluronic-Acid acts at the origin of fine wrinkles in the upper epidermal skin layers.
- Low molecular Hyaluronic-Acid penetrates further in the epidermal skin layers where deeper wrinkles originate.
- Bio-active Glycine Saponin supports the Hyaluronic-Acid production in cells where the deepest wrinkles are formed.

I also love the fact that it has SPF15 + UVA sun screen which acts in defence of sun damage and premature ageing.

I am 31 and got more and more concerned by the little lines around my always flawless eyes. Until I started using this eye cream. I have been using it for a month now and the difference to my eyes are astounding!! I am now a dedicated fan.

This is an update on my review which I did last year as I received this eye treatment to review from BB. I still love this as a reasonably priced eye cream. It definitely works while you use it... the eye area looks instantly more radiant and smoother and its a perfect base for eye make-up. I even use it on my worry lines between my eyebrows!!! It isnt one that gives you permanent results though ( I suppose botox would be a longer lasting solution and not even that is permanent ) but it works well while you are using it. If I am going out in the evening then I dab some more around my eye area for a nice smooth look!!! I love the styling of the tube - dispenses just the right amount and looks cute to boot. So all in all its not a miracle worker, but does a good job and is well-priced!

I am always on the look-out for miracles in a tube/tub and I was hoping that this would be "the one", but although I have seen some results I think my fine lines/crows feet would come back with a vengeance should I stop using this cream.

Hyaluronic acid occurs naturally in the human body and is central to regulating cell growth and renewal. According to Eucerin, their products contain pure hyaluronic acid and works immediately upon application, attracting moisture from the surrounding to plump up the skin and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

I can't say that I notice any instant results on application. This is a thick and creamy eye treatment that absorbs very nicely into the skin, it's very lightweight and doesn't feel greasy or thick once applied. A little bit of this goes a long way. It really melts into the skin and hydrates the delicate area quite well.

I haven't noticed any of my fine lines being filled in, but I have noticed that the skin around my eyes is looking more radiant and somewhat plumper. I can definitely see that over a longer period of time it will continually do more. This cream has an SPF 15, so it is ideal to use in the morning under your makeup.

I have had no bad reaction, and it doesn't appear to be too rich for my sensitive skin. I think this is a very well-priced product at R200. So far I've experienced no miracles, but I'm 27 and my wrinkles aren't severe. It's helped plump up the area and the skin doesn't look so thin anymore.
