If anyone knows me they know I truely hate tablets and im deff sceptical about trying vitamins.
Being my second pregnancy and my complications of no weight gain and concern for my general well being with a toddler and thi nee pregnancy i decided to give this a go

My results after 2 weeks i feel like a new person. My energy is significantly higher. I can do everyrhing for my family and run around mytoddler. I have healthy pregnancy weight gain.
My general health skin nails and hair has also improved dramatically.
I reccomend this range to anyone eho has recently found out they pregnant.
Side note: the morning tablet is on the big side but i just slice it in half and it easily goes down.

Chela-Preg 2nd Trimester: The change I needed

At the beginning of August, Beauty Bulletin and Chela-Preg challenged me to switch up my traditional prenatal vitamin regime. This duo set arrived beautifully packaged with a day and night dosage each in separate bottles. Just by the looks of it I was really excited to get started.
After one week of using the Chela-Preg 2nd Trimester, I was able to notice a positive change in my skin, hair and nails. My skin went from flaky and dry to beautiful glow to the point where I could just put on some gloss and I'd be good to go. My hair is starting to thicken and nails are much more stronger. I also noticed that my sleeping patterns have changed, I am now more relaxed in the evening and having more peaceful sleeps then the restless ones.
The morning capsule gives me a good energy boost, I don't have a very good breakfast routine so I normally grab a fruit or have a protein smoothie to get the day started.
The evening capsules gives me a good relaxed feeling and not the heavy pressures of the day. My dinners mostly consist of a good protein and veg.
Overall I am really so impressed with this product and definitely would recommend it to expectant mothers. Soon I’ll be entering my 3rd trimester and I'm excited to get started on the 3rd trimester pack.

Chela-Preg 2nd Trimester: A Spoonful of Sugar

I was introduced to Chela-Preg in the 5th week of my pregnancy. I took it because that's what my gynecologist had recommended, so it was easy to take on this challenge as I was already familiar with the product.
My first impressions were, Aahhh I miss the bite size sugar coated pills, I found these easier to swallow than the big white ones in the new pack, especially in the morning.
As the days carried on remembering to take the night time capsules became hard, with pregnancy brain and just down right exhaustion that was the last thing on my mind.
My overall feeling after taking the new vitamins weren't any different than when I was taking the original Chela-Preg vitamins. I may have had an extra burst of energy in the morning, but then slowly fell into a slump later in the day.
I will continue to use Chela-Preg,but I'd most probably go back to the original vitamin after all a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down. :)

Loving The Product
First impressions are lasting and my box of second trimester capsule came nicely packaged consisting of 2 separate bottles. I immediately switched over and it's been a pure bliss I feel good with lots of energy, I had difficulty sleeping at night but now I do it with ease.
