Avon's Color Trend Nail Polishes

I must say, these are not nail polishes that I like. I find them too runny, the colour is not opaque enough, they chip quickly, the bottles are too small, and in general they just don't impress me. I would rather avoid these and spend a bit more to get a better quality product.

Very disappointed with this as I am a loyal supporter of Avon products however this polish did not cut it for me .

After the first use the polish got thick . It took at least 4 coats before I got my nails to be the same color as the bottle.

In 2 days the polish already started chipping off .

They have stunning colors though , wish the product was better though

Cheap buy and quick-drying. One may need to paint on quite a few coats though as the nail polish is quite thin in consistency.

I bought the "scene" shade of the nail polish. I have to say that the colour trend nail polishes are very cheap and if you're on a tight budget and want to try out new colours then you can buy them. However if you're looking for a nail polish that's long lasting and of good quality, I would not suggest you buy them, will just waste your money. The reason why I don't like this nail polish is that I had to apply 4 coats before I got the desired coverage. This nail polish doesn't last at all, I just washed the dishes and it started coming off. So it's a big disappointment for me. But in all fairness I can't expect big results for the price I paid for them.

I am a huge fan of Avon products, they just seem to have the correct formula going great affordable products and great prices. What’s not to love about this brand.

I have tried out the Color Trend Nail polish in Mint. Color Trend is a subdivision in Avon that targets a a teenage crowd. I have to say I love the color but, I am highly disappointed in the formula.

My Experience Using Color Trend In Mint:

I really love the color!!! But I was highly disappointed with using the color trend nail polish as the formula was way too thin I had to use 3 coats just to get the right thickness which is not good. I also found that after the exact same day my nail polish started chipping already which is out of the norm in staying power. I really love Avon and used there other nail polishes and was very happy with it but it seems that Color trend is much cheaper and much poorer quality so in essence you do get what you pay for.

Will I buy the Color trend nail polish again?? Sadly no, I don’t think I will be purchasing the Color trend nail polish again I don’t think it’s worth it.

These are just the most adorable nail polishes I have seen.

I have to be honest the cute bottles got me sold on it , to try then out.

The color's in this collection are just amazing all summery colors I love the mint and pink colors.

So for most important part the formulation, which was not too great it took me a few coats to get a nice color on my nails... It's not thick at all

it lasted 3 days on my nails, which is about average to me..

I am not that impressed about this range but the colors are summer fun and worth buying.

This was my first time purchasing the Colortrend range of nail polishes from Avon and I am pleasantly surprised with the results. I was hooked on this shimmery concoction of a colour on the pages of the brochure that I just had to order it.

When I used it for the first time I was amazed at its formula, longevity and its technicolouredness!! From every angle the nail varnish shimmers a different hue. From a turquoise to mint green, emerald and a dark olive/emerald green. The addition of flecks of glitter makes the colour even more radical. The glitter is fine and so blend in with the formula and doesn’t feel un-comfortable on nails. The formula goes on super smooth and at least 3 coats are needed to achieve full coverage.

The nail vanish comes in a cute stubby round glass bottle with a white twist-off lid. The colour can be seen through the bottle which holds 8ml of nail varnish. The bottle comes in a vibrant multi pink box with white writing. The bottle also has white writing. Under the base of the bottle is a pink round sticker with the name of the colour of the polish.

The nail polish goes on super smoothly and when dry leaves a smooth finish in nails. The varnish lasted a week without showing signs of wear and tear. The only reason it didn’t last longer was cause I took it off with nail polish remover. For such a dark colour with glitter, it was easy to remove and didn’t stain my nails either.

I love the convenient chubby size of the bottle and how young and fun the colour and packaging is, definitely going to be a branch of Avon I will be experimenting more with in regard to my nail polishes.
