I've been using this for ages now ,only it use to be in the nude shade. Whilst I had no qualms about that shade I decided to try the natural beige, and am I loving it ! Not only does it look much better on my skin it also gives me the look a lightweight foundation would. I sometimes use only this with a dab of powder and I'm good to go. It makes my skin look naturally radiant !

Over a period of use I can say that it has evened out and brightened my complexion somewhat. What's especially amazing is the hight spf of 50 ! I'm also crazy about the scent.

Avon Ideal Flawless CC Colour Corrector Cream SPF50
~The brochure says:
Lightweight multi-tasking formula with colour correcting pigments conceals flaws immediately and fades the look of pigmentation. colour: nude

~Among the extensive list of ingredients that I couldn’t pronounce, the interesting ingredients I noticed are:
* kaolin (clay): the product was not greasy/oily on my skin. It had a mattifying effect.
* licorice root extract: This is known for its lightening effect. I noticed that a spot of hyper pigmentation next to my eye is indeed lightening.
* camellia sinensis leaf extract (commonly referred to as green tea extract): We all know how good green tea is for us. Ditto for our skin.

~What I don’t like about it:
* There is a long list of ingredients that I can’t pronounce
* It has SPF50, which is great for the day, but at night, it casts a white glow on my face.

~What I like about it:
* SPF50 – great for the day
* Very light coverage – just the way I like it. It seems that there is only a small amount of pigment in this product. The pigment seems to work in a special amazing way that camouflages imperfections without covering them. It’s as if the pigment particles reflect light.
* No cakey effect; the product doesn’t cake around imperfections.
* It smells very mild; a bit like sun block.

This is the first time I have used such a product. This product claims to:
a) fade dark spots in just 2 weeks - this did not happen. I have quite dark pigmentation especially on my cheek. I did not see any noticable difference after more than 2 weeks.
b) corrects ~ Improves the look of dullness, dark circles and redness - this it did, and very well too! I often 'flush' when I am flustered and rushed; and I must say even my friends noticed that I was not 'rosy' as they put it !
c) protects ~ fights free radicles and provides UVA/UVB SPF 50 protection - I always use a sunscreen so having a SPF 50 built in is magnificent as I train outdoors on weekends. Even in winter a sunscreen is imperative, possibly more than in summer as I seek the sunshine to stay warm on the windy field !
d) perfects ~ helps fade the look of pigmentation - the look, yes; as the marks were not as noticeable but they definitely did not fade at all and are the same as when I began using the cream.
I found that this cream is not as moisturising as expected and ended up applying my normal moisturiser, especially around my eye area. It also tended to crumble and flake on application but I found that if I used my fingertips and pressed instead of stroking it on then it was alright.
My skin definitely feels smoother to the touch and the colour I was allocated (Nude) is perfect for my skin tone. I have an oily T-zone and found that it was more matte throughout the day.
All in all a good product at a very reasonable price.

Iwas 1 of the lucky ladies chosen to review the Avon Ideal Flawless CC cream and I was extremely ecstatic!

I've used almost all the products in the Ideal Flawless range and they have never disappointed me.

So when I saw the launch of the CC cream, I just had to get my paws on it!

The most captivating part of it was that it was enriched with natural ingredients such as liquorice extract and vitamin C which helps start to fade dark marks and pigmentation in just 2 weeks! How awesome is that!??!

Now, I'm all for natural ingredients and in the past, I've actually used a serum which contained liquorice extract and it made a world of a difference to my skin. So I knew that this CC cream was going to be the Bomb! And I was right!

Let's start with basics, the packaging is very sleek and practical. It's almost the same as their BB cream, and since it's a tube, you can control how much you want to dispense and there's no wastage when it's finished. I'm not sure if I'm the only 1 that does this, but I always end up cutting my tubes and digging every last bit of product out.

Anyhoo, the consistency of the cream is quite good, not too thick but not runny either, and still provides a good amount of coverage, more than that of a BB cream.

Because it's formulated with colour correcting pigments, it immediately cancels out your flaws.
And that's a promise. It's amazeballs!

When I just received mine, you can probably guess that I ripped the package open and immediately applied it.

I had a few active breakouts on my jawline and I saw that as I blended it into my skin, the redness just disappeared and it evened out my skin tone.

It's also perfect to use on it's own as it is buildable to attain a medium coverage and doesn't cake up, so it's ideal for those who go for the no-makeup makeup look. If you need more coverage you could just apply a small amount of concealer or foundation and you're good to go.
I do find that this acts as a primer and the finished look of my makeup is more smooth and flawless.
I prefer to apply it with my fingers, but you can also use a sponge or foundation brush, I've tried both and they work well too.

It's also an oil-free formulation and suitable for all skin types, it doesn't make my dry skin look patchy.

And I find that it creates a perfect balance between dewy and matte. So whatever look you're going for, it is achievable with this cream.

Another awesome thing about this is that it has a built in SPF 50! No need to apply extra sunscreen! Which I know can be a nightmare for those with oily skin.

And along with the Vitamin C, this product repairs sun damaged skin and further protects, whilst giving flawless coverage. Who doesn't love multi-taskers!?!

I am definitely going to stock up while it's still on special because the regular price is quite heavy on the pocket, especially for the size and I'm just simply in-love!

It's been about 2 weeks since I started using it, and I've been using it everyday but I'm not sure I see a difference in my acne scarring yet, but then again it doesn't claim to lighten that, only dark spots and pigmentation. However, my overall complexion does seem to be more even.

Either way I do feel that 2 weeks is a short time for any results to show and Avon does say "START to fade" and not "vanish" in 2 weeks.

It gets 2 thumbs up from me and I have already been bragging about it to my friends and family.

I was beyond excited to review the new Avon Ideal Flawless CC Cream. I have tried BB creams but not a CC Cream, and my sister uses the Smashbox CC Cream and just can't say enough good things about it.

However, the Avon CC Cream wasn't the miracle I thought it would be. The colour was slightly different to the swatches that were shown to us (it was MUCH lighter than the swatch, although it had the right amount of yellow pigment in)and therefore much too light for even my pale winter skin.

I also found that although it promised decent coverage, it really didn't deliver on this either - even my Rimmel BB cream gives better coverage!

My skin tingled a little when using the CC cream as well, but I did put this down to my skin being rather dry from the extreme cold weather, as if my sensitive skin hadn't agreed with it, I would have been very red and possibly broken out in a rash (as a plus, that means this is suitable for very sensitive skins!!)

Although the CC cream doesn't deliver as much as I thought it would, it was great to put on a layer almost as a primer underneath my regular foundation - it smoothed my skin and my makeup lasted longer than it usually does, and it gave my foundation more of an airbrushed look!

The spf50 is also great for summer as most foundations/BB creams/CC creams do not have such high spf factors!

All in all, I probably won't be buying the Avon Ideal Flawless CC Cream after this tube is finished - I can get the same thing from my primer and regular foundation, and add in sunscreen to achieve the spf factor.
