I’ve used this product for a few times now and I really like how my skin looks and feels after this mask. The product has a mud mask texture (as the name says). The first time I used it, I found it a bit difficult to spread the mask on my face. The second time I used it I realised that it was much easy to spread it on your face after your mix the product a bit first, because the top layer dries up and becomes crumbly when you try to apply it on the face. It becomes really easy to apply if you mix the product in a bit first. Then all you do is apply a thin layer of the product to your face and let it dry. It should take 5 minutes for the product to dry. Thereafter it’s the easiest to rinse the mask off with a wet cloth and apply your other skin products thereafter.

In my opinion, this product works well if you already have relatively good skin. It definitely isn’t a miracle worker but it does leave skin feeling and looking fresh. Although it has no beads or any other sort of rough particles for that exfoliating property, the mud itself does leave skin feeling really smooth after use. My skin felt particularly smooth after using this mask! It must be the mud or something but it definitely works in that regard. Although this product is super gentle and smoothing on the skin, the scent this product has smells quite contrary to what you would expect from an organic product. I don’t mind the scent at all, but for those who are sensitive to strong scents it could be quite overbearing. It smells highly fragranced, like a perfume of some sort. So bear that in mind if you don’t like heavily fragranced products. And another thing you need to know about this product is that you should use it within a few months because it does not contain preservatives and will therefore expire faster than your other products. I’ve had mine for around 1 month and a half and am halfway with the jar and it still looks fine. But I wouldn’t use it after 6 months just in case ;)
