Having Long hair is almost like taking care of someone lol as it needs TLC, protection from all the elements it is exposed to on a daily basis and my new best friend is VO5 hot oil I do this treatment once a week and my hair really improved a lot it leaves my hair shiny, soft, strong and it smells wonderful
