I use heat to style my hair A LOT so when I purchase a product, I need to know that it's going to help my hair stay healthy. This spray smells really nice, but it literally just wets my hair. My hair didn't feel any different than when I just used my shampoo and conditioner. Maybe I expected a bit too much from this products and I used it for quite a bit to gauge whether it was working or not. The best way to protect your hair from heat styling is to give it a break now and then.
