I did mention during the #TresemmeBotanic Insta Party that I’ve never really been a big fan of hair foods. But being given this hair food has reminded me of the importance of showing your SCALP some love too. I think it’s so easy for us to focus on our hair - take care of it from root to tip. How often do we neglect to base our scalps. Massaging the scalp is crucial because it increases circulation and encourages hair growth. The formula of this hair food is super lightweight, so when used solely for the purpose of basing your scalp your hair will never feel greasy or oversaturated (but if you have oily hair, then I suggest staying away from this product all together). Although the hair food is made mostly for the purpose of moisturising the scalp, I would sometimes put a bit on my finger tips and put some on my hair tips too. My very dry scalp needed this product, and so I used it on my damp, shampooed-and-conditioned head.
