This product is great for everyday use. Having a combination of 4C/B hair, I not only use this hair food to base my scalp, but I use it to moisturizer my protective styling before bed. My hair stays moisturized for days with a daily spritz of clean water. I would totally repurchase it because it doesn't make my hair as greasy as other hair foods do.
