I actually just ran out of this product, but have been using it for over a year now. I have long, semi-thick frizzy hair, and every time I shampoo my hair ALWAYS feels extremely knotty after rinsing. I always condition afterwards but it doesn't compare to what the damage repair treatment does. My hair always feels super silky and soft after using it. This is a *must have* and the great thing is that it's for relaxed and natural hair, and is cost efficient!! (1 pot lasts months!)...That reminds me, I gotta go get me some Damage Repair Treatment (^^,)
