Personally I am not a fan of this product. Yes it does make your hair soft and silky but it does not work for me. I have thin fine hair, which means that my hair gets oily quickly and that I need as much volume in my hair. When I use this shampoo my hair is flat and gets oily by the next day. Another problem that I have with this product is that I have to use a lot of both the shampoo and conditioner because the shampoo is not that soapy so I have to use a lot to get that clean feeling in my hair and the conditioner is not that creamy when applied to the hair in normal amounts. On the plus side, my fiance loves this shampoo as he loves his hair being soft and shiny.
I have thick long hair and I was so disappointed when using this product. I used both the conditioner and shampoo, when I need to style my hair I struggle so much to get my hair dry. My hair feels heavy and it feels if the product was not completely washed of when I dry and style my hair. I washed my hair three times with the product and then I decided to put it back in my cupboard. Not a fan!
