SBR Lipocream and SBR Repair creams have been specially developed to restore and maintain the skin’s barrier function and can be used on the face and body, is easily absorbed and is really so affordable too. My skin only requires that I apply each product once daily, and a little really does go a long way with these SBR creams! It truly is worth the dime!
The SBR Repair cream is really just such a richly nourishing cream. This product helps for very dry skin with both a rapid and a lasting effect as it adds the fatty substances back that the skin itself normally takes days to produce. I especially loved applying the repair cream to my target areas being my knees, elbows and hands and found that it worked really fast and really well. I used this for my daughters skin too and was impressed at how quickly it provided her dry skin with the relief it needed. She thoroughly enjoys using “moms creams” and says she loves SBR just as much as mommy does. This item is definitely a keeper that I’ve added to my grocery list and retails for just R259.95 for a 100g tube at Dis-Chem stores.

I love how it the cream locks in the moisture it provides, i don't however like how oily it makes my makeup when i use it as a day cream ( Face) so i prefer using it over night and let it work as i sleep.

I love how soft and nourishing the product is. I used it twice daily and found that my skin was getting healthier. It leaves my skin glowing although I feel like it works exceptionally well with the Lipocream.

The SBR repair cream, worker wonders for my skin. it helped keep my skin moisture through the day. I am definelty keep this as part of my skincare regimen. I'm extremely happy with the results. I like how thick the formula is and the fact that it has zero perfume and zero preservative ingredients.

The SBR Repair Cream assisted with extreme dry skin. Improvements of skin quality is seen in a flash!
Additionally, the mere fact that it has no fragrance is a bonus! Nobody wants to be smelling like "medicine" the entire day. The texture is phenomenal, as smooth as it gets.

The SBR Repair Cream literally made me feel like a builder was fixing my legs like a cracked wall. A bit graphic maybe, but true. I have really dry skin and, during the winter, I really do struggle with dry and cracked skin. My problem areas WERE my legs, ankles, elbows and nose. Anyway, troubles of the past. Thanks to the SBR Repair cream. Tops to SBR for creating such a promising and excellent product.

This non scented effective and deeply moisturising cream is one that I appreciate. The texture is exactly how I would expect a barrier cream to be which is rich and thick. It rescued my extremely dry skin I will definitely continue using it especially in winter. The tube isn't much of a good idea as there is a need to squeeze really hard considering the texture.

This product is great for someone with extremely dry skin. I use this cream on my feet , elbows and knees and it does moisturize effectively. The only downside is the thick and pasty-sticky like consistency, so a little does go a long way.
Tip for feet: apply this and wear socks, your feet will be super soft.

My husband used the SBR Repair Cream for his dry face and very dry knees and elbows.He loved it .I personally use it for my heels .I can imagine using it more in summer,since I love walking bare feet.Otherwise,a great product but on the pricey side.

This product was a 50/50 for me based on what it said it would deliver, what I expected and the actual results.
First, let's put hydration and moisture into perspective: "Dehydrated skin lacks water and therefore needs to be hydrated. Dry skin lacks oil and needs to be moisturized. Dry skin that is hydrated but not moisturized will still flake and have a rough texture."
Pros:
- Extremely moisturising
- Reduces flaking
- Eliminates asshiness and skin irrritation
- Only need to use once a day
Cons:
- Very oily and doesn't absorb well/quickly into the skin
- Very thick and can leave a thin layer on top of your skin
I would only use the repair cream at night so that it was not extremely thick and oily by the morning and residue wouldn't end up on my clothing. However, this meant sticking to my sheets if I got into bed immediately. In the middle of winter, it isn't ideal, but I would just give myself a few minutes before getting dressed after putting cream on.
My mom used it once at night after washing on her psoriasis as she isn't very fond of lotions, etc. She would only put it on her affected areas and claimed it decreased irritation and itchiness. She also stopped flaking on those areas. Unfortunately, she injured herself two weeks in and has been struggling to reach certain areas but I will update the review with images once she's back on her routine.

It's an amazing cream just a little too thick and heavy on my skin. Kept it hydrated and moist but also left me feeling a bit sticky a feeling I didn't like.

The SBR Repair cream would have to be one of the most economical ranges available. I love this product! It is a great cream that in my opinion is simply second to none. It has made my skin look like a baby's skin. It left my skin feeling so smooth. If I had to compared to SBR lipocream & SBR Repair cream, I think SBR Repair cream is the best. A very good product overall. Definately worth buying.I literally have no words to describe the moisture.

I usually applied this product in the evening only. I did notice that the texture/formula is extremely thick and it can make it very difficult to apply product, however the glow it gives to skin is amazing. This product really does help ensure my skin is healthy and nourished.

I applied this cream every night after my evening shower and started seeing results after about a week of using the cream. I generally have extremely dry skin but my feet are the driest part of my body and I was so happy when they went from being grey to glowing since I started using SBR. Definitely recommend it!!!

I applied this every night before bed and it really helped my dry skin.
I burnt my lip on a hot beverage and my skin started peeling, but this cream really helped to moisturize it and help it heal. The SBR Range are paraben and perfume free, so doesn't hurt dry sensitive skin!

We used this cream as one application at night. When you wake up, your skin looks as if it had a mini holiday. It is definitely improved in dryness and texture. I would go as far as to say that it took our dry and dehydrated skin problems away overnight. This is a very rich cream which feels as if it seals moisture into the skin. It apparently contains fatty substances which penetrate deep into the skin where they are retained to be released when needed. All I can say is it works and I will continue to use it. I highly recommend.
