I recently bought this from a local Indian shop because I love using turmeric on my skin. It has so many amazing health benefits when used for skin care - it brightens skin, lightens blemishes and dark spots and removes excess oil and make up.
The first thing I noticed about this product was the smell - it has a lovely sandalwood scent. It lathers really well and does not stain at all (turmeric usually stains). I did not notice much of a difference when used alone, so I paired it with Vicco turmeric cream. This combination seems to be working as I have noticed a reduction in dark spots and pigmentation. It is still too early to see whether it will make a drastic difference (I've only used these products for about two weeks now).
For only R10 it is definitely worth a try!
