Safeway Salon Series Titanium Straightener

I bought the Safeway Salon Series Titanium Straightener from Clicks in April. The price is reasonable, the packaging is beautiful, and after doing some quick research(about the difference between ceramic and titanium irons, having never used titanium before) while in the shop, I was sold! (Research: Thick hair=titanium; Thin/straighter hair = ceramic) I have thick, curly hair #kroesiscute ,so I like the fact that I can go afro or straight.. Generally I would only straighten my hair for jobs and auditions on about 180`, but because I have short hair I'd have to do touch ups whenever I go out... Getting to the point of why I joined this lovely community, just a bit of a warning to afro girls who dont wanna loose their curls, titaniums are hot!! And unfortunately after about 2 months my hair was so straight and damaged I had to cut it.
Even though once straightened this iron makes your hair look lovely and shiny, I definitely wouldn't recommend it to ladies who enjoy their thicker, curly texture.

I bought this a year ago was very skeptical because I have Veaudry straightener as well.
I was pleasantly surprised that this is working so well and at such a low price.
It glides through your hair quickly and you only have to go through once and it gives great shine. It works so good I can skip a week of not washing/styling my hair and my hair still looks great.
