Olay Regenerist in Review.

 Here’s what we’ve been up to with Olay Regenerist…

OLAY SUMMARY

Beauty Bulletin recently held a product review club for the new Olay Regenerist skincare range. The campaign ran over three months and was met with a great response from the Beauty Bulletin community.

In month one we kicked off our product review club with 30 participants who were dead set on winning the war on wrinkles and keen to look 10 years younger in four weeks flat. Our call to action was met with a great response and reviews slowly but surely began to filter in.
One participant, Sanet Odendall, exclaimed that, “the Olay Regenerist range is truly impressive. A must have range for mature skin and at a fraction of the price of similar ranges.”
BB member Syko commented, “I am crazy about this new regenerating range and can certainly sing its praises. Olay, Olay, Olay…Olay!”

We also sent out a newsletter to create hype in non-members of Beauty Bulletin, which drew them to our informative editorials. Each editorial focused on different themes that changed each month. In month one we introduced the Olay Regenerist product range to our members and consumers, which was met with positivity and excitement, with members finding them, ‘very informative,’ and inspiring them want to, “try all the products from the range out!”
In month two we honed in the lifestyle changes you can make to get the most out of your anti-ageing products. This included rethinking the order in which you apply your products, recognising the seven signs of ageing and things you can do to slow down ageing. In month three we looked at the technical side of the Olay Regenerist range and showed readers how to get glowing skin using the range. Our editorials left all our members dying to try the range out.

Our competitions during the three month campaign requested that entrants write in our dedicated Olay Beauty Diaries section. The best entries would win an Olay Regenerist hamper. In month one we asked them to share their Olay story with us, whether it was a childhood memory of their mom using the brand or of their first time using Olay. In month two we asked members to share their anti-ageing secrets with us; members got creative and submitted recipes for Sandalwood face masks and Evening Primrose supplements. In month three of the campaign we asked our members to tell us when they feel their #BestBeautiful. We loved reading our members entries, which bought a smile to our faces.

Social media was also abuzz with news about our Olay Regenerist campaign. Followers interest was piqued with each post and their responses positive.

The campaign dispelled previous notions from many women in the community that Olay is a brand specifically for older women. It also drew awareness to the fact that you’re never too young to start on your anti-ageing regime and that prevention is always better than a cure. It also introduced new users to the brand as well as confirm lifelong fans dedication.
