This is such a gorgeous color and NYX in general has such a diverse range of lip products, I love the matt as it is not drying and it lasts. My only sad point is It is costly and not as widely available like in drug stores etc

Before you buy this product check the pros & cons! I might not be a professional makeup artist, but I do know when a product isn't good enough! I'm disappointed in the so-called beauty influencers that are raving over a product that just isn't that good!

Nyx's Soft Matte Lip Creme's are legendary. I have read and seen so many great reviews on this product and I understand why. The colour selection is fantastic and the product is super comfortable to wear especially for work as it dries matte but not tight and does not dry out your lips at all. I have it in the colour "Milan" and have tried numerous shades from my friends' collections. They are pretty affordable although for the amount of product you are getting it is a little expensive.
The packaging is cute and compact. Perfect for your handbag. The product applies with a mouse like texture and dries within seconds. It is NOT however transfeer proof which I don't mind in a cream product. It is very lightweight and comfortable on the lips. it does not bleed at all and can be re-applied numerous times without it building up thick and crumbling. I need to get a few more colours for my collection such as "Stockhom", "Copenhagen" and "Ibiza".

As many others have said, the formula does not dry your lips as much as other liquid lipsticks. Many may see this as a great pro to the product, however:
-It comes off almost instantly - if you do not have the time to re-apply your lipstick after each drink or meal then do not bother.
-The colours are not as pigmented as other liquid lipsticks that I have come across - you often have to apply multiple layers to get to your wanted colour.
- Due to constant re-application , it is not too suitable for a night out and the product does run out quite fast.
The reason as to why I would repurchase this product is because of the amazing choice of shades. It is a lipstick that i would wear in the day time for example to varsity.

I love this lippie because it gives you a matte lip without the drying feeling. You have to use a lip liner though for the light colours. The colour pay off is great but the colour doesn't stay on through out the day and you will have to reapply a few times. To be honest the price is too much for the amount of product you get and it's good to get them when Clicks has the 3 for 2 promotion.

I have the exact colour in red and it is a nice matt red to use. Its not dark but its a nice light red for the day. I had to buy two of tgese products because my mother only uses red so this was perfect for her. Different shades. The lipgloss is a long wear and small to carry around. Like a mini version lipstick.

NYX Pump It Up Lip Plumper in PIU06 KIM has Maxi-Lip. Maxi-Lip is a special peptide that has been infused into the new and improved formula of the lip plumper. Peptides are known to improve collagen synthesis, which can lead to firmer, fuller, smoother looking lips.
On application, a tingling sensation sweeps the lips due to it being a lip plumper. This lip plumper is a bit sticky and to wear it alone I have to pair it with a lip liner. The lip plumper colour does wear off after a while. You can plump up your lips first and then apply lip stick. This lip plumper gives my lips a nice plump and fuller look.

I love this matte lip cream. I have two, prague and Copenhagen, only problem that the containers are slightly fragile and my prague cracked when it fell once. ???? but i just put into another container, loved it too much to rid of it. And leaves a great moisture on your lips even with it being matte..

I absolutely Love this Lippie! Its matte but not drying if you put on a balm first.
The Colour pay off is fantastic and once its dry it does not move off your Lips!
I just wish the range we are offered in South Africa was larger, I would love to get my hands on Copenhagen and Transylvania!

The NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream is the perfect go between from lip gloss to lipstick. The matte finish really impressed me as I have become accustomed to shiny glossy lips and this finish was the perfect change! I tried this product in the shade Amsterdam, this is a gorgeous, traffic stopping red colour and I loved it. Long lasting, hot colours and great quality in one lippie! What more could you want?! Which colour in this range should I pick next, hmmm...
