I like using body oils including Bio Oil, which is one of my favourites. The secret to Bio oil or any other oil for that matter of fact when it comes to scars and stretchmarks is you have to MASSAGE it in. Rubbing a little bit of oil daily on your marks isnt going to do anything as you need to break down the scar tissue.
The essentials oils in the Bio oil helps heal ,soften and regenerate the skin but you have to have to have to massage to reap full benefit.
