They can be used as often as wished. More frequent use results in stronger highlights. In the case of dyed hair, 3 or 4 minutes development time will be sufficient. Colour highlights last for 3 or 4 washes. There are 5 hair colour masks currently available, one for each hair colour: - Auburn tones: blonde or light chestnut hair - Chestnut tones: blonde or chestnut hair - Mahogany tones: blonde, chestnut or red hair - Black tones: black hair - Blonde tones: blonde or light chestnut hair Results Restructures, softens and revives colour. Henna strengthens the hair. Leaves the hair flexible and moisturised.

Bought mine from dischem to tone down the highlights in my hair that had become significantly lighter brassy n rough in appearance ! I did not find the mask significantly nourishing although it successfully toned down my highlights whilst i awaited my next hairdressing appointment

I have only found the sachets. I have never found the bottle (would love to know where to get one). I use the Hair Mask for Auburn hair, as my hair is naturally ginger. I found it to be effective, but only for a few weeks. It makes my hair brighter and actually covers some grey. It does dry my hair out a little so make sure you use a good quality conditioner on your next hair wash.

I bought this product as part of a treatment pack sachet that included shampoo and a mask. I picked the black colour as my hair is dyed black but I had some regrowth of my natural dark brown hair. The masque did not colour my hair at all and my grey hairs were still very visible. It did however give my hair a reddish sine in the light which is probably due to the Henna in the mask and left my hair with a lot of body and shine.

I have used up this mask already and it has lasted me a long time. It is very very light so don't expect any serious nourishment from it. It does however increase shine due to the Henna ingredient. My hair did always look helthier after this. I normall kept my mask on for about 20 min while soaking in the bath. As far as boosting colour goes, it only boosts the colour that is already in your hair but it won't add color that you didn't have. For instance if my hair is dark brown, the mask won't turn it into black. It will only add shine and just make my hair colour richer. I hope my explanation makes sense LOL
The bottle is quite big - 300 ml. I used this mask only once a week but it can be used as often as you like. I didn't find that this mask weighs thin hair down at all.
I recommend to try it out as long as you don't expect super moisture from it. It is however fun to try as the price won't break the bank.
