Loreal Derma Genesis Day Cream SPF 15

I have been using this cream for a while now and didn't expect much from it to be honest .it was on sale so i thought why not.

Its a thick cream and very moisturising with a subtle scent . over time it has worked well for me. My skin looks more fresh and feels quite supple. Make up applies well over it . it contains hyaluronic acid which is said to be great for combatting the aging process.

I love that it had a pump dispenser ,very convenient in dispensing the right amount of product and also very hygienic.it only has a SPF of 15 so i use additional sunscreen.

Quite happy with this one.

I decided to try this moisturiser as I turned 26 in June and a woman's stops producing natural collagen at age 26 so I've been on a mission to use products that repair and prevent the aging process. My mission led me to this product which I was keen to try out as its aimed at women in their 30's.

First off the bat, I didn't like the fragrance. I can't put my figure on it but it seems quite unnatural. Secondly, I don't know if this is possible but using this moisturiser made my skin terribly dry! I'm not sure if its the change of season or if its the air that exacerbated the situation but my skin was really parched and dry whilst using this cream.

The texture feels quite thick when you apply it but it feels quite light on the face. I didn't notice any positive changes in my skin so maybe its the environmental factors that worked against this cream but I sure won't be trying this out again.
