I buy this every now and again for my son , its mild and gentle for his skin .
I find myself using it sometimes as well as a shower gel . Its mild and doesn't dry out my skin .
It lathers really nice , I know its a shampoo but it works really well as a shower gel too .
The fragrance is really nice and it keeps skin smooth and soft .
From a shampoo perspective my sons hair is always fresh and clean and has a lot of shine .
