I love this conditioner, it smells citrusy and goes well with the companion lightening shampoo. I use it from my mid-lengths down to my ends and leave it on while I shower. Right at the end I comb it through and leave it in for another minute or two and then rinse and towel-dry. I find it detangles my hair well. I did find that it was slightly drying on my hair when used on its own ( my hair is very long at the moment), but if I use the intensive masque twice a week that eliminates the problem completely. My hair is definitely looking much blonder, with my natural fair streaks looking much more emphasised. My hair is shiny and soft and I think if my hair were shorter, I probably could use this conditioner all the time and not need the masque. This is a great product and a must for all blondies out there who want to look like beach babes all year around! My only real criticism is that the packaging of the conditioner and the shampoo is too similar, it is easy to grab the wrong one if you are in a rush. Otherwise, I always love a product in a tube and the flip-top cap is nice and sturdy. Thanks BB for sending me this product, what a lovely surprise! xxx
