Long ago a hairdresser friend of mine advised me to always change shampoos so there's not much I haven't tried.. Head & shoulders is something that I do use periodically and I think it's great.. It gives my hair that squeaky clean that most shampoos don't, getting rid of build up nicely.. Some variants dry out my hair a bit but I compensate with conditioner etc.. I am especially loving the menthol variant head & shoulders though becuase it doesn't dry out my hair at all.. It adds moisture in fact... I thought menthol would have a drying out effect on my hair, I was pleasantly suprised.. It had a nice scent, a bit too strong becuase it permeates through my home lol.. But it's fine as long as it doesn't Irritate my senses..
