The first time I used the Hair fall rescue mask, I was not impressed as my hair came out frizzy. I waited 3 days and decided to try it again. Washed my hair with Dove shampoo for damaged hair. Applied mask, took a warm towel wrapped it around my hair and waited 5min. Rinsed well. After about 15min I blow-dried my hair. I was pleasantly surprised. My hair was soft manageable and no fizz. I have course wavy hair and usually tie my hair up. I recommend this product, but give it a little time, do not expect miracles the 1st time around. Use the mask once a week. I used it successfully in conjunction with other shampoos as well and I get a good result.Take note that if you colour your hair and you use any form of mask or scalp treatment your colour might rinse out a little. My hair is falling out less now and that in itself is great!
