Essie Nail Polish in Topless and Barefoot

This has become my staple nude polish lately, I use to love wearing the au natural one but gave this one a try as the store was out of it and Im not sorry I did.Such a beautiful colour.

I've never tried it with a base or top coat and it's been fine.

This is the most terrific nail polish ever, i only do my nails at salons where they use essie, one thing about Essie it lasts longer than any other brand on the market, and believe me i have tried a few, five star product.

I bought this colour the other day because of the name - it just sounds so laid back and fun. As with the other Essie nail polish that I bought the colour and quality is amazing. Again, the brush in this is different from the Essie nail polish I got from the UK which is a bit annoying because that brush is a lot better than the ones we currently get here. But I get at least 4-5 days of great wear. The only reason I get the chips I do is because I type non stop at a PC for about 8-10 hours a day.

The colour is a beautiful shade of nude that is perfect for everyday wear and is sophisticated enough to wear to work.

Essie only disappointed me in one area here.

I bought a bottle of this colour and immediately fell in love. It was the perfect shade of nude for my skin. It lasted so so well and looked like a pro nail job everytime I applied it.

And then I finished my bottle.

And realised that I couldn't find it on the shelves anymore!

Everytime I see that a store or salon stocks Essie, I check to see if they have the colour. They never do.

PLEASE someone tell me where to find it!

This is my first Essie nail polish and it didn't disappoint. I tried it without a base and top coat to see how it fares and I must say, I was impressed.

It lasted a good 5 days with very little chippling on the edges. If I'd used a good top coat it could definitely have made it to 7 days.

The colour is a gorgeous nude and works well with my skin tone. The brush is narrow but the application is streak free. I don't have the full size one as I got mine in the Spring 2011 collection which contained 4 mini colours.

I really adore this colour, its just too beautiful.
