The 3D glitter topper contains blue glitter and can be applied on top of a base coat of your favourite nail polish to provide that extra wow factor. These toppers are really inexpensive at the price of R25, 95 at Dischem stores. I really love the range of various toppers to choose from, and couldn't stop at buying just one when I discovered it. An easy way to apply glitter to your nails.
