Ten out ten for the packaging, (gorgeous hot pink and black bottle) and for the great smell! As for the efficiency...well..i wasn't too impressed. My hair was still breaking and I still had the embarrassing hair fall! Also...I noticed that when ever i used the shampoo and conditioner I would have an itchy sculp and terrible dandruff. But it did leave my hair very shiny, soft and smelling great though!!!

I purchased this product this past weekend because I was excited to try something new. This shampoo bottle is really attractive, it has black, silver and bright pink or magenta. The shampoo is actually meant to :
Reinforce
Nourish from the root
Make hair Feel stronger

And is really meant for fragile hair with a tendency to fall. My hair isn't really fragile, however it's really fine and does fall a lot, so I decided to give it a try. It wasn't really expensive, I paid R30 for a 250ml bottle which was reasonable enough for me.

When I washed my hair on Sunday with the shampoo, I shampooed twice to get all the dirt and oil out and then used my Garnier Nutrisse Conditioner. After drying and styling I found that my hair was actually softer and looking much more shiny. I also noticed my hair wasn't as oily the next day and didn't need another wash on Monday morning, which is an extra bonus for me because my hair needs washing almost everyday.

Not forgetting the smell of this shampoo is so devine, it has a sweet light fragrance which leaves hair smelling sweet and fresh. I'm really going to try out the conditioner and mask! I recommend this product to anyone who has weak or oily hair, it really does wonders!

I have to admit, the first thing that grabbed my attention was the black and pink packing of this new Elvive range. Because I recently colored and highlighted my hair, it has feeling really stressed. I also started noticing that my hair falls much more than what it did before I colored it. So it was only natural for me to give this new hair care range a try. I have not been impressed with the latest ranges by Elvive, but after using this for about a month, it has become my new favorite!! After a good hair wash, using the shampoo and conditioner, I find that my hair feels much smoother and stronger - and it really does decrease hair fall which was a bonus for me since I don't usually expect a shampoo to do everything it says on the bottle. The conditioner is super moisturizing, but it does not weigh my hair down or cause it to get greasy during the day, like many other conditioners I have used.

I would recommend this to anyone who frequently dyes their hair or who uses heat stylers everyday.

The range consists of a shampoo, conditioner, spray and hair masque; and retails between R35 - R60.
