During the period when I was relaxing my hair, This product was a gem. I felt a significant difference especially in my scalp. It is soothing and my hair felt soft and manageable. It is great for split ends as well. But now that I've transitioned to natural, It is not as effective. I does not absorb all the way to my roots and I have to use almost double the amount on my hair.
All in all I would recommend that you only use it if you have relaxed hair and/or damaged ends. But a great product none the less.
