I have used this product multiple times and was happy with the results.
PLEASE NOTE: This product takes your hair back to the lightest colour it has been. ( It washes out dye you've used on your hair. If you have over processed hair, you may need to applications ) So, if you have previously bleached your hair and it came out all yellow and brassy, that's the end result you'll get.
This is a great product to strip your hair color without bleaching ( wayyyyy less damage ).
I used this to make my transition from red hair to blonde easier and saver.
Downside: It smells REALLY bad. And the smell kind of sticks to you.
I have long thin hair and I used one pack ( The liquid is really slimy making it easy to spread )
I would recommend giving this product a try before reaching for the bleach kit.
