Cloud Nine Flat Iron

I have had my cloud 9 for about two years now and I have had no issues at all.
I bought the cloud 9 instead of the GHD because it was cheaper and I have used GHD's in the past and I honestly cant tell the difference. I have curly, thick hair so it is very hard to tame and it comes down to just beneath my breasts. I can straighten my hair to be perfectly straight with the Cloud 9 within 20 min and it will stay that straight until I wash it again.

I wanted to purchase a decent flat iron so I decided to use a friend of mines iron, she urged me to try it and told me it is way better than the one I am currently using which is also a high end iron. I used it for about a month.

Firstly I do like that you can set the heat and it has a swivel cord. It really straightened my hair and left it super shiny. I always use heat protected spray and serum. I style my hair daily and usually give my hair a break from styling on weekends. But with this iron after a week it killed my end and made my hair super brittle. With other high end Irons I don t have that problem what so ever. I do use a very low setting since i curl my hair and it does not need much heat to style.

I found that my hair would go limp and unable to retain its style. You cant really find a perfect heat setting where its not to hot or not to cool. I had to use more hair spray to keep my hair straight which probably added to hair damage.

I find that even with all the heat protection products, this iron is not for me or not for my hair that is. Iv gone and purchased an Upgrade to the one I was using which is a bit more expensive than the Cloud Nine but works so much better.

My sister owns of one of these and whenever we're together we do each others hair . It works amazing for them leaving their hair pin straight for days or until the next hairwash,i on the other hand am a totally different story as my hair stays straight for an hour or two after straightened, this being to the fact that I'm the only one out of five sisters to be born with utterly thick and curly hair that tends to frizz .. So based on the results my sisters get after using this I'd say this is pretty awesome.

This product is really amazing.it makes my hair pin straight and shiny. The only problem I have with it is, my hair doesn't stay straight for long . after a few hours it starts getting way again .

I believe this product is made by the same people as GHD, so if you've used a GHD iron then this one should be familiar! Yes, this flat iron is expensive but think of it as an INVESTMENT because seriously, you need to get this. This flat iron makes my hair shiny and soft (even my boyfriend has noticed), sometimes I've also found after using certain flat irons that the style does not last, this will keep your hair straight alllll day :) The cord is also very long so it's easy to move around with.
