This beautiful opaque lipstick is effective in just one application. Its non-drying formula feels great on your lips, and leaves them looking glossy and elegant.

Another striking feature about this lipstick was the sweet scent it emanated. It smelled almost edible, just the way it left my lips looking.

However, this specific shade looked a bit too neutral on my lips for my liking. It didn’t complement my skin tone as well as a lighter shade would. Therefore, I recommend this product for women with fair skin tones. It will stand out more and complement your skin tone to perfection. Other than that, I found this lipstick to be very pleasant, as with many other Clarins cosmetics.

This lipstick was part of a prize I won in a Clarins competition. This lipstick retails for R210 and is 3.5g. I have this lipstick in shade 733-Fig which is a dark neutral slightly plummy colour with a hint of shimmer. I absolutely love the texture of this lipstick, it is super moisturizing but does not feel greasy on the lips. The smell is just amazing, sweet and fruity without being overwhelming. The packaging is very sturdy and expensive looking. I would definitely repurchase this lipstick and recommend this lipstick to anyone looking for a great product to splurge on.

First off this lipstick has the most amazing scent. It smells like Toffee. So sweet and yummy. When I apply this I want to lick my lips constantly. I have never worn a lipstick that is this soft, smooth and lightweight. It applies like a very smooth lip balm. You do not feel this on your lips at all. It's a very thin coating on your lips.

These aren't called Hydra Smoothing Cream Lipsticks for nothing. They seriously hydrate your lips. The texture is incredible. It's just so soft and smooth. The color is a nude shade and it's also very sheer. It's a pretty dusty pink color and obviously isn't very pigmented. But it does give your lips a pretty pink glow.

I love this lipstick! It is quite pricey, but if you have that type of money to spend on a lipstick then this is a fantastic option.
