Choose Cruelty Free Makeup Brands

cruelty_freeSometimes different choices when it comes to buying cosmetics can make all the difference. Someone once said to me:

INTEGRITY IS DOING THE RIGHT THING EVEN WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING!
Supporting beauty brands that are cruelty free has been made easy by the many organizations that provide information about which cosmetic companies care and which don’t!

Did you know for example that the Body Shop has been bought by L’Oréal – L’Oréal conduct product testing on animals and have no plans to stop. If women keep supporting such brands they have no reason to stop whilst they rake in the cash.

Brands use fluffy bunnies and cuddly puppies to draw in customer’s attention with these sweet animals. Isn’t it ironic that they use these very creatures to test on?

If you would like to take a look at the more realistic images of what these companies represent go to: http:// www.stopanimaltesting.com (NOT for sensitive viewers!)

Non animal tests are actually less expensive and better at protecting human health. The U.S. governments own scientific advisory board, the National Academy of Sciences, has concluded that many animal tests are useless and should largely be replaced by superior non-animal test methods. But even with that recommendation, animal testing continues!
